Fast forward to tutoring lesson with The Fish:

“Have you been revising some words on your own?” The Fish asked in a hushed tone as we were in the stinking library. Well, it is better than this tuna smelling house that’s for sure. But I can’t be a pain and be too loud this library. Gahh!!!

“Yes.” I nodded curtly.

“Want to tell me one of them?” he asked.

“Nan niga sil-eo.” I smirked (A/N Trans: I hate you.) The Fish blinked back at me and shook away my answer.

“Anymore?” he asked. Wow, he is preparing to ask for more of the words I have found out. On Google… Translate :$…

“Nan dansin eun johahaeyo.” I winked. (A/N Trans: I like you.) His fishy face suddenly brightened.

“Chincha?!” he squeaked. (A/N Trans: Really?!)

“What- no!” I scoffed, pushing my fringe out of my eyes. This is fish is gullible. Hehehe~

“Moreugesseumnida…” he mumbled (A/N Trans: I don’t understand…) I rolled my eyes at him.

“Toejora!” I hissed. (A/N Trans: Go to hell!)

“Mwuh?!” (A/N Trans: What?!)

“Yumago.” I snapped. (A/N Trans: you.)

“Miss, please use appropriate language in the library.” a stuck up librarian asked me nicely. I scoffed again and looked away from her while The Fish looked really offensive.

“Why are you so mean to me?” he asked.

“I don’t know.” I smirked, “Sorry.”

“Do you mean it? That you’re sorry?” he made sure.

“No. Of course not!” I chuckled darkly. The Fish let out a heavy sigh and took out something from his bag which had Hangul writing on it. It looks like a bunch of scribbles in my opinion. Aish- Oh no! Koreans got me saying it now! Aish- Arghh!! NO! Grr…

“What am I supposed to do with this?” I asked him quite puzzled as I skimmed through the paper, not hint of proper letters or English words on the page.

“You have to work it out, decode the Hangul.” he explained.

“But it would turn out as Romanji thingy!” I moaned.

“I know, once you have done it, you have to translate it.” The Fish smirked. Is he trying to get me back?! God, this fish! “You may even use Google Translate to help you out. But everyone knows that Google Translate can be wrong. Like your silly Korean you found. Yumago?” I narrowed my eyes at him, “Seriously though, it took me a few seconds to figure out you are telling me to off.”

“Lee Donghae!” the strict librarian hissed from her table.

“Mianhaeyo!” Donghae cried.

“You’re trying to get back on aren’t you?” I narrowed my eyes at him even more.

“Nope. I just want you to get your Korean right that’s all, Yumi-shiie.” he started to smile sweetly at me. Why is he so nice to me when I am mean to him? Doesn’t he get that I hate him? He pushed a piece of paper over to me which had the Hanguls in order and had the Romanji thing at the bottom. This would take me years… I began to do it, ignoring the humming Fish in front of me who was doing his own work which was Maths.

The Fish’s POV:

Okay, so 12x+23b is equal to 45x-10a but what is x? WTF?! O_0 is Mr Han trying to murder his students with unreasonable/unanswerable questions? That teacher! What the fudge is x? I do not know! Aish, I’m going to fail this subject. I need Kyuhyun with me. He’s smart in Maths. He teases Yesung hyung with it cause Yesung hyung is also not good at Maths. Aish… These numbers are giving me a headache.

I glanced over at Yumi who was busy trying to decode the Hangul I gave her. I can’t believe she used Google translate. Aigo, so cute. I didn’t notice I was actually watching her work. Well, staring at her work! She was just so- the way her eyebrows arch when she is in deep concentration and a little dent forming in between them, chewing her bottom lip while the end of her pencil, she tapped really hard on the table, creating it to be blunt. Hangul is not that hard right? I need tuna…

“Hey, quit with the staring Fish!” a paper ball was thrown at my face by Yumi who looked at me angrily, “Such a ert! Watching me work! Gahh!”

“Sorry, sorry…” I apologized as she went back to her work and I did too but I couldn’t help but glance at her again.

Yumi’s POV:

I just finished 10 Hanguls when I felt someone staring at me. I thought I was just being paranoid but when I looked up, I saw The Fish just staring at me. Like he was hypnotized by me. I angrily scrunched up an extra piece of paper and threw it at his face.

