Without Dyle, Deo and Mazekin had to work harder for the research project. They stayed at the Public Library until its closing and had to go to the school library early in the morning to finish it

"Look at Deo, he's reading a book. That's a miracle"

"Even Celine. She always sleeps in class, I never seen her wearing a bag nor holding a book. She doesn't even take notes in class. Is the world ending?"

"Yo" Maze called them out "We can hear you ers"

Deo too "Shut the hell up or I'll put this whole book in yo mouth" 

"S-sorry Celine. Sorry Deo" 

"Yea you better be"

"Now leave us alone"

The two of them watched them run out from the library 

"Honestly, I can't believe I'm doing this" said Deo - the school's big bully

"Trust me, I feel the same" said Maze - the syndicate leader

After 20 minutes...

"Are we done?"

Deo yawned while scratching his eyes "I think this is good enough"

"Alright. I'll go ahead, I need to go to the bathroom"

He printed out the report then rush to their class when the 1st bell rang

"Deo, Celine, I'm surprised you two aren't late for my class"

The professor started teaching. 30 minutes passed and both of them are already sleeping and that's what they did on their 2nd and 3rd class too

"You look like a panda" Jun commented

"I didn't had enough sleep last night"

"What did you do?"

"I did some research for the group project"

"No really, what did you do last night?"

"I said I did some research"

"You don'thave to lie"

"I'm telling the truth"

Jun didn't believe him "Sure"

"No I just need more sleep"

"Do you want me to get you some medicine?"

"I'm fine. I just stayed late last night because I had to finish my research for the group project"

"Boss... you did what? A res-- Pff" he couldn't help but laugh "I can't believe it I'm sorry"

"Dyle why do you look like that? What happened to you?"

Dyle tried to sneak in but Mrs. Perez saw him

"Mompe I got into a fight this morning"

He explained everything to the old lady

"Are you sure you're coming to school? Can't you just rest?"

"We have quiz on mathematics today, I don't want to miss that one. See you later mompe"

"Dyle, Deo, and Celine can you up come here?"

"Dyle's not here" she said

"Who did your project?"

"The 3 of us" Deo said "Why?" 

"I asked because the research project that you sent me is the same as the other group from my 1st class"

"What do you mean?" 

He showed them a copy of the 2 printed research, every single words are the same except the names

"Do you think I will not recognize it? You changed nothing except the names and titles"

"Why are you blaming us for this?" Deo asked "Why not them?"

"Because they turned in their paper first. Let's be real here, you 2 have failing grades it's hard for the both of you to do the project and Plagiarizing other student's work is the only--" 

"How dare you accused us!"

Deo tried to calm her down "Celine" 

"No! I didn't sleep late and woke up early for you to accused me like that! Plagiarism? Are you ing kidding me?"

"Watch your mouth young lady!"

"Celine stop" Deo whispered "You'll just make it worst"

"You two, come to my office!"

They followed him to his office. Deo was still trying to calm her down when the door opened

"Professor you wanted to talk to me?"

"Yes sit down John. I called you because of this" he showed the 2 printed research "Can you explain why it's the same?"

"I have no idea... wow... I didn't know you copied our--"

"You copied ours"

"That's not true. I can even prove it that we didn't copy--"

"Then show us an evidence"

John smirked "Sure thing"

He gave the Professor a USB which surprised Mazekin and Deo because that USB belongs to Dyle

"Hold on! How did you--"

He remembered now... he rushed when the bell rang without taking out the usb drive 

The professor checked the file and the copy of his research is there "Deo, Celine, where's your usb?"

She pointed at the usb that john gave him "that's Dyle's"

But of course, why would he believe her?

John smirked again "Everyone can say that" 

"I swear if you smirk again I will punch you in the f--"

He smirked again so Deo punched him so hard that he landed on the floor with a bleeding nose 

"DEO!!"

"Dyle! Why are you here? You should be home resting"

"No I will be bored at home" 

"Hey I heard that Celine and Deo are in the Principal's Office"

"Again?! Why?"

