She sat in front of her laptop. Browsing through their pictures –pictures that once made her so happy, she never thought those happy memories would make her feel bad.

She heaved a deep sigh as she familiarizes her self with the pictures her past sister had left her to remember. 

She thought her Sister deserved everything in this world. She’s perfectly capable of experiencing the word “happiness,”

She wanted to tell her Sister everything but in the end she was too late.

“If you can hear me Bom. I miss you terribly. I miss you so, so much.” She said particularly at herself while tears fall freely from her eyes.

She smiled bitterly to herself as she closes her laptop.

Tears fall continuously.

She’s in pain.

She wanted to stop.

She wanted to feel nothing but happiness.

Does it hurt to be happy?

She went down on her knees and weep.

“Bom…” she said.

 “Dara…” that voice, it sounded familiar to her.

He was sitting beside her.

Getting his handkerchief and wiping it on Dara’s face.

“I can’t bear to see you cry,”

She looked at him with puzzled eyes.

“What are you doing?’

Jiyong smiled gently at her.

“Being a friend?”

After Dara heard it, she surrendered and cried.

“Shhhhh”

“I’m stupid right?”

“I’m sorry… for everything,” Jiyong said as he pat dara’s shoulders.

“It’s nothing… I –I just don’t know what happened to me,” She said stuttering.

Jiyong raised her chin, and kissed her. Asking for her permission to let him in and she gladly complied.

She was weak.

He thought he was taking advantage of her.

But he needed that, he gladly misses her.

She hoped in that very second, it would be forever.

She never thought she would experienced anything like this.

She hoped he would never leave her.

“Ji….”

“yeah?” He answered immediately after pulling away from the kiss.

“promise me you’ll stay,” she said.

He smiled at her and kissed her forehead.

“I don’t want to promise you anything baby girl,  but I will not leave you, until you choose to be my wife again,”

“ji…” Dara whined.

“I know…”
