"You got everything?" 아저씨 asked checking my bag once more. 

"Yes.." I said zipping it up before he he looks through it again. 

"I'm going to be fine.." I said. "It's only a three day trip in the forest."

"Alright..I'm just worried...Oh don't change into a 구미호 and go hunting at night. Just eat the BBQ meat they give you....Don't use any of your powers either..."

"Alright..I'm going to be fine. I promise not to change or do anything related to it.." I gave him a hug and left.

Not wanting to be late, I ran out the forest without Luhan. Not only did I not want to be late for the trip, but I didn't want to miss Kris walking at the other side of the road. I walked up the hill, and felt the cool fall breeze blow through my hair. While the wind blew through my hair, the wind reached my nose making me smell his scent. I looked behind me to see him walking up on the other side in his blue skinny jeans and white v-neck with a grey jumper draped over his shoulder. 

"아...Once again, you smell and look good today..." I said. 

"Who smells good?" I looked to the side and saw Luhan walking beside me. 

"Oh...my.." I said holding my chest. "You scared me! When did you get here?" 

"A while ago..You must really like that Kris guy..." he said looking at him too. 

"Stop looking.." I said punching his arm. "Hey it's the little boys again." The three little boys were over at the icecream box at the corner market, getting some popsicles out. 

"Luhan. Buy me some ice cream." I said taking out my fish icecream out. He took the icecream to the lady inside and payed for it. 

"Thank..." I stopped. He ripped the plastic open and took a bite out of my fish. 

"Eww...You actually like this?" he said giving me a weird look. 

"Who said you could eat it?!" I snatched the fish back and ate it. "Yeah I love it! It's my favorite ice cream since Kris bought it for me.."

"Whatever." Luhan said and he started running. "Race you to the school!" 

"So childish...." I said and started sprinting. "Wait up!"

"Alright guys. Once you're checked in, head into your designated bus and sit anywhere. We're going to be leaving in five minutes." some teachers began to stuff bags into the bottom of the coach bus while other were getting all the students settled in. 

I placed my bag in the bottom of the bus and headed into my bus. Luckily for me, Luhan had to ride the other bus. But sadly, the group of mean girls were sitting in the back of my bus. While walking in the aisle, I saw that all the seats were taken. When I tried to sit next to a girl, they would lie saying its taken. When I tried to sit next to a guy, they would say yes, (since I'm a 구미호) but their girlfriend would say no. As I went further back, I saw no one sitting next to Kris. I looked around once more for any empty seat but there weren't any. 

"Can I sit here..." I asked..

"Sure..." he said not even looking at me. 

With a smile I sat down next to him. I glanced over at him a couple of times to see his jawline angled toward the window, while his golden brown hair glisened in the sun's light. 

"Alright guys! It's going to be a four hour drive to Ulsan!" the teacher said. The bus started and we were out.

It wasn't even ten minutes into the trip and already the girls in the back were talking bad about me...

"Look at that sitting with Kris.." The skinny girl said while snickering. 

"Gosh..She could of sat here with us. We would have treated her so well." the chubby one said while a bubble gum flavorered lolly. Her scarasm was overflowing and her mean glares made it worse. I shrunk down into my seat and tried to ignore them. 

"야! We're talking to you. Look at us when we're talking to you..." the chubby one yelled... Right when I was about to turn, Kris turned my head toward his and placed his earphones in my ear. Soft music was playing, while I was looking into his eyes. After looking at him for a moment, he stood up and glared at the girls which quieted them down. He sat down and kept looking out the window as if nothing happened. 

I couldn't help but smile the whole way through the ride. His music was the best; from soft ballads to pop dances, I listened to them all. Two hours into the trip, everyone started to sleep. Even Kris started to sleep. While looking out the window on the other side of the bus, I felt his head on my shoulder. My heart stopped. Slowly I turned to see his golden brown hair I would look at a distant brushing up against my cheek. I couldn't help but smile and stare at him. After staring, I dozed off.

"Wake up guys!" I got up and saw my self on Kris's arm. Quickly, I got off and looked down..

"Gosh..Why did you sleep on him..." I mumbled to myself....I looked at him to see that he was awake the whole time I was sleeping on him...

