It still early in the morning when Sowon come out from her room, streatching and yawn while holding empty mug on her hand. The dorm is quiet, the other members must be still in deep sleep, that's why she surprise when she find that the door to balcony is open. She wonder, as she remind, she sure that when she woke up and went to the kitchen about an hour ago, that door was closed. Then to make sure, Sowon decide to peek to the balcony.

 

She find.... Umji.

That maknae is alone there. Her elbows laid on the balcony fence, she face up the sky, there's smile form by her lips. She lool peaceful.

 

"Maknae-yah..."

Sowon carefully call, but still make Umji yelped then turned to look at the voice source in kinda surprise face, "Sowon Unnie..."

"Did I surprise you? Sorry.." Sowon said while walk closer, join the makne on the balcony.

Umji smile and shake her head, "It's okay..."

"What are you doing here by yourself at this early morning?" Sowon ask.

"Just doing what I like... you know..." Umji answer timidly.

"What? Your peculiar hobby which is looking at clouds in the morning?" Sowon tease guess, that make Umji grinning sheepishly then nod.

Sowon chuckle, "Is SinB already wake up too?"

"Not yet." Umji answer.

"Why you not wake her up too?" Sowon ask.

"Uhmm... I thought we still have plenty time before go to our first schedule today, so I think it gonna be okay if I just let her has more sleeping time. Then how about you, Unnie? Why you wake up at this time? Are you just thirsty and plan to back sleep after drink?" Umji ask back while pointing to the mug on Sowon's hand.

"No. I woke since an hour ago in purpose. I have assignment that need to be done to gather on today morning class." Sowon answer.

"Wow~... it must be hard for you to ballance between work and study, Unnie." Umji said concernly.

Sowon smile, "It's okay... both are my dreams, so I will try my best to make both works well."

"Awww~... I'm proud of you, Unnie. You are definitely one of my role models. Let me hug you..." Umji said then give Sowon a tight hug.

Sowon smile and feel heartwarm at Umji lovely behavior, she hug back that maknae.

 

After finished her assignment, Sowon manage to cook some breakfast, Umji helping. They having fun cooking together.

"Unnie, can't you exclude those eggplants? You know I don't like it, right?" Umji whine.

"But the others have no problem with that..." Sowon tease.

"Eeeeuu~~uuunggg...." Umji is whinning even more while shaking her head cutely, protest, that makes Sowon chuckle.

"Pweeeaasseee~...." Umji beg cutely with pouting lips.

Sowon laugh, "Okay, Maknae."

"Yeeeaayyy!!! You're definitely the best!! I love you, Sowon Unnie!!" Umji jumping happily then hug Sowon tightly.

 

Without Sowon and Umji aware, there a person witness that heartwarming moment happened.

It's Yerin.

She feel touched by that moment. She shed tears but smile while looking at the Leader-Maknae's bonding time and decide that she better not interrupt.

GFriend dinner at restaurant.

 

"Aaaa..."

 

Sowon ask Yuju to open , so she can feed the crab that she already unskin for the most incompetent-seafood-eater of their group, Choi Yuna, who of course gratefully open to accept the food that Sowon offer to her.

While Yuju happily munching her food, Sowon in speed of light^^ unskin all crabs on Yuju's plate. Sowon just start to having her own food after finished unskin all Yuju's crab.

Nobody from members or staffs that seems care to pay attention since that kinda thing is normal, usual among them. But without no one knows, Yerin is actually watching with sort of jealosy.

 

 

 

"Unniii~iieee~...!!"

 

SinB's whine makes all her members turn to look at that girl. Eventhough there're 4 members in their group who SinB call as 'unnie', but her eyes and face direction that time is definitely to Sowon, despite the fact that Sowon is seating farest than other SinB's unnies.

There's a bone that potrude from SinB's mouth. Her chopstick is clamping the bone, but seems she having hard time to pull off the piece of meat from that bone. (More over the incident is like an episode when they having lunch of their own cook at camp ground when they starring One Fine Day with Mamamoo also. Remember?^^)

Yerin who sitting next to SinB trying to help, but that kid reject it with growling and frowning her forehead to her. When Yerin pull back her chopstick off from that bone, SinB turn to Sowon again.

