“I don’t know why I’m doing this to you to a person I barely meet.”  Bogum said looking at Irene’s sleeping face

He then turned around and looked at a blank wall

Irene then started to shake her head while sweating 

“Please! Please!” Bogum heard her and looked at her. He tried to wake her up

“Miss... Miss..” Irene then waked up and sat down. She looked at Bogum and did not hesitate to hugged him, Bogum stayed still taken aback

“What are you doing?” Bogum said trying to break the hug but Irene just pulled him closer

“Please just this once. I really needed someone.” Irene said with a husky voice. “Are you crying?” Bogum said based on her voice

“No, I’m not” Irene said shaking her head

Bogum grabbed her shoulder and pulled it so he can see her face 

“I see your a bad liar. If your not crying then why are your eyes so red?”

“I get this whenever I sleep” Irene said wiping her eyes with her hand

Bogum looked at her not buying her excuse

“What are you dreaming about?” 

“I don’t want to talk about it... Uhm can I borrow your phone?” Irene asked and looked at him. Bogum then handed his phone to her without any hesitation

“Thank you.” Irene said receiving his phone. Without hesitation she call Rose

“Hello? Who’s this” Rose said

“It’s me” Irene said trembling. She knows she will get scolded big time

“IRENE? where are you? We’ve been calling and texting you!”

Irene put the phone to a distance cause her ears hurt and then out it back

“I’m sorry my phone died down that is why I can’t contact you guys sooner.”

“Anyway, Irene come to Busan” 

“What? Busan? Why?”

“Abeoji collapsed to the floor while working. We are already here with Eomoni”

“WHAT?!?!” Irene shouted widening her eyes. Bogum just looked at her with curiosity

“Can I speak to her?” 

“Joohyun~ah, your father what do we do!” Irene heard her mother’s voice calling her real and her voice also seems weak possibly from shock and crying

“Eomma, calm down! Don’t panic. I’m on my way” Irene said hanging up and handed the phone back to Bogum. She stand up ready to leave when Bogum grabbed her wrist. Irene looked at him

“Let go!”

“Where do you think your going?”

“Im leaving, why!” 

Bogum looked outside of the window

“Your leaving? Do you see the heavy rain outside and your still sick do you want to die!”

“I don’t care anymore. I need to go to Busan! They need me”

“Bu.. Busan?! How would you get there? Busan is far away from Seoul” 

“Please. I need to go there”

Bogum just sighed looking at her eyes. He just wished the stupid idea his about to offer is that he won’t regret in the near future

“I’ll take you there”

“What?” Irene said shocked as if she was checking her ear if she heard him right.

“I’ll take you there. It’s impossible to get an airplane ticket due to the weather and even you take a taxi they won’t do it because 1 it’s raining heavily, 2 Busan is to far away, 3 it’s 5 in the morning. So what’s your choice and by the way don’t get the wrong idea. I also have an important appointment there later, It would be bad if I missed it.” Irene hesitated for a moment but agreed to do so.

When they almost reach  the car Bogum stopped midway and Irene looked at him

“Are you not coming?”

Bogum looked at her through the eyes with hesitation

“ don’t tell me your scared to ride a car?” Irene saw that Bogum twitched his eyes

“He is scared” Irene thought.

“Don’t force yourself you don’t have to do this anyway. I will find a way at some point. Thanks for your offer.” Irene said starting to get wet from the rain 

“Wait... Give me a sec” Irene looked at him calling someone

“Oh Taehyung.... are the guys with you?.... Come to my house quickly...I need someone to drive..I’ll explain once you guys get here..” Bogum then hanged up

“What are you doing there, come here” Bogum said motioning to Irene about the rain

“Mr. Annoying, I really need to go to Busan. I can’t waste anymore time”

“Mr. Annoying? Look Mrs. Big Mouth, Mr. Annoying is not my name you know”

“And look here, Mrs. Big Mouth is not also my name you know” Bogum just shrugged

“Someone will drive for us.” They waited for 15 minutes when Jingoo, Taehyung,  and Joohyuk arrived. When they got of the car they went directly to Bogum then turned their heads to Irene. The looked at both of them and then grabbed Bogum to the side leaving Irene behind

“Give us some moment” Jingoo said before joining them

“Who’s that girl?” Joohyuk asked in a low voice

“I don’t know.” Bogum said truthfully but they did not believe him

“Seriously” Taehyung said

“I’m telling the truth. We met earlier at the hospital and keep on bumping to each other, it makes me go crazy!”

