My font so it looks ugly. But then, that's how you make it.

1. Go to your PS tool and select the line tool.
2. Use this preset. Select the 'path' and for the weight, use 1px.
3. Draw a line like this.
4.A Go to your PS tools again and select TypeTool. (ctrl + T) Choose any color and font you want.
4. B The cursor should look like this.
5. Start typing dash lines or ( - - - - ).
6. Repeat the steps in order to complete the dash lines. Here's the result:
