"Woah! Lisa. Lisa!"

"What?!" I shouted at her, lowering the volume of my speaker so I can hear her better.

She was grimacing, her finger was covering her ear. "The music's great. But can you please tone it down? We can hear it outside."

"Oh. I'm sorry." I lowered the volume some more. "But why didn't you knock before entering?"

She rolled her eyes, and showed me her knuckles that were almost red. "I did. Multiple times besides I was already shouting your name but you still couldn't hear me."

"Ehe. I'm sorry. I thought that my room was soundproofed enough but I guess, YG doesn't know how to spend money when it comes to me."

She clicked her tongue at what I said, "You're sulking again, Lisa. They're asking about you."

"And what did you tell them?" She joined me on my bed and copied my position. My head rested on her shoulder.

"I told them you weren't feeling fine and that you'd rather be alone."

I sighed, "I'm sorry if you guys worry about me, but I couldn't even face them without flinching. My heart breaks everytime I see them being sweet and clingy, Chaeng. I don't want it but I can't help it."

She was about to open but stopped midway. She closed it again and smiled, "Oh damn. What song is this?"

"Spell by Niki."

"By who?"

"Niki Zefanya. A SEA woman like me who's a singer in America."

She nodded, "Now I get why this song has been on repeat." 

She listened to the song for a while until it ended then started again. "So I'll love you till it hurts like hell, 'till God breaks this spell, huh?  You like her that much?"

"I do, Chaeng and it's making me crazy. I want everything to be back to normal."

"You know, there's nothing normal between the two of you. You were always like that or she's just like you."

"What?"

"It's either you're super cold or hate each other's guts or you're super clingy. There's no in between."

I adjusted my position, from leaning my head to now facing her. "So what are you trying to imply, Chae? That we'll never be back to normal?"

She shook her head and tucked some loose strands of hair behind my ear. She smiled at me, her eyes soft and full of sympathy.

"What I mean is, it's going to be hard, Lisa. You'll be hurt, you'll cry, you might feel helpless but you will succeed. You've endured so much more, this could be a piece of cake. I'll help you, okay?"

"I never knew moving on will be this hard. I'd rather go back to our monthly evaluations before debut, you know."

She groaned, "Ugh. Don't remind me of those! You'd rather go back because you were always on top."

"I am top."

"What?"

"What."

She stared at me and I did the same. Her cheeks suddenly turned red and her eyes widened at the realization.

"I got that joke, you little piece of crap!"

I couldn't help myself that I fell over my bed laughing. She was blushing furiously! Chaeyoung is too cute. I just want to put her in my pockets and hide her from all the evil in the world.

I faked a gasp. My sides were hurting from too much laughing. "Oh my gods, Chipmunk! You're a little nasty too, aren't you?"

I was still rolling on the floor laughing and clutching my stomach that it was a little too late when I saw a white fluffy pillow headed towards my direction.

I take back the word fluffy. It was hard as hell as it hit me directly on the face.

I groaned, "You're not supposed to hurt someone who's h-"

"I'm guessing you're okay now?"

My heart stopped for a moment, knowing the voice that caused me all this pain. I faced where the voice was coming from, and there she stood, with Jisoo in tow. "Are you okay now, Lisa?"

I blinked multiple times before averting my gaze at the two people standing in my door way. I stood up and picked the pillow up.  

Keep pretending, Lisa. It'll be your reality soon.

"Actually, I am not. My chipmunk decided to disturb my peaceful slumber by tainting my innocence."

Thank gods, I was fast enough  to avoid it in time when the second pillow flew right towards my direction. And I was laughing again as she was pointing her finger at me, her neck started to become red too!

"You're the one who tainted me!"

I choked while laughing. She realized what she said then she blushed again. I glanced at the two whose eyes were wide, their mouths almost reached the floor and their expressions unreadable.

"What did you two say? Is this where we unnie's should come in and lecture you?"

I was still laughing that Chaeyoung decided to step up and explain the situation. Well, she just lied on my defence. The laugh died down after her alibi and I sighed, already missing how my lips were stretched as far as it could awhile ago.

"You okay, Lisa?"

"I am. Just my head throbbed for a bit."

"Hey, Lisa."

I looked at her, my heart aching. How could you be so pretty, Jennie? How could I let myself have feelings for you?

She was smiling so I did the same, despite feeling like it turned more of a grimace. I don't know if she noticed it but if she did, she didn't say anything about it.

"I just listened to the song on your story. It's nice and she's very pretty, too."

"Who?" Jisoo asked.

"Niki."

Chaeyoung nodded her head then smirked, "Ahhh. That Niki."

They raised their brows at her, confused because of her tone. "What do you mean by 'that Niki?"

I rolled my eyes at Chaeyoung. She just can't shut up, can she? "Nothing." I said instead. 

"Does our little Lisa has a crush on her?" The oldest one probed while wiggling her brows.

I blushed. Their intense gazes all directed at me. "No. I don't have."<
