Everybody knows it that
Right of the bat,
Between us, there's something,
But I only saw nothing.

They can see it clearly,
They could feel it dearly,
Between you and I,
There are sparks that fly.

They say, maybe it's in our eyes,
That give them butterflies,
Making them melt,
Wondering how we felt.

They call it chemistry,
Like seamless melody.
Can you feel what they try to convey?
Because I too, am at a lost, what to say.

Everyone is singing along,
To our unknown song.
I could only remain speechless,
Hoping for you, it's not grievous.

Because everyone but us
Could find the reason to fuss,
Hoping this chemistry
Is the beginning of a destiny.

Can you see the reason why?
Because as of now, neither do I.
Perhaps someday, we'll meet again,
Who knows what will happen then.

Maybe we'll fall in love.
