Chapter 22: I Know...

Hae's POV:

I.could.not.sleep.a.wink...

I wipe my eyes and get ready for school. As I wash my face I look in the mirror and see huge bags under my eyes.

Great..This big time! What am I supposed to do? I have no make-up to cover up these bags!

I quickly walk into my mom's room and rummage through her things looking for her cover-up.

I pick out a tube of liquid. Is this it? I read the back,

"Used for covering up pimples, blemishes, and other types of acne or dark spots.

Do not get near eye area."

Eye area? Well the bags under my eyes are far enough away right? Whatever it's close enough...

I squirt out a little and apply some under my eye.

That does not match my skin color...Do I blend it or something? I rub in the brown liquid under my eye.

HOLY CRAP! I'm just making it worse!  I throw the tube back in mom's draws and head to the bathroom and wash the liquid off.

Maybe no one will be able to tell...

Byunghun's POV:

I'm actually glad that Lindsey asked me to come with her today...Why? Because I feel really awkward near Hae, she basically rejected me last night...And the fact that she puked after I kissed her is really embarssing...

"Babe what's wrong?" Lindsey asks hugging my arm.

"Nothing." I say shrugging her arm off, which she just grabs again.

Forget it I'd rather be awkward with Hae then with this la plage!

"Are you thinking about her?" Lindsey asks stopping and giving me a cold look.

"Forget about her! You're MY boyfriend NOT hers!" she says angrily.
