Baekhyun coughed.
 

Luhan made a face. “I seriously think you should go see the doctor.”

“No thanks, I—”

“Baekhyun, I insist.”

The moment was having its silence. “Alright.”

It's a fifteen minute walk from the apartment to the clinic. Baekhyun grabbed his hood and waved to his roommate before he left the room. He doesn't think meeting the doctor is really all that important; it's just a cold. He just needs water, rest, and then the fever will go away in a few days. Luhan just worries too much.

After what seemed like forever as he finally reached the clinic, talked to the doctor, and got his medicine from the pharmacy, he felt thirsty. He really needs a drink right now. He spotted a vending machine at the corner of his eyes and walked towards it.

Popping his coins inside, he pressed the button of the drink he wanted, and waited.

And waited.

The drink wouldn't come out.

Baekhyun kicked on the machine. This is unacceptable. Where's his drink? Is the machine not working? He kicked it once again.

“What's wrong?”

A booming voice behind him, and a tall figure stood beside him. Baekhyun turned to look at the stranger. The person beside him had a blunt look on his face. “The machine's not working.” Baekhyun replied.

The guy just muttered an “oh,” and turned to walk away. He gestured for Baekhyun to come with him. “Come on, I'll buy you something. My treat.”
