A/N - So since as you can probably tell there us a lot of history within this characters, I've been doing my best by adding comments or explanations here and there, but I was thinking of maybe doing some separate one shots based on early memories of this universe, to kinda explore or explain a bit more of the past, like how Chaesoo happened in high school or how their break up happened, how Chaennie came to be or maybe Lisoo's story back in new york... would you guy be interested in that?

“Welcome to Jisoo’s spa!” The brunette walks into her bathroom were Lisa is already inside the tub enjoying a bubble bath. “We hope you enjoy your stay!.” She says as she lights up the scented candles. “I think…”

 

She gets interrupted by Lisa’s phone ringing and the brunette finds herself rolling her eyes for the nth time. “Seriously? That thing has been ringing nonstop. Didn’t the shoot just end?”

 

“Yeah, but the editing just started.”

 

Jisoo stares at her as she sits on the edge of the tub. “You just did the thing.”

 

“What thing?”

 

“Whenever you’re passionate about something, your eyebrows tighten up I saw it a lot on set, and even though I think is kinda y, I’m worried about you.” The brunette explained, her finger softly tracing the thai girls frown.

 

“Why?” The thai girl took the brunette hand and gave it a kiss. “Because I’ll never win a poker championship?”

 

“No. Because when you’re passionate about something, you put everything you have into it. Have you stopped for a second to relax?” Jisoo asked frowning with worry.

 

“Yes. For about five hours every night.”

 

“Sleeping doesn’t count.” The brunette refuted. “I’m serious, Lisa. I need you to take care of yourself because I want you to live for a long, long time.”

 

“I will as long as I have you.” Lisa said with a cheeky smile.

 

“Jisoo’s spa will always be here to help you.” The brunette said leaning down to give the other girl a kiss.

“When I was a kid, I used to love to jump on the bed and pretend I could fly, pretend I could play dunk.”

 

Chaeyoung and Jennie were still in LA both laying in the hotel bed as they have been for the past 24 hours since they got here.

 

“I was happy.” Recalled the blonde. “And, then my mom would pass by my room and shout ‘Roseanne Park, if you break that box spring, you’re gonna be sleeping on the floor for the rest of your life.’” She said, imitating her mom’s voice.

 

“Well, here’s the good news, if you have to sleep on the floor, I’ll sleep there with you.” The brunette answered, stradling the other girl.

 

“For the rest of your life?” The blonde asked, her hands going to the brunette’s tights.

 

“Definitely.” Jennie leaned forward to kiss the blonde as the latter circled her arms around her waist.

 

“Ooh!”

 

Both girls pull away at the sound and see the cleaning lady in the room looking surprised and blushing.

 

“It’s okay, we are getting married.” Said the brunette.

 

The cleaning lady nods quickly and then leaves room.

 

Both girls laugh, but Jennie remains in her spot. “So you know how you said our wedding should be a dream come true?”

 

“Oh… boy.”

 

“Okay, no.” Said Jennie already knowing the blonde was probably imagining all kinds of crazy . “I never wanted my wedding to be super big and super princess like, but I do want our family there and…” Her phone rings and she reaches out to the side table where her phone is. “It’s Jisoo… can I tell her?”

 

“Sure, tell her the ceremony will be home so she doesn’t freak out.”

 

“Hey, best friend!” Jennie greets happily.

 

“You sound happy. Why? Also you didn’t come home again.”

 

“Oh yeah, cause I’m in LA with Rosie. Aaand we wanted you to be the first to know… We’re getting married!”

 

“No , Jendukie.”

 

“You don’t sound excited.”

 

“Oh trust me I am. But surprised not really, anyways now that I know you’re alive and well, call me when you get back, already have all sort of ideas for your dress, keep living happily in sin with Pasta, Bye!”

 

“Okay…” Said the blonde after listening to the call. “So back on topic.” She said, her fingers gently caressing the girls tight who was still on top of her. “When would you like to get married, Jennie Kim?

 

Not for long. Jennie Kim will become Jennie Park.

 

Jennie smiled at the thought. “Oh, I love the question. Um… I don’t know. Why don’t we pick a place we really like and then we pick a date.”

 

“Okay, well , until then, how do you feel about living in sin by moving in with me?”

 

The brunette laughs. “Considering the last 24 hrs, I’m preeeetty sure we are already living in sin.” She said with a smirk.

