Following the tutorial from Chapter 17. This time motion blur is applied into GIF. Take note, this tutorial is applicable for text and image as well. But since imperfectlyevil requested, the quote/text only. I did the tutorial using text only.
1. Make sure, you did everything in Chapter 17.
2. Insert a new text, using the text tool.
For my tutorial:
Nerdy is text1
Nerdy copy is the layer with text effect with motion blur.
Studio is text2
3. Go to Windows tab at the menu bar.
Window >> Animation
4. Duplicate it three times.
On the first frame, show ONLY text1 layer.
On the second frame, show ONLY the layer with motion blur effect.
On the third frame, show ONLY text2 layer
5. Set your time, I suggest 0.3s. If you are satisfied, save your work.
