The 3D effect; requested by --icepopsicle

base on what the image you have sent me, I think and believe that it is a 3D effect.
So here's your requested tutorial. :)

How to make the BnW picture.
If you wanted to make your picture in black and white in the easiest way, on the PS menu bar, go to Image >> Adjustment >> Black and White and click OK.
How to make the glow thingy or better known as the 3D effect.
1. Open your image. (File >> Open >> Select your image image >> Click Open)
2.1 Duplicate your image's layer. (Right click, select DUPLICATE LAYER)
2.2 This window will pop out, click OK
3. On the duplicated image layer/layer 2, right click and select Blending Options...
Under the Advanced Blending, uncheck the R.
4. Using the Move Tool (ctrl + V) move your layer 2 on the left or right and you'll get the 3D effect.
Note: If you move layer 2 towards the left, you'll get the red effect. While if you move it going to the right, you'll get a cyan effect. :)

I just realized something, you can also make a different way on how to get that glow effect. I'll post it maybe some time. Not today. :)
