She will do her best to let Joohyun know what she feels for her, jettisoning the outdated belief that some concerted effort will win her over. Letting Joohyun feel loved should not be some sort of lowkey manipulation, where she will put her best foot forward just because she want her to be hers. That's far from Seulgi's goal.
"Suwabe with respect lang 'tayo" means loving without expecting anything in return. "Kasi wala nang mas sa-suwabe pa sa pagmamahal na walang hinihinging kapalit," Seulgi told a blown-away Taeyeon.

The two entries actually complement each other. Lost cause was added here, because as how Seulgi and Taeyeon recall it, during their time in Makiling, this is how meaningful art came to be. And just like meaningful art, this is how meaningful love would come to be.
