"Okay, try these problems on the board and we will check your answers after everyone is done." The teacher said as he went back to her desk and stared to grade some papers. You leaned your head on hand as you wrote down the math problems that were on the board, and wished that you didn't have to go to school.

The lights started to flicker on and off and everyone looked up to the ceiling, wondering what was going on. "Its probably because of the rain. Get back to your work." The teacher said as didn't even bother to look up from her desk. Suddenly, you could hear the announcements go on and everyone waited for someone to talk. "Attention students and staff. We are experiencing a severe thunderstorm. We need you all to go to your designated locations now."

Everyone looked around and your heart started to beat rapidly. You knew that there was a small chance that this was going to hurt them but you couldn't help but be nervous. All of you went underneath your desks and you stared at BaekHyun, and he smiled as he mouthed that everything was going to be okay. Everyone was whispering to each other and you all waited for the clear signal. 

The lights started to flicker again, but this time, the lights shut off completely and you could hear the girls screaming. You put a hand over your beating heart as you heard the rain and wind bang on the walls of the school. Thunder could be heard and you almost gasped at how loud it was.

You felt someone holding your hand and you looked over to BaekHyun who nodded and squeezed your hand. You sighed in relief because you felt more safe, but that didn't last long before you heard something from a distance. People were screaming outside, but all you could see was fog and you could feel your heart beating rapidly again.

Before you knew it, you felt the water hit you with immense force and you were carried to the back of the classroom. You hit the wall and pain went through your back and to the rest of your body. You tried to swim up but you were pulled out into the hallways. You were running out of breath as you tried to hang onto something but the water was carrying you too fast. 

If you kept going at this rate, you would be heading out the school with the others and you knew you weren't going to make it out alive. Finally, you caught the door frame and you pulled yourself up towards the water. The water pushed you backwards but you managed to hang on and you finally got to the ceiling where there was some breathing space and breathed in the air. You didn't know how much the air was important to you until now. A wave would occasionally hit your face, causing you to gag on the water.

Suddenly, a hand grabs your foot and you go back under, almost loosing your grip of the door frame. You panicked as you tried to shake the hand off your foot, but the person was keeping a good grip on your foot. Your hand was slipping and you used your last energy to yank your foot away and you were carried into the classroom. 

Your arm hit the wall this time and you winced in pain as a sharp object poked your arm. You managed to hang onto a bookcase before you were swept back into the hallways and you climbled up the bookcase until your head was out of the water. You gasped for air as you choked out some of the water you had swallowed and the water had seemed to calm down now.

The water levels shrunk drastically but the water still was about 8 feet deep. You breathed in heavily as you stared at the mess that laid in front of you. The water stopped moving and you saw that the water had cause the door to close. Papers were floating in the water and the chairs and desks were all underwater. You sat on top of the bookcase and put a hand over your beating heart. 

The bookcase was long and wide and on the wall next to the window that showed the hallways. You could see your classmates desperately being carried away by the water and you put a hand on the window, feeling hopeless as they past by. Suddenly, someone popped out of the water, and you screamed as you put a hand over your beating heart.

"You scared me." You managed to croak as the person gasped for air and climbed onto the bookcase. You helped him up and you could now tell that it was SeHun. People suddenly started to rise above the water and they all swam to the bookcase where you were. You could see SeHun and ChanYeol swimming over towards you, and another familiar head.

"BaekHyun!" You almost screamed as you saw him rise above the water. You were glad your best friend was still alive. You almost were crying when you hugged BaekHyun when he came up and you didn't really care if others were looking. They just went through life or death and you didn't care about what others were thinking.

All of you sat there in silence as you stared at the people outside and you couldn't help but feel guilty. The rain kept pouring outside and your energy seemed to have been out of you as you leaned onto the windows. You covered the cut on your arm and ChanYeol tapped your shoulder. You turned to your right and saw him rip some of his shirt off and he wrapped it loosely around the cut.

"That should stop it from bleeding." He said as he securely tied it and you managed to put on a small smile as you whispered, "Thank you." The room was silent again and you wrapped your arms around your knees to create some warmth. "Take off your jacket. Thats only making you colder because thats wet too." BaekHyun said as he took off his own jacket and everyone followed suit. 

You stopped for a second before taking it off but you eventually took it off and you out it next to you. You felt dizzy and lightheaded and all you could remember before passing out was the sound of the rain pouring on the ceiling of the school.