“Your finally moving on” Joohyuk said

“No, I won’t. She is just a girl I found on the street. My heart still belongs to Yoojung.I promise myself I won’t love anybody and that includes that crazy girl. I just brought her because she owes me big time. And I will play with her” Bogum said with a devil smirked

“ why are you so evil Bogum this is so unlike you?” Jingoo said

“Don’t speak so soon or else you’ll regret it.” Joohyuk said

“Are you guys not done yet? I’m waiting” Irene called out and the 4 of them went to her

“Miss you look familiar?” Joohyuk said looking at her feature

“You, you, you, especially you never. With the looks of you guys who looks like a playboys I barely doubt it that I met you or even know you.” Irene said pointing to each one of them

“She won’t know.. She never watch news and have little idea about reality”

“Nam Joohyuk, Yeo Jingoo, Kim Taehyung, Park Bogum never heard of them? even a little bit?” Jingoo said

“No because I was never interested! I don’t care who those dumb people are”

They looked dumbfounded to what Irene had said

“Yah! They are famous!” Taehyung said a little bit offended

“If they were I should know but unfortunately for them I don’t. Why are they famous like Lee Jongsuk or Park Shinhye or Lee Dongwook? If they are famous they should be the same level as them where everyone in whole Korea knows about them. Why are you asking me this anyway”

“You don’t need to know! Why did you call us here anyway?” Jingoo said looking at Bogum with an annoying face

“Oh right, let’s go to Busan. I have an important meeting there and looking at the weather my flight would likely be canceled. You guys know what happened when I......This Mrs. I don’t know here have some important errands to do in Busan so I’m giving her a lift in exchange she will be my maid following me wherever I go” Irene looked at Bogum like he was a crazy person and totally lost his mind

“WHAT! YAH I NEVER AGREED TO DO SO! YOU WISH!” Irene said shouting at Bogum. Joohyuk, Jingoo, and Taehyung just covered their ears

“For once stop shouting or else my ear drum would be broken! Well..You better choose, you get a ride and work for me or You won’t get a ride and you will not make it to your important errands” 

“Your a thug really! I barely even know you and your asking me to work, WITH YOU! are you crazy” Irene said but she thought “what harm could it be...Let’s just agree from now and see what happens”

The 5 of them are in the car going to Busan Joohyuk is driving, Jingoo and Taehyung at the back, and Irene and Bogum at the front

“I really can’t believe I agree with you!”

“Your a thug!”

“I mean I barely even know you! You don’t even know my name”

Ever since they left Irene is full of nagging and complaining 

“If you don’t stop Mrs. Big mouth I will really get you off in this isolated place!” Bogum said frustrated while looking at Irene. Irene then shut out 

“You should have done that earlier Bogum” Jingoo said finally can sleep in peace. Irene just make faces

“Your not normal person are you?” Joohyuk said looking at the mirror to look at the back specifically at Irene

“Looks who’s talking you guys aren’t normal at all!” Irene said closing her eyes

Bogum, Taehyung, and Joohyuk just shaked their heads.

BUSAN

 

Rose, Sungkyung, and Seulgi went to Busan to see Irene’s parents

 

“Eomoni, Abeoji were here!” Sungkyung shouted

“Aigoo! It’s must been hard traveling here from Seoul. Im sorry” Eomoni said

“That’s nothing Eomoni... Here we got some cake” Seulgi said handling the cake to them

“Ah thank you! Did you tell Joohyun?” Abeoji said telling Irene’s real name

“Speaking about her went we left the house she’s not home yet. Were trying to call her for hours but we can’t reach her I guess she’s still at-“ Rose said when she heard her phone vibrating

“Who’s that?” Sunkyung asked

“I don’t know. It’s not registered in my phone” Rose said answering her phone

“Hello? Who’s this” Rose said

“It’s me” 

“IRENE? where are you? We’ve been calling and texting you!” Rose said looking at Irene’s mother, father, Sungkyung, and Seulgi

“I’m sorry my phone died down that is why I can’t contact you guys sooner.”

Rose put her phone down and cover it with her hand

“Irene said her phone died down that is why she can’t contact us sooner, but Eomoni what do I tell her” Rose said looking at Irene’s Eomoni 

She just looked at Rose and said

“Tell her that she need to come to Busan because her father collapses due to overwork.” Rose nodded and Put the phone back to her ear

“Anyway, Irene come to Busan” 

“What? Busan? Why?”

“Abeoji collapsed to the floor while working. We are already here with Eomoni”

“WHAT?!?!” 

“Can I speak to her?” Irene said, Rose just looked at Eomoni mentioning Irene want’s to talk to her. She handed the phone to Eomoni and she inhale getting ready to act.

“Joohyun~ah, your father what do we do!”

“Eomma, calm down! Don’t panic. I’m on my way” Irene said hanging up. Rose, Seulgi, and Sungkyung just clapped their hands to Eomoni once the call had ended

“Eomoni I never knew your good at acting” Sungkyung said giggling

“Yeobo isn’t that a little too much. You know how will Joohyun react when she heard those things. She will panic like crazy”

“I know that. It’s been a long time since we celebrate her birthday all together. I think she did not even remember her birthday at all. Since she’s always busy with stuff. And if we go to her she will felt bad because she would think she’s lacking the responsibility of a daughter.”

“And you think telling her I collapsed to the floor wouldn’t feel bad on her side” Abeoji said

“Aye come on Abeoji, Eomoni! Don’t fight. You guys know Irene she always worked herself out and very stubborn.. Let’s just decorate the house before she get here!” Sungkyung said grabbing Eomoni and Abeoji’s arms and pushing them with her inside of the house, Rose and Seulgi followed giggling.
