D-Day
Everything To You
A day before the following monthly evaluation, Hanbin goes over what Jennie has prepared and gives instructions
“Ok, you’re good.” Hanbin walks over to extend his hand to Jennie who was on the floor doing her final pose, “Don’t let what Sajangnim said the last time get to you. Just show them what you’ve worked on and prove him otherwise.”
Jennie nods, “Thanks, Hanbin-ah. I’ll pay you back for all this, I promise.”
He smiles a tired smile, “Don’t worry about it.”
He turns around to grab his bag and walks to the door, “I have to go.”
“Ya,” she calls him as he was about to step out
“Yeah?” He looks over his shoulder
“Are - are you -“ She clears her voice, “Gwenchana? You seem strange.”
He laughs but it looks forced.
“I’ll be fine, don’t worry about me.”

“I see your homework did you some good.” Sajangnim nods, “Good job.”
All smiles were plastered on Jennie’s face. A dose of relief shot through her veins.
This was all thanks to Hanbin. And she couldn’t wait to tell him about it.
“Jendeuk-ah, we’re going to Hongdae for snacks. Wanna come?” Jisoo asks as they get their bags from the benches.
“Oh?” Jisoo and the other trainees were looking at her expectantly. “Ahh - I can’t today. B-but I’ll see you guys back at the dorms! Have fun!” She grabs her bag and walks out of the room
“Ya where are you going?” Jisoo’s voice echoed through the hallways as Jennie ran to the elevator
When she gets to the basement, she goes straight to the practice room she now knew so well
He should be in here, she thought
