She couldn't help but feel her heart sink. Were they really not coming ? Part of her wished they would, but another part of her knew that she had made a promise to apply for a university if they actually did. She didn't know if Donghae understood what she said at that time because they haven't exactly talked about it yet, but she didn't knew how to break it to him either if she would have to end up doing it. She knew she had to keep her word. There wasn't any other way to earn the trust from her parents any longer. Sure, she would be fine living on her own like she was currently doing, but then again, they were her parents. Harsh or not, it was only right for her to be filial and return all that they've done for her to ensure her good academic results. She sighed.

Meanwhile, the members were currently on their second song. Eunhyuk had just finished his rapping part and had made his way down to the stage path via the stage elevations.

"___ ! Did you see your parents yet ? The spotlight made it hard to see just now and I couldn't make out any empty seats 'cos the fans were running all over.." Eunhyuk asked the moment he stepped back stage. 

"..N-not yet," she said with a shrug.

Seeing how upset and disappointed she looked, Eunhyuk then pulled her in for a hug. "It's okay ___, there's still quite some time left. They'll make it." he said, before rubbing her back gently. He had to leave shortly, leaving you alone again to monitor the screen.

There was only 2 songs left before ___ had to make her way on stage for the first solo performance. Her heart was beating crazily fast. She didn't know how the fans would react firstly, plus, she was worried about making mistakes, especially since it has been quite a while since the last time she performed on stage in front of a huge crowd. 

"Ga Eun sshi ! Your parents are here ! They were late, they just arrived. They're seated at the seats Leeteuk bought for them !" one of the staff announced as he came running into the waiting room where the members were with the exception of Sungmin and Ryeowook who were now performing.

"So...does that mean we're going..?" Her mother asked her husband who had just walked out of the shower and was preparing to go to bed. She was sitting on her bed, her back leaning against the headboard, holding onto the pair of tickets that her daughter had given her.

"Well...if you want. But, ..I have a meeting tmr," he explained, trying to avoid the topic.

In fact, the both of them found themselves in an awkward situation ever since the sudden return of their daughter. Not that they didn't welcome her back, but it just felt slightly uncomfortable. Sure, they've missed their daughter dearly despite being all cold and mean in front of her. I mean, which parent wouldn't if they're daughter had gone away for more than 2 years, right ? But the fact was that they felt guilty for causing her to leave in the first place. ___ had sent them messages during their birthdays and wedding anniversaries, but they didn't have the guts to reply, or do the same for her when it was her birthday. Whenever they received emails from her asking them how they were doing, they would never fail to feel a pang of guilt, so they just took comfort in the fact that they're daughter was still well and healthy. They had been worried about her health ever since she left for Korea. Since they hadn't heard of any news of their daughter debuting, they assumed that she was undergoing intensed training in Korea. After all, they knew that she was an extremely hard working girl, never giving up until she achieved her desired goal.

The only news major news they heard about her was of course, her dating a celebrity. The news had come as a surprise to them though. They were totally unaware of the news until they were met with a mob of reporters at the ground floor of their office building, bombarding them with numerous questions at once. Some of which asking her if ___ was really her daughter, and what they plan to do regarding the situation she was stuck in with his enraged fans. They needed some time to digest the situation of course, but on the other hand they were really worried about her well-being and safety. Wasn't he the guy whom she was a fan of ? The one whose posters were stuck all over the walls of her bedroom ? The one whose face was on the wallpaper of her desktop ? Knowing very well as a lawyer about cases like physical abuse when one dates a celebrity, they were often very worried about her, although they never expressed it. Who knows how much more she had gone through ? She often sounded cheerful in the messages she left behind for them. They knew that she could very well be living under much more comfort and luxury under the same roof as them. In fact, they missed having her around in the house, the sound of music coming from her room to keep her awake whenever she stayed up throughout the night to study for an important examination.

"Then let's go after your meeting. Though we'll be late but...at least we're there.." she said, trying to convince her husband to buying into her idea. But he didn't reply.

"C'mon, it's our only way to show her that...we're supporting her." she continued, tugging on his arm.

"..Okay I guess," he shrugged. 

But his agreement simply wasn't because of her promise to study the law. In fact, they have reflected upon what they have done. After all, they realised that it was true that she was forced to study all the things they wanted her to. They had made decisions for her in all her life. Now that she wants to create the path to her own future, they had gradually come to accept the fact.

"REALLY ?!" All the members asked in unison, some even jumping out of their seats in the process. 

___ immediately made their way to the monitor which was currently showing the audiences. "It's..It's them. They're here..." she gasped, not believing what she saw.

The members burst into celebration. "TOLD YAAAAA, HAH !!" Heechul exclaimed loudly. 

However, ___ on the other hand had yet to digest the current situation, and was simply staring at the screen in awe. It wasn't until Donghae who held her hand did she wake up from her daze and go back to reality.

"C'mon, let's go.. We have to standby," he said in a soothing voice, his hand patting your back gently.

___ looked at him, eyes showing that she was worrying. "But D-donghae I...I can't do this.." she stuttered.

"What do you mean ? Of course you can !" he said, cupping her face. "It'll be fine. Just dance like how you usually do, alright ? Make your parents proud. C'mon, we've gotta go !"

Donghae then pulled her towards the backstage entrance. ___ couldn't even concentrate. She felt her heart palpitate faster and was unable to calm herself down despite the constant encouragements from her other unnies. 