“Hey, quit with the staring Fish!” I hissed at him angrily. “Such a ert! Watching me work! Gahh!” I went back to the sheet and tried to find the right Hangul when I felt someone looking at me again. I peeked through my eyelashes and saw The Fish glancing over at me. I shot him a death glare and he quickly went back to his Maths as quickly as possible. Why was he staring? He looked up at me again at the same time as I did. Our eyes met and I looked away awkwardly, my cheeks heating up. Wait- I’m blushing?! I bit my lip to control a little outburst from coming out as I tried to focus on my work.

“Okay… So this one is Saranghae-” I mumbled to myself, “What the hell does that mean?!” I looked up at Donghae and watched how his face turned frustrated with the work he was doing. What a dumb fish! I quickly eyed his paper and saw the question: ‘12x+23b is equal to 45x-10a but what is x?’ How easy can that get?! That fish! Pssh…

“X is 56.” I told him quickly. He looked at me with his eyes wide as he scribbled the answer on his paper and he threw me a thankful smile.

“Gomawo Yumi-”

“Don’t mention it.” I snapped, “Don’t tell anyone I helped you. it’s just that you look constipated working that out.”

“Oh.” he uttered.

“Hyung.” I called, “What does ‘saranghae’ mean?” he blushed lightly.

“It means I love you.” he muttered. I raised my eyebrows.

“Why does this have I love you in it?” I asked, stabbing my pencil on the sheet, “is this some love letter?! Urr, take it away will you! God, can’t you give me a simpler message to decode? Not with an ‘I love you’ in it?1” I threw the paper he gave me which I decoded only the first line of Hanguls and sat back on my chair. He sighed, took the paper back and threw me a new piece of paper with new Hangul. Did he gave me a love letter on the first one? Weirdo… I started to do the thing over again, my brain overworking. Damn this and Hangul! Damn everything! I want to go home and sleep!

“I’m going home.” I said and started to pack my stuff.

“We’re not finished yet!” he said, standing up with me.

“Well, when I say tutoring is finished, it’s finished.” I told him and threw me pencil in my bag while I scrunched up the second Hangul paper he gave in my blazer pocket. “See ya Fishy.”

“It’s Donghae and come, I’ll take you home.” he offered.

“What- No thanks! I don’t want you taking me home! You’ll know where I live!”

“Kyuhyun told me he lives opposite you already. So I already know.” he smiled.

“Damn, that would mean I would need to move!” I cried. He rolled his eyes at me, grabbed his stuff but before he can start to walk with me, I bolted away from the studying table and ran for the door. Victory was mine- *BANG!!*

“Ow!” I cried as I landed on my painfully while rubbing my forehead. I didn’t see the glass door was closed. Urgh, my head hurts! Stupid glass door.

“Hey, what happened?!” The Fish crouched down over me, getting worriedly, “Why is there a red mark on your head?”

“I ran into the glass door okay?” I said as I got up from the ground. “Glass doors and me don’t know co-operate well with each other.”

“Funny, the same thing happens to me.” The Fish chuckled. I started to let out a small smile- No, why am I smiling?! I hid my smile with a scowl and started to walk out of the library, checking if the glass door was still in front of me but it wasn’t so all was good. When I got outside, I had to stop. It was dark. As in pitch black! Only the orange lamp post lights can be seen in the distance. We’ve stayed in the freaking library for a long time! Urgh~ I heard The Fish zip up his coat behind me. I carried on walking in the dark.

“Yah! Where are you going?!” I heard him yell to me.

“Home!”

“Are you crazy?!” I felt him run after me, “It’s too dark! Your road is too far to walk!”