 

“Yeah… so?”

 

“I’d love to.” She said and confirmed with a kiss. “I do want to spend one more night with Jisoo though, I want to tell her about what’s happening, I’m gonna miss her.”

 

“You got it. Now lets gets back to sinning.”

“Josh is gay.”

 

“Molly… understand you are upset.” Lisa said calmly. There where in her studio trying to figure out how to fix the tape fiasco without sacrificing Molly or the movie.

 

“True.” The blonde admits. “But I also caught him sticking his tongue in someone that definitely wasn’t a girl.” She explained as she recalls what she witness last night.

 

“Are you sure?” Asked Lisa. “‘Cause that’s a pretty big assumption you are making.”

 

“He’s gay, alright. I’m sure you’ll meet his boy toy at the wrap party.”

 

“There’s not gonna be a wrap party.” Intervened Bam Bam.

 

“No wrap party?” She asked, almost pouting. “That’s kind of cheap isn’t?”

 

“Not really.” Bam Bam said as he leaned against the wall. “Since our two leads decided to cost the film some extra money with their tape.”

 

“Josh made the tape, I just suffered through it.”

“You can also suffer through no wrap party.”

 

Lisa on her side left the meeting and went to the hotel where the actors where staying it, she had an inkling of what happened now and why the tape came to be, so it’s not long before she’s inside the actor’s hotel room.

 

“You have until tonight to give Bams his money back.” Warned Lisa, that was the first thing she said after he opened the door.

 

“What’s that supposed to mean?”

 

“Molly told me.” Said Lisa and by the way the man’s eyes opened in surprise Lisa knew her hunch was right. “You didn’t think we would out two and two together with the extorsion?”

 

“I wasn’t behind the extorsion.” Josh says quickly. “I wanted the tape to get out, my ex boyfriend is the one threatening me.” He explains.

 

“That’s not my problem.”

 

“One indie short film or one bad full movie is not gonna ruin my career, but a scandal like this would.”

After spending the most amazing 48 hrs of her life with Chaeyoung, they were both back in Riverfall ready to get back to reality, Jennie in particular made her way to her and Jisoos house, she figured since she’s moving out pretty quickly the least she could do is spend her remaining time with the brunette.

 

“Choo, I’m home!”

 

“Jendukie!” Is all Jennie hears before she feels a body slam into her, that was the result of Jisoo running down the stairs to greet the brunette. The hug was quick but sweet until they pulled away and Jisoo slapped Jennie in the arm.

 

“Ow! What the hell?!”

 

“That’s what you get for not telling me where you were you .” Jisoo said, and then pulled her in for a quick hug again. “But also congratulations.”

 

“Thanks. It’s kinda sudden right?”

 

Jisoo looked at her incredulously. “Are you kidding?” She asked with a raised eyebrow. “The rest of the world’s has been waiting on you two idiots since high school.”

 

“She asked me to move in with her.” Said Jennie with a small smile.

“Really? Do married people do that?” The brunette asked sarcastically.

 

Jennie bit her lip and then said. “We also kinda maybe definitely made an appointment with the fertility clinic.”

 

“What?!” Jisoo’s eyes widened. “Now that’s sudden.”

 

“I know but…” The girl sighed . “We have spent the most amazing days together, happier than I’ve ever been and we figured we have wasted enough time already, we want to start to building a life the two of us it doesn’t matter if the marriage comes first or the baby… we just want to start living you know?”

 

“I get it, Jen. I really do.” Said Jisoo, does she think that it was a big decision to work on both a marriage and a baby at the same time? Yes. Does she think it’s sudden? Also yes. But at the same time she gets it, these two people have been together since high school, they have spent a lifetime worth of love on each other, they don’t follow the traditional rules, and whether it was by choice or by fate their lives have always been connected in one way or another, there was no need to get to know each other, no need of wanting to spent time just the two of them first, because in this lifetime… they had done it all already. So it makes sense and she gets it.

 

“I am really happy for you, Jendukie.” Jisoo said honestly. “I might be happier if you made me the godmother of your future baby but there’s still time for that.”

 

“I’m gonna miss this.”

 

“Me too.”

After her horrendous meeting Lisa was thankfully at home now, she was in her home office editing some photos when she sees a tiny monster sneaking behind her through the reflection of the screen.

