What happened when both of their lives intertwined.

Park Bogum is one of the successful doctors in Korea and International.His parent’s own multiple hospital and pharmacy in korea including the Seoul National Hospital. He is strict, hard to get/impress, arrogant, handsome,rich on the outside but he’s just afraid and mourning and full of regrets. He makes a lot of people to stay away from him and islotae himself from everyone because of what happened in the past when his girlfriend turn to fiancée Kim Yoo-jung and him was involve into a car accident and loosing her in the process but when he meets Irene (Bae  Juhyun) will everything goes back to the way it is before?

Irene lives a simple and happy life. Her parents own a famous restaurant into the countryside. She always trive to focus on the positive than the negative, but what happens when she was diagnosed with a heart cancer and needs a heart transplant and the reason she will meet Park Bogum. Will it cause her pain or happiness? Will she change him back to the way he used to be. And learn more about herself.

Kim Yoo-Jung was a doctor and a fiancée to Park Bogum. She was known for her charity events and famous works. She get along with everybody that makes her so special.

Kim Taehyun, Nam Joo hyuk, Yeo Jingoo are Bogum’s bestfriends. They are also known as a world reknowned doctors. They sticks with him through all of Bogum’s struggles especially when he looses his fiancée. Will everything goes well for them after they met Irene and her friends. 

Seulgi, Lee Sungkyung, and Rose are Irene’s best friends. They are also a happy-go-lucky people. Everything is going well for them but when they meet Bogum and his friends would everything be okay or things would get more complicated when all of them incounter love that they never though would happened.
