Monday, another day to feel stress. Well for my case, my grades are getting better than it was before so my Dad promised to make my allowance higher, sabi ko kahit huwag na pero mapilit din.

Bumangon na ako para maligo, magddrive-thru na lang ako sa Mcdonalds since I’ve been craving for some nuggets and along the way lang naman sa bahay ni Aeri. Yes, sinusundo ko ang babaeng 'yun, prinsesa daw siya sa kotse ko.

Gigi : come here na already!! i don’t wanna be late!

Me : It’s literally 7:27 in the morning at 9 AM ang pinili nating time for our first class.

Gigi : you always have a say, diba u’re going to mcdo pa 😒

Me : Yes, I’m going out na. Stay put there.

Gigi : i think tama, baby ko

Me : Ew.

“Thank you and you are very welcome, take care po hehe.” the girl from the counter said while handing my coffee, ngumiti na lang ako at tinaas na ang window ko.

Medyo nagulat pa ako kanina sa paghawak niya sa kamay ko nang inabot niya ang order ko.

I’m near the subdivision’s gate at nakita kong nakaabang ang guard. I was about to tell him my name but he quickly recognized me, palagi na din kasi ako dito dahil kay Aeri.

I texted her that I’m outside and I saw her almost tripped while trying to run, nabuga ko tuloy kape ko.

“Took you long enough, gosh.” she said and placed her bag on the back seat, kumuha siya sa fries ko

“Oo nga eh, atat na atat ka lumabas. Buti ‘di mo tuluyang nayakap yung damo niyo.” I laughed and she throwed a piece of fry on my cheek, hindi pa nakuntento at pinalo ako.

“Guys, wala daw si Sir Gonzales pero may iiwanang activity, bibigyan ko kayo copies later.” Minju, the Student Government president, our classmate stated and I heard different reactions from my blockmates pero karamihan ay masaya.

“Ugh! My hurted waiting for him tapos- grr.” Aeri ranted and fixed her stuff, nag-aaya ito pumunta sa canteen dahil nagugutom daw ulit. She misses the sisig fried rice from Aling Lucing.

“Calm down, atleast early lunch for us right?” I said and she gave me the ‘you’re right’ look.

Naramdaman ko ang mga titig ng ibang estudyante sa amin ni Aeri habang naglalakad sa hallway papunta sa canteen, ito namang katabi ko ay parang nagpapaganda pa.

I can’t read why they were looking at us that way, maybe they always see me with Aeri everytime we arrive at the university. She’s one of the Lady Falcons afterall.

“I’ll pay for our food, ano want mo?” she asked and I looked at the stalls, I’m suddenly craving for sisig rice as well kaya sinabi ko ito. I was left alone in the table with our bags.

I grabbed my phone and scrolled through my accounts, tinitignan ko si Aeri if need niya ng tulong magbuhat dahil baka marami nanaman ang bilhin pero medyo mahaba pa ang pila.

Napatingin din ako sa paligid and saw some other students from OZ Building coming inside of the canteen, agad kong naalala si Lia.

Oh right, our buildings’ are near each other.

As expected, nakita ko siya and she waved at me while smiling, I did the same. Kasama niya si Ryujin at ibang mga kaibigan na napatingin din sa ’kin ngunit binawi din agad.

Speaking of her, I can clearly see she likes Lia or maybe she’s just too protective, kitang-kita naman ngayon kung paano niya akbayan.

My phone vibrated thinking I got a message from the AUDEX group chat about the meeting since hindi natuloy last practice dahil kailangan umalis ng iba but it was from an unknown number again. I was about to text ‘Who is this?’ but I saw some past messages, it’s Karina.
