A/N: This is for RSparda. Well, it's not like she requested or anything but think of this as an apology. At first, I wanted to actually write something out to cheer for you since you are having your exams but then it turned into an apology. LOL. 

Well, you know about my problem, I tried to really write something out but this is the only thing that I can get, this is so bad I don't even know how this can be an apology. But I tried, really...

Anyways, for the rest, read and comment so that I know where to improve on? 

Daehyun hit his forehead against the table for a few times before letting out a heavy sigh. It’s 4 am and instead of sleeping, he is sitting in the living room, trying to get the knowledge that he missed out in class into his head. “I should’ve listened to the teacher even though it is boring.” Daehyun groaned as he ruffled his hair furiously.

Yongguk walked out of the room with a muffled yawn as he looked over to where Daehyun is sitting at. A small smile appeared on his face as he walked over. Yongguk ruffled Daehyun’s hair gently and Daehyun looked over with a defeated look. “Hyung… It’s so difficult…” Daehyun whined ending with a sniffle. Yongguk chuckled and sat beside Daehyun.

“It’s not right to sacrifice your sleep like this, it won’t lead you anywhere.” Yongguk advised before leaning in, pecking Daehyun on the forehead. “But I will let you go this time, don’t cramp everything at the last minute next time.” Yongguk chuckled when Daehyun puffed his cheeks. “Come on, I will help you. Let’s make this 2 hours worthwhile.” Yongguk suggested as he patted Daehyun’s head gently.

Unlike Daehyun, Yongguk already graduated and Yongguk definitely didn’t squeeze all the things together to the day before the exam before he studied. Even though Daehyun is finally worried now, Yongguk finds it unnecessary for Daehyun to be like this since his results aren’t that bad.

Daehyun flipped through the textbook and clarified his doubts with Yongguk. Daehyun was trying very hard to stay awake as he did the questions but sleep eventually took over him and Yongguk chuckled when he saw Daehyun sleeping on the textbook with his mouth open wide. Picking him up gently, Yongguk brought him into the room, tugging him under the blankets before joining him in bed.

Daehyun shot up when he heard his alarm. “Oh my god, I did not just fall asleep. , I haven’t read through most of the topics tested. What should I do? I am so dead.” Daehyun started babbling the moment he woke up and Yongguk just hugged him gently. “Calm down babe. You studied enough, besides, sleeping now is much better than falling asleep in the exam hall.” Yongguk cooed and Daehyun calmed down a little.

“But what if I don’t do well for this? This is the final exam-” Yongguk shut Daehyun up by pressing his lips onto Daehyun’s. “Just relax, you will do well.” Yongguk smiled when he pulled away from Daehyun. “Go and wash up, you don’t want to be late for the exam.” Yongguk said as he patted Daehyun’s back. Yongguk sent Daehyun to school today and Daehyun was being all jumpy on the way there and Yongguk is totally amused at the way Daehyun is acting.

“Just go in, do the paper normally and I will be here when the paper is over.” Yongguk instructed and stole a quick kiss from Daehyun before pushing him slightly, telling him to go into the campus. After watching Daehyun disappear into the campus, Yongguk walked around the area and found a café where he can spend some time at.

After wandering about the streets, looking at different types of things around, Yongguk walked back to the campus since the time is almost up. Yongguk was leaning against the wall at the opposite street of the campus when Daehyun saw him and with a huge smile, Daehyun jogged over to his lover. “Hyung.” Daehyun called as he went over and Yongguk’s eyes widen when he saw Daehyun running across the road.

A car was approaching Daehyun and he didn’t seem to notice it, luckily, it’s at the lane nearest to the pavement and Yongguk managed to pull Daehyun in before anything happens. “Yah, can’t you see that there’s a car coming towards you.” Yongguk chided as he smacked Daehyun’s head. Daehyun stuck his tongue out and grinned. “Yongguk saved me anyway~” Daehyun cheered as he ran away from Yongguk’s punch. “Yah, stop right there, I will get some sense into that thick skull.” Yongguk grumbled as he ran after Daehyun.

They ended up in their shared apartment, panting from the exercise they decided to do. “I win.” Daehyun announced between pants and Yongguk pulled Daehyun in a headlock. “Who says?” Yongguk smirked as he hit Daehyun’s head. “Hyung, I still have exams coming up, I will turn stupid because of you.” Daehyun complained as he tried to get out of Yongguk’s firm grip.

“Don’t worry, you will need the sense for your exams.” Yongguk assured before he released Daehyun, proceeding to the bathroom to get rid of all the sweat on his body. “Hyung, are you going to bathe?” Daehyun asked and Yongguk sighed. “What else will I do?” Yongguk asked and Daehyun flipped over on his stomach, staring at Yongguk. “Bathe me too, I am tired. The exam kills me mentally and you tortured me physically, I am drained.” Daehyun reasoned and Yongguk grimaced.

