How well do you know Big Bang?

To give a tiny spoiler, Big Bang is among the best known groups in our poll, and only very few participants don't know them at all.

But this shouldn't come as a big surprise to anyone :)

The Grading System

We give the answers different grades, depending on how well people know them:

• 3 = well
• 2 = okay
• 1 = only a little
• 0 = not at all

Then we can look at how well different fans know them. 3 means that everyone knows them well and 0 not at all. If people on average know them "Okay" the grade is 2, and if on average "Only a Little" it's 1.

Big Bang are quite well known among all participants, but especially among those who have been in K-pop for a long time.

Big Bang are well known everywhere, especially in Europe and the Americas.

Big Bang as a Favorite Band

Now we will look at the fans who listed Big Bang among their favorite bands!

We show our results for different regions (genders and ages) where for each region the portion of participants that chose Big Bang as their favorite is shown. For example, we look at all fans from Australia and see how big a percentage of Australians lists Big Bang as a favorite band. Then we do the same for people from other regions, and also for different genders and ages.

A very high percentage of Africans and S-Americans list Big Bang as one of their favorite groups!

Among the three regions where we have the best statistics (N-America, Europe and E-Asia), N-America has the largest proportion of people that have Big Bang as their favorite.

Almost exactly the same percentage of females and males consider Big Bang to be their favorite group!

Although the statistics of this is less certain, people with other gender are less likely to list Big Bang as their favorite, while relatively many with a secret gender do.

Big Bang is favored amoung all age groups, but especially among adults, which makes sense since they have been around for a long time.
