Motion blur in picture.

1. Open your picture and duplicate it twice.
2. On the second image layer. Go to FILTER >> BLUR >> MOTION BLUR. Set the distance to 65px & angle to 0.
3. Go to the third image layer. On the blending option set it to Soft Light.
4. Back to the second image layer, erase some parts that you don't like.
5. Optionals:
- Sharpening the image.
- Putting text, psds and textures in the layers.