"Because of Plagiarism"

[Principal's Office]

"You know what? I never thought that you two will ever work together because you two always fight but I'm surprised" the Principal looked at Mazekin "Celine, one trouble after the other"

"You mean one accusation after the other?"

"She didn't pushed Crystal. She's innocent"

"And you Deo--" he stopped when the door opened "Dyle what are you doing here?"

Dyle's still catching his breath "Don't blame them. It was my fault"

"What do you mean? You copied someone else's work?"

"Yes. It's not one of them. It's me"

Even Maze and Deo got surprised of his revelation

"Dyle" the Principal sounds so disappointed "why did you do that?"

"I... I was too confident that I can do my part but I got so busy this past few days. I forgot to finish it and I didn't trust my group mates to do their part so I... I did what I had to do"

"Dyle..."

"I'm sorry to disappoint you. I will accept the consequences"

"For plagiarizing... it's expulsion"

There was a moment of silence. Dyle is the Principal's favorite student, even though he doesn't want to expel him he have to follow the school rules

"Dyle..."

Dyle bowed down his head "I understand"

"Dyle I know you, you won't do that. Are you just trying to cover up someone? Who--"

"Why is it so hard for you to accept my confession but so easy for you to blame them? Is it because I get 95 and they get 65? Or is it because they have bad records and mine is clean?"

The Principal didn't say anything 

"Principal" Maze called him "I would like to request for an investigation before you proceed to expulsion. Give at least a week to find the culprit and if you find no evidence within a week you can expel us"

"Us?" Deo asked "including me? I thought--"

"We're all in this together" she said in a low tone then she winked at Dyle

"1 week fine but you 3 will be suspended while we're looking for the evidence"

"How long?" Deo asked

"3 days for you Dyle and Deo. 1 whole week for you Celine because of what happened to Crystal, we're still thinking what should we do to you"

The 3 of them agreed to the Principal 

"You may leave now"

They went to their class to take their bags

Dyle: Are you two up for an ice cream?

Maze: Your treat?

Deo: My treat 

Dyle: I have a discount card. Celine what can you offer?

Maze: My presence 

"Dyle wait!" They stopped walking

"Crystal"

"Dyle what's going on? I heard they're going to expel you"

"Not yet. They gave me 3 days"

"But you didn't do it" she looked at Mazekin "You! It's you!"

"Crystal... it's not her. We did the research together" 

"Stop it Deo! She brainwashed you too?!"

"What's going on here?" It's the Principal "You 3, why are you still here?"

"We're about to leave" said Dyle "Bye Crystal"

And then they started walking away 

[Ice Cream Cafe]

Deo: You have no work today?

Maze: How can he work on that state? Look at his face it's full of bruises 

Dyle: I asked for a week off, the good thing about it is it's paid

Deo: Lucky you

Dyle: Lucky cuz I got beaten up?

Maze: Just wondering, where did you learn all that? You seemed experience on fighting 

Deo: Don't tell me you were a gang member before too?

Dyle: Oh I had karate class when I was in middle school

Maze: Those moves ain't karate though 

Dyle: How'd you know?

Maze: I took karate classes too

Deo: Why?

Maze: For bullies like you

Deo: Ya~

Dyle: Hey what should we tell mompe?

Maze: The truth

Deo: Right, like she will be happy to know that the 3 of us got suspended 

Maze: we can say the school suspended the classes for a week 

Dyle/Deo: 3 days only

They made a plan on how will they tell Mrs. Perez about the school suspension but they couldn't keep up with their lie when she started asking questions 

"The truth is... we got suspended"

She's not surprised "You?"

Deo shook his head "No not just me. Us"

Now she's surprised "All Of You?!"

"It's because of the--"

"Why did you include Celine in your troubles" she hugged Celine

"Umm. We got suspended for 3 days" Dyle cleared his throat "They suspended her for a whole week"

She's more shocked "They are so cruel to you darling"

Mazekin just agreed while pouting 

"Why don't you all packed your things"

"Woah mompe! We only got suspended and you're kicking us out already?"

"No Dyle. I can't do that, you all are my babies" she pinched Maze's cheek 

She have favoritism of course 

"Pack your things and we will have a 3 day vacation on my resort"
