I panted and used a tissue to gently dab my sweat away.
I didn't want to smudge my makeup.
We were just done filming the dance for our song "Brave".
Apparently it was to show the audience that
this group won't be all just cutesy.
Hyora came over to me
with a bottle and offered it to me.
"You can use the straw,
so the lipstick won't come off."
"Thanks eonni."
I waited till I stopped panting before drinking.
As I drank, the other eonni-s gathered around here.
They were encouraging each other and
praising each other for their hard work.
We then went back on set and was about to take our umpteenth take
when Dana accidentally stepped into the room.
She was totally shocked and left the room after apologising for interrupting.
Dana?
Were they all back from smtown Singapore?
"Alright everyone! Go for your lunch break
and meet again here for the filming
of the other scenes," one of the crew announced.
I took my things and left the room without waiting for my eonni-s.
I went to the cafeteria and looked around for any exo members.
I then went to the dormitory area.
The only person I saw was Kangta,
excluding some other staffs and trainees.
I didn't even see snsd,
who would probably be goofing around like usual.
I sighed and went back to the cafeteria to join my eonni-s.
"Where did you go," Miri asked me,
"we were waiting for you."
More people gathered in the cafeteria by then,
but exo still wasn't anywhere in sight.
"Sorry," I said as I placed my things on the table,
"I needed the toilet so I left first."
"Alright, go get your food," Jaeli said.
I nodded and left to get my food.
Because we're supposed to look our best,
our diet were restricted. And cut down by a lot.
I almost cried hearing that!
How could sm separate me from my food?
I queued up behind Taemin for our food.
I was so jealous of him. They didn't restrict his diet.
Taemin seemed to notice that I was staring at his tray
when the ajumma passed him his food,
and he purposely turned his back at me
to stop me from looking at his food.
"No Hani, you're on a diet~"
I laughed a bit and pushed him gently.
I wasn't in a really good mood as
I'm separated from both food and Baekhyun.
"Sunbae-nim, I'm not in the mood," I said.
"Oh, sorry. Why?"
The ajumma passed me my tray.
I took it and walked away, ignoring Taemin.
"Why?"
Taemin asked again as he followed me.
I shook my head and went back to my table with my eonni-s.
Taemin followed me all the way there
and even sat with us just to find out why.
"Taemin sunbae, you're making our meal time really awkward,"
I said. Taemin was only close to Jaeli and I.
Jinchan was closer to super junior,
Hyora and Miri was closer to snsd
and Haitong was closer to fx.
Jaeli was close to everyone in shinee because she's a fan.
I was only close to Taemin because of Kai.
"But I'm just worried for you,"
Taemin said cheekily.
I ignored him once again and started eating.
Then he spoke again,
"Is it because of Baekhyun?
You like him don't you?"
What?!
"Lee Taemin, I really do not like oppa.
Who told you I like him?
Why does everyone assumes I like him?"
"Yes, yes I get it.
So I suppose you don't want to know where's exo."
Taemin then went back to eating.
That boy is so annoying!
It makes my blood boil.
"Oppa," Jaeli said, "don't disturb our maknae already.
She doesn't like Baekhyun,
they're just really good friends."
Taemin sighed and said,
"they're still on the plane I think.
They took a later plane."
"Why the sigh?" Jaeli asked.
Taemin just shook his head.
Taemin finished his food first.
He stood up and was about to leave when he turned to me.
"Yes?"
"Kai would be upset to know you don't like Baekhyun."
"Oh, why?"
Taemin raised his shoulders and said,
"I don't know. Just a hunch,
since Kai was so confident that you like him."
I then looked at Jaeli.
"Really? Do I really give people the feel that I like him?"
Jaeli nodded silently, which made Taemin smile before he left.
I turned back to my plate and pictured Baekhyun's face on my broccoli.
I poked "Baekhyun" with my fork.
