"you-ah, do you have a Korean name? It's really annoying to call your English name, I can't even say it properly" Hyerim asked

"I don't actually have one" I said while I fed myself a spoonful of rice into my mouth

"Okay, then. Anyway, how old are you? You might have to call me Unnie, ne?" she grabbed my spoon and ate a mouthful of veggies from my lunchbox

"Aish! I'm 18 this year. What about you?" I asked her informally, in a very annoyed tone

"EEHHH? 18? I'm.. I'm 16! You look younger than I thought!" she smiled

"Call me Unnie! You even spoke to me informally although we just knew each other for a day, this brat!"

"Aniyo, that won't do. I'll call you you, I'm your only friend here.." she insisted

"I'M ALSO YOUR ONLY FRIEND, YOU !!" I yelled, everyone stared at me for a moment but they continued eating their lunch, "You're funny!" I added

Hyerim facial expression began to change into a bit more serious, her forehead wrinkled and bit her lower lips intensely, "Ya! Ya! Are you okay?" I asked her

"That's your friend, right?" she pointed at Donghae, who's sitting at the corner of the canteen

"You're right, what's wrong? It kinda embarrass me to know that he's my friend. Well, we're not really friends but we do know each other.." I answered hesitantly

"I think he's sick"

I laughed, "I know he is crazy! I'm aware of that, my friend" I patted her shoulder

"Aniyo! That's not what I meant! Look at him, he looks hurt, he keeps holding his tummy. Go and ask him whether he's alright"

"Aigoo. He might just want to poo, but too embarrassed" I laughed again and continued eating

"you-ah, what if.. what if.. what if he dies and his soul follows you wherever you are? Then he.. he sleeps with you, and eats with you? Isn't that scary?" she said

My eyes widened and my heart starts to beat like crazy, how could she know I'm really afraid of ghosts, that's crappy! "Araso, araso!"

I walked to him slowly so he wouldn't be able to hear my footsteps, he leaned his head on his knee. As I get closer, I could finally hear his heavy breath. "Donghae-ssi, are you.. are you alright?" I asked

He raised his head but he leaned again, "Come here" he said and lent me his hand

"Why?"

"Come here, I've got lots of things to tell you today. Let's be friends starting from this second" he stood up and dragged me to the garden behind the canteen

We looked around and decided to sit behind the bushes so people would not see us together, it might cause some misunderstanding.

"What's wrong, Donghae-ssi?" I asked slowly, I kinda grow weaker whenever I'm with him

"My mother ran away from home a month ago. And just now, hmm, I got a call from my uncle, he said my Mom got remarried in Beijing" he explained while a teardrop began to land on his arm

"So your Mother and your Dad separated?" I asked hesitantly

He bit his lips again, "My Dad died when we had a vacation near the sea. We went fishing and yeah, it's an accident" he said

"I'm sorry.. It's good to see you grow healthily up until today"

"Aniyo, I actually feel sorry to my Dad. I should've taken good care of my Mom. The worse thing is that, I think she remarried because of me"

"Why?" I asked again

"My Dad grew up in a poor family, while my Mom's family is quite successful. They got married without the agreement from their parents, but yeah, they got married overseas. Mom loves Dad sincerely and she even let go of him, she celebrated his birthday even after he died. However, because of that, I feel embarrassed that I lost my Father. To look cool, I decided to pretend as if I'm a rich guy and I brought home different girls every night and sleep with them. My Mom finally got mad at me, but then I told her that she's just jealous that I could enjoy love, unlike her who marries a poor guy like Dad. I kept telling her to remarry a wealthy guy, and let me enjoy wealth. I just think she's gone insane because of me, but I still believe that deep down in her heart, she loves Dad more than anything else, just like me" he explained, he couldn't hold it in anymore. I didn't know why he told me that, but I feel great that he trusts me, that's why he told me, not the other

I held his hands, "It's good that you know it's wrong. You can't do anything about it anymore, but all you could probably do is to keep a good relationship with your Mom, 'cause I know she won't let you go as well" I said, "Anyway, have you eaten?"

He shook his head, "I was in pain because I haven't eaten as well. Double pain really kills"

I dug my hands into my bag and took out a bag of cookies, I made it myself yesterday. It wasn't made for him, but I didn't have anything else inside my bag. "AAA" I fed him the cookies

"I look so pitiful, don't you think? It's really embarrassing" he laughed

"It actually made me think that you're really a man. It's not easy to admit it.." I said and fed him another cookie, "Anyway, did you just..drink?" I wiggled my nose

"Ah.. Yes, I did"

"MWOOO? Where? I thought it's not allowed to drink or smoke inside the company, right?"

"I went outside and drink inside the car" he laughed again, "you-ah, we're friends right?"

I smirked, "I guess so.."

"Call me, Oppa! I'm older than you, I just hate it when you call me Donghae-ssi" he said

"Araso, Oppa!" I smiled

We laughed together for a moment, "You like me?" Donghae suddenly asked

"What? No.. I didn't say that, Oppa" I hit him with my shoulder and we laughed again