“Your reasons but I shall reward you a little for working hard.” Yongguk mumbled and Daehyun cheered as he jumped onto Yongguk. “Hyung’s the best~” Yongguk brought them to the bathroom and stripped them of the dirty clothes. He didn’t know if it’s because of the running but being in the bathroom with Daehyun seemed to be very hot and Daehyun’s moans when Yongguk rubbed his back isn’t helping one bit.

So one thing leads to another and the couple is now lying on their bed, trying to catch their breath. “Hyung, now I have to bath again.” Daehyun whined and Yongguk chuckled. “You enjoyed it anyway. Don’t tell me that you are regretting the cause you definitely enjoyed it from the way you moaned just now and you are the cause of that so no complains accepted.” Yongguk spat and Daehyun pouted.

“At least bathe me, I am really tired now.” Daehyun grumbled and Yongguk smirked. “You want a second round?” Daehyun’s face flushed red and he pushed Yongguk slightly. “I am still sore.” Daehyun groaned when Yongguk tried to tease Daehyun’s hole. “Arraso, I will bathe you and you have to study for your exams so that you won’t have to wake up early in the morning the next day.” Yongguk said, getting Daehyun into the bathroom again.

“Babe, do you need any help?” Yongguk asked when Daehyun started abusing his head on the table again. “Why is this so complicated? I can’t get it right.” Daehyun groaned and Yongguk sat beside him, grabbing the textbook to take a look at the problem that Daehyun is stuck in. “You did it correctly, but look, there’s a small mistake over here.” Yongguk pointed at the statement and Daehyun shouted incoherent stuff at the textbook as Yongguk laughed at him.

“Yonggukie hyung, the textbook is bullying me.” Daehyun whined after a while and Yongguk has an amused smile on his face. “What is it this time?” Yongguk asked and Daehyun pointed at the drawing Daehyun doodled on his textbook. “I was almost done with this but the page decided to break on me, look at that hole.” Daehyun complained and Yongguk sighed, wanting to slap himself for even asking Daehyun.

“Jung Daehyun, I swear if you don’t start focusing and actually do it properly, you will regret it. Don’t you dare cry to me tomorrow morning saying that you haven’t finished reading the text.” Yongguk ordered and Daehyun pouted. “Don’t use that on me, it’s not gonna work this time round. Try and do badly for this, you can go back to your apartment for the next 3 months.” Yongguk threatened, knowing how much Daehyun hated to stay alone in his apartment, that’s one of the reasons why they are staying together.

“Fine, I will study, must you be so harsh?” Daehyun grumbled as he flipped through the textbook with his cheeks puffed out cutely. Yongguk ruffled Daehyun’s hair gently. “Come on, it’s only a onetime thing, you can have as much fun as you wish for after the exams is over.” Yongguk comforted and Daehyun ignored him. The silence wasn’t long since Daehyun got stuck again and he has to ask Yongguk for help.

Luck wasn’t on Daehyun’s side as he got sick the day before his last paper. Yongguk brought Daehyun to the doctor and tried many ways to get rid of the fever but nothing really worked. “Do you want to just rest at home for today?” Yongguk asked even though he knows what Daehyun’s answer will be. “This is the last paper, I won’t lose to this freaking exam.” Daehyun cheered as he jumped up from the sofa and Yongguk watched as he fell back down, clutching onto his stomach.

“Are you sure you want to go like that?” Yongguk asked the next morning when Daehyun’s condition didn’t really get better. Yongguk sighed when Daehyun insisted that he is fine. Without any other choices, Yongguk sent Daehyun to school with a heavy heart. When the exam is over, the students are all rushing out of the campus cheering for the end of exams.

Yongguk waited for a while but started to get worried when he didn’t see Daehyun in the group of students that walked out. Lesser and lesser students are walking out as time passed and Yongguk is trying hard to stop himself from barging into the campus. Daehyun always comes out straight after the exams since he knows that Yongguk is waiting outside and the fact that Daehyun is sick is killing Yongguk as he waited.

Relief washed over Yongguk when he finally sees the familiar figure walking towards the exit. The relief wasn’t long-lived since Daehyun looked like right now and Yongguk noticed the slightly red and puffy eyes. “What’s wrong? Are you feeling very bad? Should we go to the hospital?” Yongguk asked softly when Daehyun was standing in front of him. New tears forced their way down Daehyun’s face when he heard the gentleness behind Yongguk’s voice.

“I think I messed up.” Daehyun sobbed and Yongguk just hugged him, patting his head gently. “It’s okay, this is only one of the papers. I am sure you did well for the rest.” Yongguk cooed and Daehyun sobbed harder. There’s so much that Daehyun wanted to say but he doesn’t like giving excuses, he did badly for this and it’s as if he let Yongguk down, giving more excuses will only make Daehyun feel worse.

