Jisoo’s POV

“Come in!” i yelled. I’m inside my office, well not exactly, it’s my Uncle’s office. I’m having lunch with Chaeng when someone knocked the door

“Hello Jisoo noona!” Jaewon greeted as he hugged me on my side

“Hello Chaeng noona!” as he waved to Chaeng

“What brought you her, One?” i asked after i drink my orange juice

“So dad getting better and better so I’ve decided to take back my supposed position from you noona so that when dad comes back he would be happy seeing I’m the one handling the company” he smirked and raised his eye brows

“ugh! Finally! Took you long enough, idiot!” a teased and the three of us laughed

“I want to start tomorrow noona, if it’s okay with you”

“Of course! I’ve been waiting for this day to come”

“Oh noooooo! It’s not yet 6 months, everyone! I don’t want to go back in Australia yet. I’m enjoying my work so far. I hate you both!”

“Noona, you can still continue as my secretary until you want to” 

“No thanks. I want to be Jisoo unnie’s secretary to be exact”

“Unnie, where are you going?”

“I’m going to visit the site for the first and last time”

“Want me to go with you? That’s a long drive unnie. Maybe by the time you get there most of the employees already gone home”

“No thanks, just stay here and orient Jaewon about the things he needs to know. Don’t worry I already contacted the head engineer to wait for me”

“Okay, unnie. Take care and text or call me when you get there” she said as she kissed my cheek and hugged me tight

“I’m done, Chaeng-aah. I made it. I’m so happy. I didn’t let my emotions take over me. It was hard working with her. I still love her so much tho. I won’t make it without your help. You’re always here to remind me when I’m starting to lose it again. You’re always here to slap the reality right in my face when she’s giving me a false hope. Thank you so much” i mumbled as i hugged her tight. Tears start fall

“You’re always welcome, unnie. I’m so proud of you” she broke the hug and wipe my tears

“Tomorrow she’ll be gone to my life again” 

“Sssshh you’ll be okay unnie. You can do it”

“Thank you for everything, Chaeyoung-ah” i said as i hugged her again

“Yeah yeah yeah. You better get going unnie. You don’t want them to wait for that much, do you?”

“Okay, bye Chaeng!”

It took me more than three hours to reach the site. In that three hour travel i think a lot of things but mostly about Jennie. On what are the things happened in the past almost 5 months working with her. I’m still thankful i get to spent time with her. She’s a very outstanding boss, very hardworking. There were times where she’s too good to me that led me to a different interpretations and gave me false hope that maybe she loves me or at least likes me too. But i know that will never happen. Tomorrow she’ll be out of my life and i hope in my mind too.

I was snapped out of thoughts when someone ringed my phone. I was walking around the site after i got to talked to the head engineer.

“Hello?”

“Hi Jijibabe! Are you down for a dinner date tonight?”

“Sorry, I can’t Suhobabe. I’m here at the site. Can’t come back in Seoul before 10”

“Oh okay, maybe next time. Talk to you soon Jijiba