"Alright. We're here!" the teacher got off the bus first and everyone else followed. Receiving our bags, we started walking up the mountain where our camping site is. The weather was just right; not too hot or too cold. Just gentle breezes here and there. 

The sun was starting to go down and after an hour of walking, we finally made it to the camping site, where all the tents are already set up ready to be used. 

"This is where you all will be sleeping. There are 15 tents and 25 of you so pick a partner to sleep with. But it must be girls in one and boys in one." we all picked a tent and placed our things in it. Luckily for me, I got a tent all for myself. Luhan on the other hand has to share on with another guy. 

"Tonight, we'll be having a BBQ party so come back here at the camp site by 7. Off you go." 

"지민아!" Luhan called. "Hey want to go swimming? They have a waterfall a few mile up." 

"But it's too cold.." I lied.. I actually really wanted to go and jump off a waterfall... But I promised 아저씨 I wouldn't do anything extreme. Luhan pouted and he crossed his arm. 

"Then what are we going to do..." He said...
"Alright..I'll go to the waterfall but let's do it at night.." I whispered. His face brightened up. 

"Alright~" he said. 

"야! Luhan come here and help get the wood over for the fire tonight." one of the guys called.

"Go and help." I said shooing him away. While Luhan helped the guys out, I took a walk in the forest looking at all the sights. I made my up to a bridge that showed a beautiful view of the river sparkling under the moon light. Following up the river, I saw the waterfall and the sound of the crashing water it made. Walking across the bridge, I followed the marked path that led to the waterfall. 

"So pretty.." I said.

"지민아!" I heard a familiar deep voice that was calling for me. Kris.. He was getting closer and closer  to where I was standing. I walked toward his voice. 

"Kris?!" I yelled back. While walking I bumped into him. 

"Where were you?" Kris asked. "We're going to eat soon..." 

"Oh...Okay.." I followed him, trying to make our way out of the dark forest. 

"Why did you come out this far into the forest all by yourself?" he asked while avoiding the branches. 

"I don't know..I just wandered around and I ended up at the waterfall.." I said. As we continued to walk I heard rustling...

"Did you hear that?" I asked. 

"No.. Why?" he said. 

"Nevermind." I said. I continued to hear it. Then it stopped. I turned around and saw an arrow shooting straight at me. I grabbed Kris's hand and pulled him down on the ground with me to dodge the arrow. 

Hunters...I thought. Now I could smell their old musky scent that they kept hidden. 
"What the hell was that?" Kris said looking at the arrow that stabbed the tree. 

"We have to get out of here.." I said. I took his arm and we ran away from the campsite and deeper into the woods so no student would get hurt just because of me.

"Where are we going?" Kris asked. 

"We're going far away from here." I said still hearing the hunters chasing us. 

After running away swiftly, I managed to get away from the hunters and make our way to the top of the waterfall. 

"Okay...Wait.." Kris was panting. "What was that arrow? I thought hunting wasn't allowed here."

I looked around just in case there was a hunter nearby. "The arrow was nothing. Don't worry about it..." 

"지민...just tell me what's going on..." Kris said looking at me. 

"Yeah 지은씨..tell your friend what's going on..." the same two hunters were back. 

"Kai..should I just kill both of them right here?" 

"No Tao..We need to have some fun first.." The two hunter didn't look like they were thousands of years old. They looked like teenagers in their third year of highschool but the weapon they were holding made me think again. 

"지민..Who are they?" Kris said. He pushed me behind me trying to protect me from their weapons. 

"Kris you have to leave. I'll distract them and you run back to the campsite and bring Luhan..You got it?" 

"No. I'm not leaving you with two stangers." He said still holding me back behind him. 

"Aww. Is this some kind of romantic scene we're having here? Well stop it. I need your bead girly.." Kai pointed to me. "So come to us and we'll take it out painlessly or we can kill you and get it."

"What are they talking about?" Kris whispered. 

"Ha! You think you can kill me?" I said pushing Kris behind me. "I'm a monster. You don't want to mess with me. Haven't you heard of the stories?" 

