Chapter 16 extra
Baby, We'll Be AlrightDonghae watches Eunhae as she reaches for the next bar. She grits her teeth in stubborn determination, and propels herself forward on the monkey bar. Whenever he tries to get close to assist her, she yells at him petulantly to stay back. Donghae couldn't help but worry though, as her tiny feet dangle five feet from the ground. He keeps up with her pace, moving every time she reaches for another bar.
Other kids played around her, chasing each other. Their parents kept a watchful distance, wary of Donghae and Eunhae. He shuts them out, and hopes that Eunhae won't notice.