 

"Unniii~iieee~...!!"

 

Sowon sigh, then get up, bend to SinB's direction, reach out her long arm crossing the dining table, her hand that still in plastick gloves (she busy unskin the crab. Remember?) grab that bone then start to shaking it while trying to pull it off, SinB also shaking along. After moment of struggle... Finally the bone is off. And SinB get her piece of meat that she want. That girls grinning happily then munching her meat.

"Thanks, Unnie." Then SinB protude her lips, exageratedly send a far kisses to Sowon, she even wink a bonus.

Sowon sigh. Then back to eat her meal, the other does the same, but Yerin secreatly feel kinda upset.

GFriend's van, on their way to their schedule.

 

The girls are sleeping, Yerin alone awake. She thinking about how Sowon loves to spoil their dongsaengs. Yerin turn her head to look at her right side, to the seat next to her, to Sowon who sleeping gracefully. Yerin reach out her hand to Sowon's hand then hold it. Sowon wriggle a bit then open her eyes to look at Yerin.

 

"Do I bothering your sleep, Unnie?" Yerin ask.

Sowon shake her head, "No. Why don't you have some nap?"

"I'm not sleepy." Yerin said.

"You okay? Are you feeling unwell or do you have something in mind?" Sowon ask concernly.

"I'm okay. I just want to hold Unnie's hand, may I?" Yerin ask.

Sowon smile, "Sure. Hold it as long as you want."

Yerin smile.

 

But not too long, just right when Sowon about to doze back...

 

"Unniii~iieee..."

GFriend's waiting room at particular TV station.

 

Sowon is sitting on the middle of the couch, sleeping, when one of her members aproach...

 

"Unniii~iieee~...!!"

There's cute voice calling, then sit next to her, twine her waist and snuggled close to her.

Sowon doesn't bother to open her eyes, since she know very well who the voice owner. Eunha. So Sowon just adjust herself so both of them have comfortable position, her arm naturally twine Eunha's petite body and pull her closer.

Eunha giggle, "You are definitely the best for cuddling."

"Hmmm...." Sowon lazily answer, since she still sleepy. But then when she about to back doze off. She feel there's another person sit next to her, the other side where Eunha sit.

 

"Unniii~iieee~... me too~..."

Then hold Sowon's arm and lean to her shoulder. Sowon know it's Umji.

 

Then again...

There's somebody roughly flopped next to Umji, next that happen is 'that thing' flop her head on Sowon's lap, obviously crossing Umji's lap too. Causing the maknae whinning, protest, "Yah! It's already full here!!"

"Still fit for me! Spare a space, will you!! I want some of Sowon Unnie too!!" Then that savage 'thing' --- obviously is SinB ---- grab Sowon's 'free' hand then put it on her belly, "Rub it for me, Unnie.. I got upset stomach..." she whine.

"It's your own fault! You shouldn't too greedy to had all that bone soup before..." Umji scold that earn a deadly glare from her roommate.

 

"Maknaes...."

Sowon just call them in her low sleepy voice, still without need to open her eyes, but that's enough to stop Maknaes bickering. After back to silent, Sowon start to rubbing SinB's belly gently, make that beagle girl smilling in satisfaction then close her eyes leisurely.

 

Another person sit next to Eunha, then pull Sowon's hand that on Eunha's waist before, to her own head. Sowon also know who that person, it's Yuju. Then Sowon pats Yuju's head gently, she know that's enough to make that girl smile.

 

 

 

Yerin just enter her waiting room after left from the toilet. She look how her 4 dongsaengs sleeping while cuddling to Sowon. There's no more space for her. She feel somehow... jealous.

 

Ugh !! They always whine to Unnie. Ask Unnie to do something for them.... even for petty things. Sowon Unnie shouldn't spoil them too much, it make them turn to whiny babies.

Argh! I should scold them to stop them bothering Unnie all the time. They should learn to respect Sowon Unnie more. She is their oldest unnie, she also their leader unnie, how dare they turn her to their nanny?!!

