The more I see you the more my fingers tremble
My phrases couldn't capture your essence
No sentence seem right to put you in ensemble
No adjectives bright enough to match your presence

What was I thinking
Dreaming of you to be my character
When just with your singing
Everything else, I fail to register

Too striking for my dull plotting
Too colourful to fit in a certain theme
Too overwhelming to exist in any setting
Too surprising to be limited to a genre, it seem

Yet this writer is too stubborn
You in my fanfic, I pursue with shame
For there's nothing better I yearn
Than to carve the felicific, your name

The picturesque of your voice
The melodious of your smile
Again left me with not a choice
But to be lured knowingly into such wile
