12 November 2015 - D-Day, CSAT

Instead of her getting nervous, her parents were pacing around the dining table while she slowly savours her breakfast that her mother specially woke up at 5 to make it for her. She finished one bowl of rice and most of the side dishes and down the cup of Jujube honey tea. Her tummy is now full and warm, the brain is ready to work after sleeping for 7 hours. 

"Umma, appa. Relax, look at me. I am ready to tackle this down and make halmae and halbae proud." Their parents immediately sat down at the dining room while Minju went to check on her backpack again for the second time. She slung her backpack over her shoulders and smiled brightly, her bias is taking his exams too. With him in her head, she prays to god that everyone around her will get the results they should get in exchange for their hard work. 

Her brother held her hand tightly as her parents slowly rolled into the school compound. She hugged her brother for one last time and kiss her parents cheeks and head into the assigned classroom that she was supposed to have her exam in. 

While she was inside doing her papers, her parents and brother waited patiently for her. Many parents were also waiting too, reporters were already outside, waiting for a chance to interview the students. 

Hours went by swiftly, parents were getting restless and the students are still inside. It's already 6:00 P.M. and there are about five minutes till their children come out. Minjun bit on his lips as he struggled to look for his older sister, while his father was also waiting anxiously beside him. His mother already went back home to prepare a feast for her when she comes back. 

Soon enough, students begin to pour out. Some were crying, some hang their heads down, while some were spotting happy smiles. Minju smiled when she spotted her father and younger brother. 

"Appa! Minjun-ah!" She ran towards them and hugged them tightly, relief tears escaping from her glassy eyes.
