CHANEL EVENT

Jennie is escorted inside the venue with a flock of photographers battling with the event guards to follow her.

She tries to calm down and walk straight to where she is supposed to go.

As she closes in on the crowd of celebrity guests, she stops walking and turns back around.

“Is everything okay, miss?” her designated Chanel bodyguard asks.

She doesn’t answer him.

“It can’t be…” she says to herself, trying to control her nerves.

“Miss Jennie?” her bodyguard asks again.

Jennie snaps back to reality, “Oh.. s-sorry,”

She looks at him, “By any chance..” she hesitates, “Is that.. “ she points to the crowd that is now behind her.

“What??” his eyes immediately follow where she is pointing to.

Someone suddenly puts an arm around Jennie’s shoulder, making her jump and interrupting the conversation.

It was Seungri.

Jennie’s bodyguard takes a step back to give them some privacy.

She sighs. Well so much for that.

“What are you doing just standing there?!” Seungri giddily asks her, “Let’s go party!”

He pulls her back towards the crowd.

And as they draw closer, she sees much clearer.
