Carrying Ji Hyo in his arms, Kwang Soo carefully steps into their now shared apartment. Cheering brightly, she throws the bouquet of flowers up in the air. "You can put me down now." She says, hitting his chest ever so lightly as her cheeks blush intensely.
It had been quite a day for the newly-wedded couple. Both Ji Hyo and Kwang Soo were never one for extravagant weddings. For them, the goal is a happy marriage rather than just a happy wedding. In a small chapel in Pohang, Ji Hyo's hometown, the two vowed to be husband and wife. There were no expensive decorations, no extravagant receptions and no unneccesary guests. It was plain and simple, just like how they imagined it would be. It was an intimate wedding with just their close friends and immediate family, just the people they wanted to share this day with.
As the sun shone brightly into the chapel, the guests took their places on the white oak-coloured seats. They all seemed to agree that the weather have decided to be vibrant and warm for this special day. It had been raining cats and dogs the previous night that the drastic change in weather had them thinking that maybe the clouds decided to give way for this happy occasion.
In contrast to what was expected from a celebrity couple, their wedding was rather small and private. There were no ring bearers, flowers girls or photographers in sight. But at the entrance of a certain radiant bride, the small church didn't seem so plain anymore. It was almost like time stopped. Song Ji Hyo looked beautiful. She wore a simple white dress, just long enough to touch her knees as a simple one-tier veil elegantly shades her beautiful features. Her hair was in soft waves as one side tucked behind her ear elegantly. At the arrival of the bride, the guests stood up immediately. They were mesmerized. She was nothing short of perfect. She glowed nothing like any other brides. Everyone could tell that she was the happiest in the room.
