Birds sing after a storm. Why shouldn't people just enjoy the sunlight?

-Zelo's POV-
A sunbeam tickled my eyelids and I woke up. I turned around to make sure that Chey was really here and I hadn't dreamed it.
No. She was really lying next to me. I smiled and kissed her cheek.
Suddenly I heard a noise from downstairs. I kissed her once more, took my baseball bat and jumped out of the bed.
Cheyenne groaned and opened her eyes.
"Zelo..? What is it?"
"Nothing. Go back to sleep.", I said and went to the door as I heard another noise.
Cheyenne jumped out of the bed too and took her gun.
"You've got a gun? Where do you've got a gun? She has got a gun! Hey! What do you think you're doing?!"
"I'm comming with you!", she whispered.
"No!", I said and pointed to the bed.
"Ok~ then you're comming with me!", she said and  went through the door like a ninja.
"Hey! Hey! Noona!", I whispered.
"What?!"
I didn't say anything. If she had to come with me, I had to protect her at least.
I pulled her on the arm and put her behind me and told for her to stay there. She rolled her eyes, but then she nodded.
We crept down the stairs into the kitchen hearing more noises.
Cheyenne pointed the gun at our visitor and was about to pull the trigger.
"MOM! What are you doing here?!", I yelled as I realized it was my mother.
"I'm cooking! So stop playing with the baseball bat and the gun and come eat breakfast!", she said and smiled like... well~ like a mother alway does.
"Mom!"
"You must be my daughter in law!"
"Mom!"
"How do you like your eggs?!"
"I told you it was safer upstairs...", I whispered to Cheyenne.
"How do you like your eggs?!", my mother repeated.
"Yeah. How do you like your eggs?!", I asked looking at her.
"Oh no~ You know I have... to do... something! Practice! Yeah! Because yeah I'm back in the company again so~ yeah!
And you two have much to talk about.", she stuttered.
"Too bad! Another time then?", my mother asked.
"Absolutly!"
"Great! See ya!", my mother said and my girlfriend fled out of the kitchen.
"Good catch! Uhhh I like her!", mother said while going into the living room with the food.
"Mom. MOM!"
"Come on sit down!"
"MOM!"
"You know your security system ...!"

-a few hours later-
-Cheyenne's POV-
"And what? She breaks into the dorm and starts cooking?", Mel asked.
"Pretty much.."
"Strange... But she is Zelo's mother after all so~ yeah. Strange..."
"Zelo told me to take care of her while he's on a concert.", I told her.
"Like... babysitting?"
"Yeah something like that. But she may not find out that I babysit her."
"Good luck, Chey! Mothers know that! They can smell fear!"
"Yeah like sharks and she moved to Seoul to be closer with her son, so she can make sure, that won't happen again.
You know the stranded in the middle of the ocean thing..."
"Want does she want to do? Hold his hand while your doing it?!"
"No. I mean... I hope not... That's why  Zelo told me to take her home and make sure she stays there."

-At the apartment of Zelo's mother-
"So Mrs Choi, I brought you cup cakes!", I said and sat down.

"That's really kind but call me Umma.!"
I smiled and felt awkward.
"Ok... umma."
A few minutes passed by and I didn't say anything.
"Listen daughter, either my boy wants you to babysit me then you can leave or you can just wanna be
kind and sit with me and take a cup of tea. But in any case, the cup cakes stay with me!"
Ok I was speakless, that really got me convinced. She was really a cool mother in law!
I smiled.
"I take my tea with wild berries, umma."
She smiled too.
"Good choice!"

-Zelo's POV-
After the concert, Cheyenne was already waiting for me.
She was sitting in the living room. I kissed and sat next to her.
"Your mother saw me comming!", she whispered.
"Why are we whispering?", I whispered.
"Cup cakes? Really JunHong?!", my mother asked and shocked me.
I looked at Cheyenne.
"Don't blame her, I forced her to bring me here.", my mother said and sat down on the couch.
"She can be very persuasive!", Chey said.
"I know...!", I said and sank into the sofa. "I know..."
