Gradient Map in Pictures

When I was new in using Photoshop, I've always wanted to try this edit, but it no avail, I can't do it. I played with PS for almost 1 day, until I think I was able to do it, and learned that it was easy. =P
I'll be using Ban Nam Gyu's picture.
So here are the steps on how to do it.
1. Open the picture that you want to edit. This is my original photo:
2. A. Click on the adjustment layer
2. B Select the Gradient Map
3. Make sure that the Black or Dark Color is first on the gradient editor and click ok.
Note: If the Light color is the first (or in the left side) on the gradient editor, just tick the REVERSE checkbox.