Unnie too!! She must stop spoil them.

 

I even almost never got a chance to at least to be close to Unnie for moment... since those 4 'babies' too greedy to dominate her for each of them all the time.

If I join the battle to earn Unnie too, those babies might gonna lose from me. Hahaha!!

But... since Sowon Unnie is too kind and too motherly... I guess she will reach them and comfort them.

Huft~! There's no point for me to fight and defeat them... Sowon Unnie might gonna scold me and ask me to just relented to those babies, since I'm older than them...

 

Yerin thought, then stomping her feet upsetly leave that room agai, without knowing that Sowon is actually not sleeping and saw all the time Yerin stared at them in her sulky face while seems contemplating, but Sowon just keep silent, waiting Yerin's next action, but until the end Yerin do nothing except left upsetly.

GFriend dorm.

 

Yerin is sitting alone on the couch of their living room while watching TV, other members are in their room. Yerin can hear cheerful giggling from 97s line room. Yuju and Eunha's laugh, also Sowon's.

 

Huft~...

 

Yerin sigh. Eventhough her eyes fixed on the TV screen, but she don't give a damn at film which on the TV. She completely absorbed to those giggle sounds and her imagine at how fun inside that room. She actually could get her up and join the excitement along those girls, but at that time Yerin is too drown in her bad mood and jealousy that prevent her to put down her ego to just join them.

 

When Yerin see that Sowon finally come out from the current room, she outomatically call in bright voice, "Unnie!!" with happy face and wide smile plastered on her face, she also reach out her hands to Sowon, asking for hug.

 

"Later. Let me check on Maknaes first." Sowon said then heading to Maknaes's room.

 

Yerin's mood drop again, worse than before. Somehow Sowon's bold rejection on her is the main reason of her awful mood at that moment.

 

She always sweet and warm to the others. Always have time for them. Never for me!!

Yerin grumbling inside.

 

Again...

Yerin clearly hear happy giggle inside the Maknaes's room.

 

Aaaarrrggghhh!!!

 

Yerin scream inside while madly battered the pillow on her lap. If the pillow actually human, it must have to be bring to hospital ER due to so much injuries and bruises, about to dead.

 

 

After sometimes...

Yerin lean back her head just about to doze to sleep on the couch, tired being upset, when she feel there somebody snuggle close to her, form of a familiar head that rest under her chin lean to the crook between her shoulder and neck, a slender arm that twine her waist. Somebody with familiar body scent that strangely able to swept away her upset.

 

"Were you done with them, Unnie?" Yerin can't help herself to cynically ask.

"Eung~.." Sowon's casual answer causing Yerin taken aback.

"Do you still upset to me?" Sowon's ask make Yerin taken aback even more.

"You knew..." Yerin timidly admit.

"Of course I know. It clearly written on you. I definitely can read you." Sowon said calmly and appeasingly.

Yerin blinks for couple of times, dumbfoundingly, "Then why you let me upset for that long?"

Sowon take a deep breath, "Because I trust you."

"Trust me?" Yerin ask confusely.

"Yeah. I trust you mature enough to have wide heart of tollerant. I trust you grown up enough to manage your feeling. I trust you is a loving unnie that strongly bear up for your younger sisters's sake. I trust you is a good girl that willingly share me with your dongsaengs. I trust you can handle yourself. Don't worry... I assure you that I love you too. Absolutely not less than for your dongsaengs." Sowon answer in soothe voice that bring warm in Yerin's heart.

Yerin feel her face is getting warmer. Embarrassing to be 'caught' by Sowon.

 

After a while, Yerin finally can relax her nerves, then comfortably lean her body on the couch, embrace back Sowon's body gently. Her upset is totally washed away. Yerin decide that she won't jealous anymore of Sowon's love, she also determined that she will help to lessen her Leader Unnie's burden and join to 'educate' their beagle dongsaengs so then they well behave and not being such clingy spoiled brats.

Yerin dearly peck Sowon's crown head. Then they drift to peacefully deep sleep.
