I was about to insert my keys so I can go home since it’s getting late but my phone rang, Giselle-- Aeri is calling, again. I immediately declined and started my engine, my phone vibrated again at alam kong si Aeri ulit ito, mabuti at text lang.

Gigi : answer my call, idiot! Wag mo patayin or ako ang papatay sayo!

Me : I’ll drive and alam ko namang yung night out mo yan, you’re so annoying Gi.

I just sighed and turned off my phone, focusing on the road. Grabe talaga ‘tong si Giselle, napakademanding. I don’t want to drink again at baka asikasuhin ko lang ulit siya, I’ve had enough of her drunk self pero alam kong wala ako magagawa.

Last time that I said no, she joked that she’ll ruin my artworks but I know she was serious.

Making an excuse will be useless with Aeri Uchinaga.

After parking my car, I went to the elevator and pressed the 10th button. It’s 9 in the evening at for sure ay natagalan si Giselle sa pag-aayos, sa Revel kasi ang reservation niya and she’s been mentioning it to me nonstop since it was a luxurious nightclub daw. Her friends from other universities will come at gusto nila akong makita, I don’t even know why.

I went to my room and to the closet, I’ll prepare clothes just incase Aeri will force me later. Black slacks, black leather jacket, and a white t-shirt, halatang Black and White ang gusto ko ‘no? I guess I got my liking for those colors from my Dad.

Nilagay ko na ito sa higaan ko at dumeretso sa kitchen para uminom ng tubig, I almost choked on my water when I heard a loud knock from my door,

"Open up, Minjeong!”, As soon as I recognized the voice, I opened the door to see Giselle in one of her ‘party dresses’

“Akala ko hindi mo na bubuksan eh— Why are you not dressed?!” she shouted

"Can you lower your voice? Hindi lang tayo ang nasa floor na ‘to.” I said calmly and let her in. I closed the door and followed her to the couch, her dress was too revealing.

"You sure want to party, Gi.” I commented, still looking at her.

“Of course! Pupunta sina Jaehyun at Taeyong mamaya eh, one of the Blue Eagles na yun! I can’t miss it.” she said and went to my fridge to get cold water.

“Please samahan mo na ako. I told my Mom na ikaw ang kasama ko, you should be present on the photo!” she pleaded.

Talagang need pa ay kasama ako sa picture na pinapa-request ni Tita.

"You even used my name as an excuse kay Tita but Gi, I have things to do—“

"Kim Minjeong, just for tonight please? Promise hindi kita guguluhin for the next weeks, I just want to drink and you should have some fun or even get laid!” she laughed at what she said, I throwed a piece of paper on her. 

Ano naman kung wala? I won’t die.

“I’ll tell your dad na may inuuwi kang babae dito—“

“Oo na! Just wait here, damn it.” I cut her off, annoyed at her threat. Wala pa akong inuuwi sa condo ko na hindi ko kilala!

Ayokong may inuuwi dito because this is my personal space but Aeri’s an exception, she’s my bestfriend afterall. Dad would scold me if I had done it, ayaw niya na manggagaling ang relationship ko from a one night stand.

Drinking is not new to me, I do it occasionally pero having little fun would not hurt right?

I also have experience in intimate situations, with girls of course pero sa loob lang ito ng bar, ayoko sa kotse ko or sa condo because for me, it feels wrong.

I went to my room and changed to what I prepared earlier. I told Aeri to turn off the appliances so we can go. After checking everything, we headed out and went to the elevator, I can see Aeri checking me out.