 

“I smell a little monster sneaking up behind me.” She sang, the tune being of a very old kids song, she smiled as she turned around at the same time as Mia screamed trying to scare her.

 

“Boo!”

 

“Ahh.” Yelled Lisa lightly laughing she then straighten up and started the conversation “What’s up bug?” She asked as she placed the girl on her lap.

 

“Can you help me make another cape?”

 

“Sure, how come?”

“Well… Seohyun really likes mine and I thought maybe we could make one for her too.”

 

You are good kid. Lisa thought while smiling. “I think that’s a really good a idea.” She said, then shook the girls hand as if they were closing a contract. “I’ll be very happy to help you, lady.” She said formally.

 

“Thanks, Lali! Can Choo help too?”

 

“Oh she will, bug. Don’t worry. Oh..” The thai girl sniffled and frowned. “You smell that?”

 

“No…” Mia responds sniffing too.

 

“I smell a bigger monster!” She said just as Chaeyoung came up behind Mia and took her into her arms, gently tickling.

 

“Aunty Chae!” The girl squealed, laughing.

 

“Uff…” Chae exclaimed as she puts her down a hand going to her lower back. “You are getting heavy.”

 

“Did you know Lali didn’t like you once?” The girl said out of nowhere.

 

“What? When?”

 

“When she started dating aunty Choo, I have big ears.” She pointed at her ear after saying that, the situation in question happened when Lisa started dating Jisoo for the first time back in New York, it happened while the brunette told Lisa the story of how her very first heartbreak was thanks to her friend, guess Mia heard the girls conversation as they walked through memory lane.

 

“Good looking out.” Chaeyoung said already knowing what the kid was referring too. She then fist pumped her and the little girl left the room to go back to her toys. “Kid’s got my back.”

 

“Speaking of sneaking around…” Lisa said, standing up from her chair. “Where have you been? With Jennie maybe?”

 

“Actually, we’re engaged.”

 

“Get out!” Lisa strikes Chaeyoung on the arms in a friendly matter.

 

“We are also planning on getting pregnated.”

 

Lisa strikes her again. “Dude! We just had an intervention from your last engagement gone wrong!” She says in a joking matter.

 

“I know, I know it sounds crazy. But we just spent the last couple of days together, happier that either one us can remember. And I know I’ve been all over the place. But my best friend told me that the darkness doesn’t have any answers and that the one thing we should all believe in is love… and you were right.”

 

“You are happy?” Lisa asked softly and seriously.

 

“We both are.”

 

Lisa for the first time in the two and a half years she has known Chaeyoung sees the sincerity on the blonde’s eyes at her answer, for the first time she actually sees the happiness there and the lightness in which Chae carries herself and that’s when she knows the blonde means it. She was happy.

 

“That’s all it counts.” Said Lisa honestly. “Besides the only people that tear happy people down are those who are unhappy, so you go do your thing. I got your back.”

The following morning Chaeyoung and her little helper, Mia, where at Jennie and Jisoo’s house, the two girls packing the brunette’s things into boxes.

 

“How come Jennie’s moving out?”

 

“Because she’s moving in with me. We are getting married.”

 

“What happened to Hyeri?”

 

“It’s a long story, kid.” Said Chae as she sorted out Jennie’s things on her vanity, her plan is to take everything out and then sorted all in boxes, she’s never moved anywhere so she’s just doing this as best as she can.

 

“Were you ever in love with Lali?”

 

“No, we were always just friends, why?”

 

“Just wondered, were you ever in love with Aunt Choo?” Mia asked, drawing on the side of a box.

 

“Uh…” The blonde clears . “Long story, here, make yourself useful knucklehead.”

 

Mia takes a few things from Chaeyoung’s hand and places them in a box. “Do I have to give you the rings on this one too?”

 

“Not if you don’t want to.”

 

“I want to.”

 

“Then you will, bug.” Confirmed Chae as she took out more stuff from a drawer, among those things came something she didn’t think she’d ever see again, with a smile she took it and looked at it. “I can’t believe she still has this.”

 

Jennie was sitting on a table on the market´s dock, it was usually quiet at this time, and normally she’d spent her saturdays morning differently but since she was persuaded to tutor people on her free time, here she was… about to tutor someone who seems to be a literal ball of sunshine wherever she goes.

 

Also she’s late.