“What do you expect me to do tonight then?! Stay over at the library and sleep there?!

~~~~~~~~~FAST FORWARD~~~~~~~~~

“She’s staying around ours? Tonight?!” Monkey asked like it was so hard to believe that I had to stay around their fishy house. Yes, I had no choice but to stay around the Fish’s house overnight. He wouldn’t let me go home in the dark night as all kinds of people was out all the time and he is scared something might happen to me. Plus, he scared me with a story about a schoolgirl in another school who came walking home at night and got in the street o_0... I hugged my shoulders to prevent from the cold as I was still standing by the doorway.

“Are you sure about this Hae?” Monkey asked The Fish.

“I am not letting her go home at this time. It’s too dangerous and dark for a girl like to be wandering home like this!”

“You are such a mush you know that.” Monkey hit The Fish around the head, “Aish, come in~”

“Just to let you know, I really don’t want to be here as much as you don’t want me to be here too you know, Monkey.” I told him and threw my bag by the staircase, “Trust me, before you are awake, I’ll be out of this house.”

“Good.” Monkey nodded curtly. “Spare room in by your left upstairs. Don’t go in my room, I’m warning you.”

“Like I want to go to a Monkey’s room!” I scoffed and stomped up their stairs. I went to the room that Monkey told me about and plonked myself on the single bed with covers that had designs of a bananas and fish. It was fresh new covers and it actually smelt nice. I yawned and glared around the room. It was just a plain box room with a single lamp next to me and a small window. No sign of escape for me then. I looked at myself and sighed. I’m still in my uniform. I might as well sleep in it. But before I can pull the covers off a bit, The Fish walked in the room.

“Here,” he passed me a huge green t-shirt and a pair of checkered boxers and a new toothbrush still in it’s case on top of the clothes.

“I think I would rather sleep in my skirt that wear your boxers~” I grimaced.

“It’s newly washed I promise.” he smiled warmly at me and left the room, “Soap and towel is all in the bathroom if you want to wash up as well.” I muttered swear words under my breath as I yanked my blazer off and wretched open my top buttons as I walked to the bathroom opposite the bedroom. I tip toed in, wash my face, brushed my teeth and pulled my hair in a messy bun. At least the house doesn’t smell of tuna at all. I wonder why they both live together. Where are their parents? I’m sure they are not related to one another. I walked back in the spare room, pulled on the huge shirt and boxers. I didn’t know boxers were so comfy to wear. I laid down on the bed trying to get comfy when The Fish came walking in again.

“Just in case you get cold at night.” he passed me baby blue hooded sweatshirt which smelt so much of him. “Sorry about the smell, Hyuk Jae poured my aftershave all over it this morning.”

“Hyuk Jae?”

“Ne, Eunhyuk. His name is Lee Hyuk Jae but everyone prefers to call him Eunhyuk.” The Fish explained.

“More like Monkey.” I smirked as fiddled with the sweatshirt he gave me. “Thanks.” Donghae nodded and walked over to the door.

“If you need anything, I’m next door to you. Sweet dreams, Yumi-shiie.” he said.

“Yeah, yeah, yeah…” I rolled my eyes at him and threw a pillow at the door so that he would get out already. I heard him chuckle lightly outside. I turned the lamp off and tried to sleep. *10 minutes later: no sleep… 30 minutes later: still no sleep… 1 hour later: no sleep still… 2-4 hours later: I CAN’T GET TO SLEEP!!!!!!* There is something wrong with me! I can’t get to sleep! Argh!!!!!! I need sleep. I think it’s maybe I am sleeping around the Fish’s place. 2 hours ago, I heard someone going to the rooms next door to me. The boys might be asleep now apart from me. Urgh… I tried closing my eyes again. My eyes popped open once again when a bright light shone on my face. I squinted my eyes and saw Monkey!

“Yah, what are you doing here?!” I screeched, grabbing my duvet around me.

“Yumi~ I can’t sleep.” he rubbed his eyes sleepily.

“Go away!” I threw my pillow at him with all my might but it just landed by his foot.

“Wow. That hurt.” he mumbled and took it in his arms and shuffling over to me and sat down on the floor. “Night Yumi.” and he rested himself on my floor.

“Yah, Eunhyuk! Get out!” I half yelled half hissed, “Hyuk Jae! Get out of my room- Aish you annoying monkey!” I gave up when he started to snore. I got up from my bed, kicked him on the leg and stomped out of the bedroom. Why did I even agree to sleeping around the Fish’s house cause it was dark outside?! Sure I might get but I can defend myself! Walking to the kitchen, I grabbed a glass and poured myself some milk when I heard someone humming behind me.

“Hi Yumi! Can’t sleep?” I looked back to see Donghae eating cereal by the kitchen table.
