Difficulties
Special Someone (CURRENTLY EDITING)
Eunkyung picked up really fast.
Maybe because she had also been learning the dance and
song in case one of us couldn't debut.
This made me wonder, was Jaeli kicked out?
And why?
Jaeli had always been good...
My mind kept on drifting off to Jaeli,
making it really hard to concentrate on anything.
Though I constantly got scolded,
my life still wasn't that bad compared to Eunkyung.
Hyora didn't like Eunkyung so much that she
constantly opposed Eunkyung on purpose.
One night, I heard Eunkyung crying to bed.
I wanted to talk to her so badly, but Hyora was so influential to us
and we all respect her, so we avoided Eunkyung too.
No, we alienated her.
"Today someone we know is
filming her scene for brave.
And I heard she's posing with a
chameleon too, like Jaeli,"
Miri said to Jinchan.
"So she's scared of lizards?"
Hyora asked.
Jinchan and Miri jumped when Hyora interrupted their conversation.
They didn't know Hyora would hear them.
Miri nodded silently and looked at Jinchan.
"Good," Hyora said.
"Why?" Jinchan asked.
"I'm going to go catch some lizards
and put it in her bag of course,"
Hyora said and laughed.
Though I feel really sad for Hyora and all,
but dealing with Eunkyung like that was making
me slowly lose respect for her. I didn't wanted to stop
my admiration and respect for her,
so I took my empty tray and plate and left.
"Where are you going?"
Haitong asked.
"No where in particular, just want to stroll around a bit."
I walked past the music room and saw Baekhyun and Luhan inside.
I then entered to hear them singing.
Luhan stopped and smiled at me.
Baekhyun noticed Luhan wasn't singing anymore,
and looked up from the piano.
"Hi, sunbae-nim,"
I said.
"Why the formality?"
Baekhyun asked.
"Exactly.
Any friend of Baekhyun is a friend of mine,"
Luhan said.
I smiled a bit and said,
"hi oppa."
Luhan then whispered something to Baekhyun.
Baekhyun nodded and asked,
"_____, is there anyone who's special to you?
Other than your parents and relatives.
Like someone you like, someone you admire
or a really special friend?"
"Me?"
Of course I do! My first best friend,
my friend who didn't join sm with me,
that man... And also Jaeli...
Thinking about him dampened my mood,
and thinking about Jaeli made it worse.
I couldn't help but to frown.
"_____, I realised recently you haven't been
behaving the same. Is something wrong?"
Baekhyun asked.
I shook my head but Luhan said, "no, you're lying.
Recently you really are different.
You get upset easily. You've even inched away from us."
"I... I just don't want to... get too close to anyone..."
Baekhyun and Luhan exchanged
glances and asked, "why?"
"Do you all know that my group has a new member?
And she's the new leader too."
"What about Jaeli?"
Luhan asked.
"She's gone,"
Baekhyun said.
I nodded and sighed once more.
"I don't even know why did she leave.
Maybe sm kicked her out?
I really have no idea. We didn't
even get to speak to her before she left."
"Is that the reason why
you get upset easily recently?"
Luhan asked.
I nodded.
"And you're afraid that you'll get hurt
by people you're close to,
so you're stepping away from us?"
I blinked and a hateful tear escaped my eye.
I quickly wiped it off but my breathing gave me away.
Soon, more and more tears were flowing out.
Luhan came to my side and said,
"we won't leave you. We promise."
Baekhyun then joined in and said,
"yes, we will never leave you. Even if the sky falls,
there's a zombie apocalypse or alien invasion."
I laughed a bit and Baekhyun
squeezed me in his embrace again.
"Oppa..."
"As for Jaeli, I can't do anything.
But I promise I'll always be here for you."
I smiled and cuddled him too.
