A loud bang startles Jungkook awake. He has to resist the urge to hide somewhere, the sight of Taehyung struggling to carry in bags filled with God knows what. Hoseok walks in right behind him with the very dog he’d been gushing over the night before.

“Doggy! I wanna hold him, hyung!” Jungkook squeals, nearly making Hoseok and Taehyung drop what they’re holding.

“Why are you always so quiet when you wake up?” Hoseok complains as he places the dog in Jungkook’s outstretched hands.

“I just do.” Jungkook chuckles, his eyes glued to the Shih Tzu in his lap, “What’s his name?”

“Mickey.”

Jungkook snorts and muffles his laughter in his hand.

“Shut up. It’s a good name.”

“Okay, okay. It’s the perfect name from his animated owners.”
