"Sige, tawa pa. Mabilaukan ka sana sa bangus steak mo," Taeyeon grimaced as she gave her blockmate a death glare.
"Pero ang absurd kasi, bakla. Anong alam mo sa pag-ibig, sa isang bagay na hindi mo pinaniniwalaan?"
"Naniniwala ako sa pag-ibig," Taeyeon retorted. "Sa romantic love hindi. There's a big difference."
Taeyeon is a music major but she hates how music has been monopolized and even bastardized by the theme of romantic love. Whenever someone learns she can carry a tune, they'd request her to sing another song about heartbreak, the one often penned by Ben and Ben, sang by Moira, or Taylor Swift. For the sake of being courteous or polite she'd do it, while internally spewing vitriol.
Someone said love is a social construct. She believes in it. But more than that, Taeyeon deems romantic love is -
