I couldn’t help but remember the kiss. So soft and passionate. He had done this to me, I had fallen for him so easily and just by a single kiss. I couldn’t let it mean anything to me though, I had to keep him away. But, I can’t. My heart can’t take another blow like it had. I couldn’t love anymore. I was the President’s son, I had duty above love. Yet, here Sungmin was changing that view point.

“Master Kyuhyun,” a butler bowed drawing my attention.

“Yes,” I asked eyeing him through a façade.

“Your father is on the phone,” the butler replied before leaving. I could try and love him, right? The scars of my past, they could be forgotten. A kiss could mean something right?

“Hello father,” I answered when I got the phone.

“Ah Kyuhyun, I have a surprise for you.” He announced and I could see his beaming face if I closed my eyes, sickening.

“Ok,” I replied.

“I figured you would be lonely by yourself at home, and a nice gentleman from the area recently called me about that boy you use to date, Park Jung Soo.” My father stated making me pale.

I had the upper hand now. No one dared cross Heechul due to his threats, what did I have to lose? With Kyuhyun’s help, we could put Heechul in his place. Kyuhyun, he really did go through so much. I could see how he would think a kiss meant nothing, but I wanted to show him how wrong that was. A kiss could mean everything if given by the right person. He seemed so lost and lonely when I looked into his eyes. He looked like me. Before he came, I was an outcast unable to do anything, but after he came, I felt I could do anything. I would save Kyuhyun though, even if Heechul kept his rank in the school, I would at least make sure I had Kyuhyun. I touched my lips thinking back to the kiss we shared today. It meant more than anything did to me, and yet, I said those harsh words he loved. Did he feel the sting as I had, or did he feel nothing? My heart pained at the thought of him ignoring me. What if the plan failed and he ended up leaving? I know he will never be an outcast and Heechul knows that as well. No one cares if I’m remembered or not but Kyuhyun is different. He will always be remembered if not for school then by his father, I’m a nobody.  

“Sungmin hyung, have you seen my math book?” Sungjin asked as he entered my room. I shook my head before he took a seat beside me on my bed.

“What’s wrong?” Sungjin asked laying his head on my chest as I placed a hand over his.

“Nothing, how’s school?” I ask gently rubbing circles over his clothed chest. Sungjin shrugged before closing his eyes.

“Heechul hyung still giving you problems?” Sungjin asked as I leaned down to move his black hair and kiss his forehead.

“I can deal, I found a new interest.” I announced earning my brothers attention.

“Am I no longer your interest hyung?” Sungjin pouted making me laugh.

“Hyung loves you forever,” I mused bending my head to lightly kiss my brothers lips. The two of us smiled at the act. Ever since he had discovered I was gay he supported me. He taught me to kiss; he helped me with boy talk. Ever since he was born, the two of us had depended on eachother to learn things since our parents never taught us.

“Whoever you fell for hyung, I’m sure he’s wonderful.” Sungjin replied before fully allowing his body to relax.

“Go to sleep, hyung will protect you.” I whispered. I truly did love my little brother.