I wanna love you

The music resounded through the speakers and Eunhyuk started the dance as usual, showing skilled, sharp movements and elegant body waves, making the fans scream. It just made her heart beat faster and turn dry. How will the fans react ? She couldn't help but worry, and even had to have her unnie remind her the counts for her entrance.

5, 6, 7, 8...

She made her entrance on stage. The reaction remained the same at first, until her face was caught on camera and shown on the 3 big screens behind them. It was then when the crowd was brought to a new high and screamed even louder then they already were. From afar, she could see the sapphire blue light sticks frantically pointing towards the screen, and the people in the mosh pits whispering to one another looking at the screens at the same time, as if trying to confirm that it was really her that was dancing. 

Eunhyuk, being professional, managed to maintain his composure and guided her along as they started to dance together, looking into her eyes trying to communicate through eye contact. He could tell that she was nervous, her hands shivering and that she wasn't dancing up to her usual standard, but he fully understood. All eyes were on her now, as Donghae appeared from the other side of the stage, moving towards her and grabbing her hand, pulling her to his side of the stage.

The crowd was now insane, and both Donghae and ___ could literally feel the stadium vibrating from the massive amount of energy from the fans. Donghae however, kept his focused on ___'s eyes, trying to calm her nerves down. As they made intimate contact, the crowd roared even louder, and ___ made her way to centre stage after disappearing backstage and making her way via the underground passage.

As she appeared centre stage, she was brought nearer to the crowd. Not only was she able to see the audience jumping out of their seats, but she could also see her parents, both their eyes fully focused on her as she danced. Though she felt nervous, she never failed to exude her charisma on stage after all the experience she had. And as the last line was sung, she turned her back against her parents who were currently up on their feet just like the rest of the audience, and ran her fingers down the chiseled chests of the two dancing machines of Super Junior, perfectly finishing the stage. Then, the crowd cheered, hitting the highest level thus far during the concert that night and they were lowered down to the underground paths.

After they had safely left the stage, ___ felt tears start to fill her eyes. She couldn't help but start to get emotional, more emotional then the first time she stepped on stage. This was the first time she danced in front of her parents, this was her first time getting support from them, this was the first time her parents had witnessed her dance under the spotlights on stage. Adding on, the stress and worries that had built up before she entered the stage was now gone, making her shed tears of relief. 

"Aigooo ___-ah, you did great ! Don't cry anymore..!" Eunhyuk said trying console her, patting her back with one hand while using the other to remove the mic.

Donghae pulled her in for a hug, and let her bury her face in his chest, laughing slightly, "You'll ruin your make up you silly girl.."

"Ga Eun ah !!" their manager called out, causing ___ to pull away from Donghae abruptly and the trio to turn their attention towards him. "The stylists are waiting for you, you have to get ready for the next stage !" He announced with a smile.

"...w-what ?" she asked, confused. She was told that she was to perform for only one stage as they were afraid that the fans might not react to well to her appearance with Donghae.

"Pabo-yah, hurry hurry !!" Donghae said, happily grabbing her hand and running to the dressing room like a happy kid.

And just like that, ___ performed for the members during their solo stages just like she used to, enjoying the moments she missed the most. The crowd had unexpectedly extended their warmest welcome to the outstanding dancer who came from their own country, and cheered her on continuously. Even her parents, who seemed to be expressionless when they saw her at the start, were starting to enjoy the atmosphere. It wasn't long before the end of the solo stages, and the members were now in the changing room, trying to put on their vegetable costumes for their encore songs.

"Uhh, help me put this onion on !" Donghae whined. The onion costume made his frame look smaller, and ___ couldn't help but smile at how cute he was.

"Ne !" she chirped, getting him to slip his arms through the arm holes and earning a kiss on the cheek during the process, making her blush as the other members looked at the loving couple with envy.

"___-ah, you stole the stage today !" Ryeowook joked, pouting cutely.

"Aniyo.. You guys are doing awesome, that's why !" she said, blushing once again at their comments.

The members soon made their way out to the stage again, making the crowd scream in delight. As they continued to sing several other songs, the time had soon come for them to sing their ending song, 'Wonderboys'. However, the members were given some time to interact with the fans, and the fans were given a chance then to carry out whatever fan projects they might have planned, like celebrating Kyuhyun's birthday in advance.

At the same time, just when Kyuhyun was satisfied from all the love he was receiving from his fans, they were unaware of an additional fan project that was planned. The fans had noticed that ever since the news of Donghae dating had broke out, Donghae was no longer his usual playful and cheerful self. Instead, he was usually quiet during interviews, and the greed for the mic during Super Shows were now less. In fact, he didn't even volunteer to speak to the fans, and just stood by the sides quietly, watching the members and the fans interact. His eye bags had become more obvious, probably because of lack of sleep due to the fact that he had a lot to worry about. Furthermore, his schedules were cleared and his appearances on variety shows and music shows were cancelled. It was only during Super Show where he got the chance to meet his fans, but he had lost the confidence to speak to them.

Little did he know, that he was in for a surprise together with ___ that night.

A/N: AHH HELLO PEOPLE I AM BACK !!! I seriously seriously did not touch my computer at all since the last time I updated and OH how I missed seeing Donghae as my wallpaper. I am SO, VERY sorry for the long delay in updates. My exams just ended yesterday and I started writing as soon as I reached home, but I got preoccupied with previous stuffs later at night cos there was still school today. I probably lost a lot of readers but it would really be comforting to see comments !! I missed writing so much and I hope you guys didn't get tired of waiting !
