Chapter 10: Performance + Disaster Striks = Mworago

I-Hug was getting ready to perform for the incoming students. The girls were dressed in denim shorts, a white top, a black blazer, and black boots. They walked on stage and were about to perform when the power went out and their microphones were not working and the seven girls looked at each other. There was only a little light in the room.

Vanessa counted to three and the members started to sing an acapella version of U-Kiss Light It Up. The seven girls stood together in a line and their voice filled the room.

Everyone in the audience mouth went wide as they performed this, even U-Kiss and B.L.I.N.G. They were shocked about their strong vocals. They were singing this song with their hearts, and when they were almost done the lights suddenly .

The crowd started to clap and they hurried backstage. They all hugged and smiled; U-Kiss came over to them giving them Thumbs up.

“I did not know you girls could sing acapella.” Alexander said, “All your voices are lovely. I did not know what you were going to do when the lights went out.”

Kibum smiled at us, “You girls are really wonderful you know that!”

“Thanks Sunbaes” They all said at the same time causing U-Kiss to blush..

The members at B.L.I.N.G. looked each other and did not seem too happy that I-Hug’s performance went so well. They did not know that they could since acapella’s was there anything that I-Hug could not do.

Mi Cha looked at the other girls, “Do you think its right to do this to them?”

Vicky crossed her arms and looked at Mi Cha, “If you want to win Kevin’s heart you’re going to have to do this. We are going to have U-Kiss fall in love with us.

Kikyo smirked, “I can’t wait for our plan to work. I really want Dongho to be mine. He is so cute and funny.”

Hyun Ae smirked, “This is going to be too much fun. They will be starting their album soon so that will be the perfect time to put our plan into action.”

“They are so annoying,” Kikyo crossed her arms, “What does U-Kiss see in them.”.

A few weeks have passed since their debut and I-Hug announces that they were going to have their comeback soon. This comeback was not just a group song it also featured two sub groups.

They were going to make a sub group with the older members Vanessa, A, Yoona, and Yue Sun while the other sub group was made up of the younger members Lina, Yinah, and Vania. Vanessa, A, Yoona, and Yue Sun were going for a y concept while Lina, Yinah, and Vania were going to show a cute concept.

The girls were in separate practice rooms for their sub groups, but came together for their group song that was going to be a ballad.

I-Hug was going to be shooting three music videos next week so they were really busy with late nights and falling asleep in classes when they had them. They were being offered many jobs and they were really happy about it. Vania is a regular on Star King with Dongho. Vanessa and Lina became regulars on the M Wave with Alexander and Kevin. Yoona and A got offered to take part in Season two of dream high with Kibum and Soohyun. Yue Sun and Yinah joined as regulars on Star Dance Battle with Eli and Kiseop..

Lina, Yinah, Vania made up the sub group ‘K&H’ short for ‘Kisses and Hugs’ were practicing the dance for their song. It was a very cute upbeat song and dance about love. Their title song was Is this a Love Story.

The sub group for the older girls is going to be ‘4our’ with a techno hip-hop feel. The music started to play the four girls started to walk forward and dance. Yue Sun was calling out the dance steps. “Pop, pop, body roll, spin, and man man ha ni shoulders.” She kept counting out the dance steps as Yoona started sing to their song No More Lies

Yue Sun did her solo dance part during the instrumental and after a few moments Yoona, Vanessa, and A joined.

The seven girls came together after two hours for their group song. Their dance was very simple this time around, as they dances they danced to their new song “Please” .

The seven girls arrived back at their dorm late at night; it was about two am in the morning. Yoona was carrying Vania the sleeping maknae on her back. Vania fell asleep in the car and they did not want to wake her up. She does not get enough sleep as it is; she works as hard as Dongho. They are always on shows together.

Vanessa opened the door and the lights and screamed. All the girls rushed to her and noticed what happen their dorm as was mess and they did not know why. Their dorm was completely destroyed.

Vania’s popped opened and she saw our dorm that looked like it was hit by a tornado. She hugged onto Yoona, “Unnie what happened! Nooo my stuffed toys.” Vania whined.

“Who would do such a thing? Yaa Yinah this better not be one of your pranks.”

“I swear it isn’t.” Yinah said grabbing onto A’s arm, “Why would I destroy our dorm. I would never do such a rotten thing like this to you guys.”

Yue Sun pulled out her phone and called their manager. “We have a problem can you come to our dorm.”

The manager who just dropped them off hurried to their dorm and her eyes went wide. “Girls I’m going to make a phone call.” She headed outside and came back in twenty minutes later. “Girls come with me; I will be taking you to where you will be spending the night and you will be getting new arrangements tomorrow.”

The manager the girls to a dorm that they did not know about; she entered and waved at the security guard. The manager headed to room 501 and knocked on the door. Someone sounded like they tripped as they answered the door without a shirt.

Yoona covered Vania’s eyes and sighed while Vanessa covered Lina and A covered Yinah’s. They all yelled “YAAAA IS THIS A JOKE!”
