Jessica's POV:

"Ya, how can you say things like that to your mom?" I whined as we got outside the gate of Sooyoung's house. 

"HAHAHAHA, wae? I thought you're happy my mom is in your side?" Sooyoung replied.

"You're crazy. Crazy!" I said in English.

"I'm fine thank you." She said in an exaggerated American accent, with a smile.

"Whatever. This might be the last time I'll be able to face her, ALONE. Well, with you."

"Ya, as if you could do that? I actually think my mom will send you more text messages than me now."

"Really? Hng, right now, I feel like I wish you're also a son."

"Stop it will you." She said, a bit annoyed. I grabbed a hold of her hand.

"Thank you for today, I felt welcomed."

"Pshhhhh." She smiled. "After stealing my mom away from me..." 

"No, seriously. I really wish we could still go out like this. Hah! I don't like to debut anymore!" 

"Aigooooooo. If not, how can we fulfill our dreams then?"

"I never really dreamt of being an idol. Just... well, nothing. I just wanted to try it. It turned out really good. Hahahha. " I giggled.

"Ehh, whatever you say." Sooyoung smiled. "Ahh~ I'm hungry. Let's go somewhere."

"We just ate.."

"Ya. I lost my appetite because of you."

"Aigooo. Let's go. My treat."

"Ahhh. I want some cucumber soup. Hihihi."

"Oh please." 

We walked the whole street of Yeoksamno and reached Yesung oppa's restaurant. Yes, oppa, we became really close during our early training days. I wasn't pretty sure if Yesung oppa's mom would recognize us. But yes, she did. Hahahaha. 

"Say aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh~" I offered some meatballs to Sooyoung.

"Ahh~" She said and opened widely. She giggled a bit while chewing. "Ya, are you my mom or something?"

"Aigoooo. After confronting me about your stealing your mother.... Don't talk when your mouth is full!"

"Ya, Jessica. You will shut up if I put some food in your mouth, right? Say aaaahhhhhh~" She offered some, too. I smiled and hesitated at first, but accepted it though. 

"Ahhhh~ so delicious!" She said again.

"......"

"Wae??" 

"Nothing. Sooyoung-ah.."

"Oh?" She said while still eating some meatballs.

"Seriously. If I'm a guy, I think I'll marry you."

"YA. Are you a lesbian or something? Do you also have an allergy on meatballs? Ishhh."

"Aishh, jinjja!"

"Ehhh. Nado! Satisfied?" She smiled. Then had another meatball on .

"Mwo?"

"I will always be thankful to have you beside me for almost 7 years. Ahhhhh."

Sooyoung and I exchanged look. Meaningful, happy looks.