 

“You are late.” She greets her the moments she says her walk towards the table.

 

“Sorry.” The girls says sheepishly, “My mom needed my help at the cafe. The power went out so we had to…”

 

“I don’t care.” Jennie interrupted her, because she didn't. She was late, she could’ve let her know, cellphones are a thing.

 

“I would´ve told you but I don’t have your number so…”

 

Oh

 

After a couple of quiet uncomfortable seconds, Chaeyoung cleared . “Uh… breakfast of champions” She said taking a sip out of her coffee and opening up a cracker jack box. “Please let be a cheat sheet.” She mumbled, her upcoming math test still in her mind, as she opened the plastic bag she took out a tacky bracelet, she looks at it and then at Jennie.

 

“For you.” She said.

 

The brunette looked up from her book and rolled her eyes. “Stop it.”

 

“Come on.” The other girl said placing the bracelet on the brunette’s wrist. “Don’t say I never gave you anything.”

 

“She was so mean to me.” Chaeyoung recalls with a smile. But perseverance was key into getting Jennie to notice her, and little by little the blonde conquered the brunette, she was after all marrying her.

“You want the good news or the bad news first.” Jisoo walked into Lisa’s studio office after walking in first thing in the morning.

“How about the bad news?” Lisa answered greeting Jisoo with a kiss.

 

“Well your main actress is the biggest scandal of the day.” She said showing Lisa her phone, were she had a article titled. “Molly Dubre caught in tape with boy toy.”

 

Lisa looked at it and frowned. “They released the tape.”

 

“I know. I sold it.” Bam Bam said.

 

“I’m sorry, you did what?”

 

“Oh, boy.” Jisoo mumbled.

 

“I did what was best for the film. We had to cover our investment. Don’t take it personally.”

 

“Don’t take it personally?” Lisa scuffed. “You mean that my best friend didn’t consult me about this? That’s kind of personal Bams. And on top of what about Molly, How could you that to her?”

 

“It was her idea.”

 

It’s not long before Lisa makes her way to Molly hotel’s room to demand answers…

 

“Molly, what the hell?”

 

“I have something of yours.” The actress says, fully expecting this to happen. “You said I should keep this until I got mine. Well today… I got mine.” She took her necklace off and removed the One Year sober chip she had in there. “Everytime I stepped into set, or thought about taking a drink it reminded me that someone believed in me.” She explained. “And now that we have wrapped well… thank you.”

 

Lisa took the chip from her and looked at it. “It’s been sometime since I gave you this. Which is why I don’t understand how you would allow Bams to release the tape. Hope you are not doing this for Josh.”

 

“I didn't do it for Josh.” The girl clarified. “I did it for the movie.”

 

“Is just a short film.”

 

“Yes, but it’s yours. You saved my life… literally. It was the least I could do. I needed to let you know I believe in you too.”

“This is the last of it, right?”

 

Chaeyoung and Jennie were both getting the boxes on Chaeyoung’s car late in the afternoon, a part of them had already been moved and now they were coming for the rest.

 

“Yep.”

 

“A little help here.”

 

“Whoa, I got you, kid.” Jennie says hurrying up to help the five year old with the box that was too heavy for her. “I’m gonna miss this place.”

 

“Hey, cheer up, babe.” Said the blonde passing by her. “It’s a beginning, not an end.” She says winking.

 

Jennie smiles. “Yes it is, hubby. Yes it is.”

When Lisa gets home she finds Jisoo there waiting for her wearing a robe and holding some champagne,

 

“Whoa, what is this?” Lisa aks, smirking.

 

“Well, I was gonna take this to the wrap party, but now I don’t have to.” She said giving a glass to Lisa. “To my girlfriend, Lalisa Manoban. Who survived a day of , lies and videotapes.” She toasted.

 

“Nice.”

 

“I almost forgot this came in the mail for you.” The brunette gave Lisa a fancy enveloped which she took with a frown.

 

Curiously she opened the envelope and read. “You and a guest have been cordially invited to the unofficial wrap party for “Seven Dreams ´til Tuesday.” She reads, her brain blue screening the moment she looks at Jisoo.

 

The brunette had removed the robe and she was wearing nothing but a ribbon on her chest, her finger doing a ‘come here’ motion.

 

“Jisoo Kim caught in a act with her girl.”