The day for the results came quickly and Yongguk went to the campus with Daehyun. This time, he is allowed to go in so he stood at a corner of the auditorium as he waited for Daehyun. There were students crying, from both happiness and regret, around Yongguk and he was waiting impatiently for Daehyun to come to him. The previous night, Daehyun had been torturing Yongguk by being totally quiet and moody, totally nervous about today and that made Yongguk nervous too. A nervous and tension filled Daehyun is not a very common sight.

Yongguk finally saw Daehyun walking towards him but Daehyun had his head hung low. When Daehyun got to Yongguk, he didn’t even pass the report card to Yongguk. “Hyung…” Daehyun called shakily. “Eottoke?” Daehyun mumbled as he bit onto his shaky lips. Yongguk tried to get the report card from Daehyun but Daehyun held onto it tightly, not wanting to let go but Yongguk is stronger.

Yongguk stared at the report card and his nerves are popping out from his forehead. “Jung Daehyun, what is this?” Yongguk growled as he glared at Daehyun. “You dare to act pitiful when you get these results?” Yongguk pulled Daehyun into a headlock. “Seems like you need some punishment.” Yongguk grumbled as he smacked Daehyun’s head.

“Hyung, hyung, stop, I will really turn stupid this time.” Daehyun groaned as he rubbed his head. “Just look at those crying, they will kill you if they saw your results and the way you acted.” Yongguk sighed and Daehyun just grinned. “It’s a once in a life time thing. I won’t ever get to do it again after this.” Daehyun reasoned and Yongguk ruffled his hair. “Good job, you did well.” Yongguk smiled and Daehyun hugged Yongguk tightly. “Thanks, Yonggukie hyung.”

“Hyung, where’s my reward?” Daehyun demanded as they stepped into their apartment. “Since I did well this time, shouldn’t I get some reward?” Daehyun asked and Yongguk shrugged. “I didn’t prepare any.” Yongguk said straightforwardly and Daehyun pouted. “But I worked so hard for it.” Daehyun mumbled and Yongguk smiled, grabbing Daehyun’s left hand, pulling out his gift from his pocket and slipping it into Daehyun’s ring finger. “Now, you are mine.” Yongguk announced and Daehyun stared at the ring on his finger.

A smile crept up his face as he pulled Yongguk down for a kiss. Their tongues moved around each other’s perfectly and Daehyun’s heart thumped against his ribcage at how perfect this moment seemed to be despite the fact that they have their flaws and the scene isn’t exactly romantic. When Yongguk pulled away, they stared deep into their respective eyes, absorbing the fact that they now belonged to each other.

“But, hyung, since when did I say that I will be yours?” Daehyun asked before he ran about the house for his life. “Arraso, hyung. I am just joking, relax, and put down your weapon.” Daehyun said as he stood at one side of the bed. He eyed as Yongguk slowly lowered down the weapon but before he could even react, the said weapon flew straight into his face and he fell backwards.

Daehyun groaned as he held onto the back of his head, curling up into a ball. Yongguk got worried immediately and went over. “Yah, Daehyun ah, where did you hit your head on?” Yongguk asked as he bends forward and Daehyun took the chance to grab the pillow that Yongguk threw, attacking Yongguk. “Aish, this kid.” Yongguk groaned as he pinned Daehyun down, tickling him.

“Do you admit defeat?” Yongguk asked and Daehyun tried to stop Yongguk. “Okay, I lose. Stop.” Daehyun said between gasps and Yongguk stopped but still held Daehyun down. “Are you sure? Don’t do anything stupid oh?” Yongguk warned before he released Daehyun. Daehyun didn’t heed the advice and tried to attack Yongguk but failed of course.

“Aish, our Daehyunnie over here really needs some punishment before you learn.” Yongguk sighed with a smirk as he threw Daehyun on the bed. “How about a rough that leaves you limping for the next few days?” Yongguk suggested and Daehyun gulped. “Wait, hyung. Relax, Daehyunnie is sorry, please don’t be too rough.” Daehyun whined with his best puppy face. “You know that Daehyunnie can’t stand pain.” Daehyun tried to appease Yongguk and thankfully, it worked.

Daehyun whined when Yongguk pulled out and Yongguk sat there, looking at how beautiful Daehyun is. “Hyung, tissue, is dripping out.” Daehyun groaned and Yongguk grabbed some tissues, putting it under Daehyun’s before grabbing a towel, cleaning their bodies. When Yongguk finally joined Daehyun in bed, Daehyun snuggled closer to Yongguk, breathing in his scent.

“Thanks, hyung.” Daehyun smiled with his eyes closed and Yongguk pecked his forehead. “Just sleep.” He chuckled, pulling the blankets up to cover their bare bodies.