"If your such a monster, why don't you change for us?" Kai said noticing that Kris knows nothing about my true self. 

"Ugh why must this happen on our first day of the trip?" I muttered. I pushed Kris near a bush to keep him safe. Then I started to attack Kai first. I only changed so that my teeth turned sharper and my claws and the nine tails where the only things that came out. 

"Yes. Change into your full form!" Kai started to yell. I managed to make contact with him a couple times while trying to dodge Tao's arrows. They were alot stronger than a thought. Faster as well. Dodging mostly all my attacks were rare. It seemed like Kai heard something in the forest making him off guard. I scratched him hard and grabbed him by his shirt and slammed him down on the ground leaving a large indent. 

Thinking that I killed him, I was wrong. Kai grabbed on to my leg making me unable to move. 

"Tao! Now!" Kai yelled. Tao aimed his arrow right at my chest. I tried getting away, but Kai's grip was to strong. I closed my eyes and waited for the arrow to shoot me through the chest. I heard the click, but I didn't feel anything. I opened my eyes to see Kris standing right in front of me. I looked behind him to see that he took the shot for me. 

"KRIS!" I yelled. Kai let me go, making me take Kris off to the side. "Kris wait here. I'm going to help you. I promise. Just stay with me.." Tears started to fall off my eyes. I looked back the hunters with fiery eyes. 

"You!" I yelled and started to charge at them. In a flash, I stood in front of Tao and held him by the throat. Before I could rip it apart, I felt Kai grab my neck. 

"We waited six hundred years for you and we're not going to die here!" Kai yelled as he gripped it harder and harder. My throat was closing up and I let Tao go. Kai was still gripping onto my throat until Luhan came and tackled him off. Luhan was in his wolf form; white and large. I gasp for air and I looked at Luhan taking them on. 

Rain was falling and so were my tears when I looked at Kris hanging onto his life. I ran over to Kris looking his blood and the rain mixing in together. 

"지민아! Look out!" Luhan barked. I looked to see Kai, bleeding and wounded, running towards me to push me off.. But instead he pushed Kris off the ledge, making him fall into the waterfall. 

"NO!" I screamed. I took my claws and grabbed Kai's head, ripping it into shreads. I pushed his body aside and jump off the ledge to get Kris. My heart kept beating faster and faster, nervous of losing Kris. I plunged into the water looking around to see Kris floating still. I swam over to him and grabbed him by the arm. 

"흐아!" I gasped for air after being under the water for a while. Swimming over to the side of the river was hard, since the rain made the currents stronger. I managed to pushe Kris and myself up of the bank of the river. I sat Kris up and took the arrow out of his back. After the arrow was gone, I laid him back down.

"KRIS!" I yelled. I checked his pulse to see his heart stopped beating. "NO....no no no..." I didn't want him to die...I love him too much and it pains me to see him like this...I put my warm lips against his and transferred the fox bead to him. 

"Kris! Come on....this has to work..." I said. The rain continued to pour, making the river splash cold water at us. After yelling and shaking his body, he started to cough out the water and slowly open his eyes. 

"Kris!" I gave him a hug, relieved he was okay. 

"지민..Are you okay?" he said looking me still dazed. 

"Of course I am.." I said while sobbing. 

"Is he okay?" I looked up to see Luhan back in his human form. 

"Yeah..." I said. "I gave him the bead." 

"You what?!" Luhan said surprised. "How could you give him the bead!" 

"He was dying!" I yelled.

"He's going to die if he has the bead in him! Now the hunter have an easy target!" Luhan continued to yell. 

"No! He's not going to die again. I'm going to stay close to him!" I said still hugging Kris that was half awake. 

Luhan let out a deep growl but I growled back at him. "It's just ten days. Then he'll be fully recovered." 

"Alright. Fine." Luhan said. "Let's get him back to the campsite." Luhan picked Kris up and carried him in his arms. 

"Kris you're going to be so surprised tomorrow..." I said while getting his wet hair out of his face. 

Author's Note- Sorry I haven't been updating lately..School in the U.S are beginning to start and mine starts this monday... ㅠㅜ...I might not have alot of time to update alot but I will try to when ever I have time..... Alright guys~! Bye.
