What is Inside....??

It was time for Ronica to go for her first trimester check-up. Ronica is generally very calm, but this time she was a

little scared, cause her health had not been good.

Kris being a good husband took a holiday, and decided to take care of the kids at home. He had to even go to

work in the wekends and Ronica did not like it at all. She was on her 13th week, and her belly had already started

to show. Meifin seemed excited, none of them knew why. Dingxiang had already seen his mother pregnant once, but

hardly remembered anything, therefore he too was curious, what was happening to his beloved mom.

"Ronica come out. We have to leave, we will get late for the appointment." Kris knocked on the bathroom door.

Ronica, who was still suffering from Morning Sickness, was having a hard time.

"Wait please." She almost cried from inside. Kris could not keep any patience, opens the door and enters

immediately. Ronica was lying on the bathroom floor, holding her chest, tears staining her dress. He helped her up

and took her to bed.

"Take deep breaths now...slowly and calmly. Breathe in and out. Nice and slowly." He said wiping her tears.

"Here take a sip and come." Kris handed her a bottle of juice. He helped her up and took her downstairs.

"What happened to mom daddy? Why is she so sick?" A curious Dingxiang asked Kris.

"Nothing serious, my love. She is fine, a little unwell. We are going to a doctor na...we will see what happened to

mommy. Come." Both the kids ran to the car. Ronica slowly climbed in beside Kris. He adjusted the seat for her, so

that she could rest properly.

"Keep drinking, and here listen to some music. Just don't fall asleep, ok...!!" She nodded her head.

He drove carefully, not to disturb his wife. She had closed her eyes, while listening to some music. Ronica seemed

much better now, her nausea had calmed down a lot.

Meifin was being naughty. She anyways did not listen to Kris.

"What is inside's mommy's belly. Mommy has become fat."

"So what...??" Kris answered.

"What is inside it appa...??"

"Hmmm... I don't know..maybe another little Meifin."

"Another Meifin...??"

"We will see when we go to the doctor Meifin. Now quiet."

Soon they were in the clinic. More than Kris and Ronica, Dingxiang and Meifin were excited. A small line was

ahead of them, they had to wait.

While waiting, Meifin tugged onto Dingxiang's t-shirt.

"Oppa......what is inside mommy's tummy?"

"Hmm...a fairy."

"A fairy....?? With wings..white one?"

"No..a little fairy, even smaller than you. This small." He showed her with his little finger.

"Really...who told you this?"

"Appa....!!" He looked at Kris.

"Appa...?? Jinja...?? He lies." And she clicked her tongue.

Kris, who had been taking care of Ronica all this while, heard the last sentence.

"Meifin, come here."

"What happened appa...??"

"Why did you say I lie...??"

"Because you lie."

"When did I lie?"

"Just now. You said, that you did not know what was inside mommy's belly. But you told oppa, and not me."

"Ok..so that is appa's fault. Come here you too." Dingxiang came to his father. Ronica was just observing and

listening what will he tell the kids.

"See...omma has a small kid growing inside her belly. A small little one. It's like a little fairy, just like uri Meifin."

"She will also play with us....??" Dingxiang asked, smiling. Having another sibling actually made the kids happy,

Ronica was chuckling too.

"Hmm...and... "

"number 2033 please come inside." It was the announcement or their number. She got up and the whole family went

inside. Kris telling the kids to keep quiet.

They entered the room where the doctor told Ronica to make herself comfotable and sent the kids to the other

room with a nurse. Samples of her blood were taken and some usual check-ups were done. Till now, Ronica was

told to be a healthy mother. Her medical history with the birth of other children were all known by their doctor.

The doctor checked whether the child had any sort of chronic diseases or not via different more tests. The child till now was perfectly healthy. Her belly was soon covered with a gel and an ultrasound was shown on the screen. The

kids were sent to Kris to look at the screen.

It was their first time they were looking at their little sibling.

"That's our little fairy appa...??" Meifin asked Kris.

"Hmmm...!!"

"She is so small...and tiny..!!" Both exclaimed together.

"When will she come out...??" Meifin asked again.

"Well....your little fairy will come out this winter." the doctor told the kids "and then she will be this big." He showed

with his hands.

"Appa...jinja...??" Meifin smiled and asked Kris once again.

"Jinja...now let's take omma's reports and go home ok. Omma needs rest."

"How is she doing?" Kris asked Dr.Kang once before taking the reports.

"Well...she is fine and doing great. But a little dehydrated. She must be having a hard time due to nausea. But I think

it will soon go away. It generally lasts for a short while. Take care of her and make sure she has enough fluids. You

need to take care of yourself Mrs. Fan. Please go around a little more. A little exercise won't be bad for your body.

Do not take stress and take enough rest. Meet you at the 2nd trimester screening." The doctor gave them the blood

test reports and the sonography CD. The due date was written in the papers.

"Let's go home." Kris took Meifin in his arms. She was half asleep already. Dingxiang held his mom's hands and

went down to the parking lot. By that time, Meifin had already fallen asleep.

"Aigoo...my little angel. So naughty and curious." Kris gave Meifin a soft kiss on her cheek before carefully placing

her backseat, making sure not to disturb her sleep.

"The kids are just like you. Always hyper." Kris told Ronica as soon as they entered the car. She smiled once more.

"Sure they are. At least now Meifin listens to you, my liar yeobo."

aaahhhh...I am squealing and fangirling. Kris is such a nice hubby.
