"Come here you Cutie Maknae! Let Unnie kiss you!" Yerin are chasing Umji around their entire waiting room.

"Hahaha!! Help me! Somebody save me!! Yerin Unnie about to... hahaha!!" Umji laughing while try to hide behind things or people also dodging from Yerin's catch.

When finally Yerin able to catch her Maknae, she wrap and lock Umji into her 'bear hug' then pouring mercilessly kisses on anywhere she can reach, make the Maknae giggling and laughing uncontrollably, because ticklelish and also at how funny the situation.

Usually Yerin won't let go her 'prey' eventhough they plead. She just let them go when she already satisfied expressing her 'love' to them.

That kind of 'scene' is just ordinary on GFriend's daily life. Not just to Umji but to all members. No one escape from Yerin's 'ferocity'.

 

GFriend girls are loves to talking and joking with each other. Their conversation seems never runs out of topics eventhough they almost together all the time, everyday. There always something to talk to, something to laugh together. Their laugh and childish or ridicoulous behavior is one of their ways to live more fun life.

The girls obviously know each other very well, also about each other characters and habbits, and how to deal with it. Include about Yerin's 'loving habbits'.

Everybody who know Yerin personally, must be know that Yerin loves to hugging, kissing, cuddling, bitting, patting, caressing, and many other more her ways to 'express her affection' towards her members and everybody who personally closed to her.

Sometimes she even did it too much...

 

Example, on their special video of Behind the Scene of Awakening Album's Jacket Photoshoot, when Yerin 'kissed' Yuju right on her lips, it became viral and hot topic. When actually it's an 'ordinary' thing for GFriend members and SouMu staffs to see on their daily life. That 'kiss scene' actually still a negligible way than Yerin usually do to her members, but because the more of it happened off-camera so public doesn't know about it. Yerin has a lot more 'extreem' ways to express how much she loves her members.^^

 

But, among her habbits there's only one particular habbit that she just do to Sowon, it's the hair habbit. Yerin loves to put Sowon's tip of hair into to and chew it. Yerin not do it to another members or another person. It first shown on public about few months ago (*remember the proximate time of this story is still around Awakening Album promotion), at Sowon's birthday, on their v-life broadcasting.

 

At the beginning, everytime Yerin did it Sowon just pulled it back while chuckle, and nicely told her to stop. But Yerin can be stopped that easy. Once she tried and like it then she unstoppable forward. Same goes like when she crave at one food menue, she will stick to it, eat it constanty everyday until she get bored, but usually it take pretty long times. Once happened when she so into Samgyetang (삼계탕 : ginseng chicken soup), as if addicted to it, she keep on eat it everyday, she also keep on persuade any of her members to go with her, because she hate to eat alone. But after each members already took turn to accompanied and doesn't want to eat the same menue at the same week, Yerin start to ask staffs to go with her. After everybody she know already take turn, Yerin go by herself untill she finally feel enough at that particular menue. Yerin is type of person who always all-out for her passion of anything. It's good thing but also aweful at the same time, based on what passion she get into at particular time.

 

 

"Unnie~... my pretty Unnie~ " that's Yerin's exordium when she came closer to Sowon who half laying on the couch, back leaning and legs sprawled. Then Yerin take a seat next to Sowon on their dorm living room couch. "Unnie~, what are you doing?" She ask cutely.

"Nothing. Just resting." Sowon said casually then closed her eyes.

Yerin lean her head on Sowon's shoulder. While they having casual conversation, Yerin naturally start to pick Sowon's tips of hair and play it between her fingers. But after time to time, she start to put into and start to and chew it.

At the beginning, Sowon just pull it back, but when Yerin keep doing, Sowon still tell her nicely to stop. But when Yerin keep doing her action, ignore her protest, it make Sowon start to irritated, she pull her hair back with upset growl and tell her sternly to stop.

 

"Stop it, Yerin-ah!! You not just disheveled my hair but also don't you think it's not healthy for you to hair, even more not your own hair. And don't chew it! Even more don't swallow hair strands! It can danger your digestive system, you know? Hair can't digested or ravel! It's scientifically. So you better stop it!" Sowon scold in upset tone.

 

 

Another time...

"Yerin-ah, stop it. I told you for so many times. You make my hair disheveled. We about to perform, you make hairstylist-unnie has to redo my hair over and over again. It wasting time. Stop it!" Sowon try to make excuses.

"Okay, Unnie. I'm sorry." Yerin said, pouting and let go Sowon's hair but keep staring at it in desire.

But other times she do it again, but when Sowon protest, she argue : "But right now is free time, we not going to perform in near time. I'm not troubling hairstylist-unnie." She make an excuse.

"Geez .. but it doesn't mean that you can disheveled my hair! You troubling me!" Sowon scold.

"No, it won't. Your hair is great, Unnie. Don't worry, your hair always look good. Trust me. And let me tell you, your hair is always smell and taste good. That's why I love your hair." Yerin said with wide grin plastered on her face.

Sowon just sigh deeply.

 

But when Yerin do it again another time, Sowon finally came to her limit...

"Yerin STOP IT!! Do I have to shave off all my hair just to make you stop?!" Sowon finally 'explode' after try to hold herself for who knows for how long and how many, "Don't make me become such a 'whinny granny' like how SinB loves to mock me, even more just because petty thing like this... it's ridicoulous. But please... I beg you please... I can't stand anymore! It's irritating me! Let go my hair~...!" Sowon almost tears up. Then Sowon left in hurry.

 

Yerin look at each of her members, "Did I've been too much?" She timidly ask to make sure. All her members nod. Yerin crumpled her lips in guilty.

 

 

Just right about their time to on stage, Sowon appear, gather back with her group to perform. Sadly, she has to do it another times, because Yerin still can't stop her habbit. Sowon obviously intended to keep make distance between herself and Yerin. Sowon become often left her group and 'forced' to 'make friend' and 'being closed' with other people aside from her own group members.

There're actually advantages of Sowon's 'escapes', she develope her friendship relation with her friends, also got lot of new friends, she gain more popularity on idols society, not just among girl groups but also boy groups and other fields celebrities, even to sunbaes and hoobaes. It's because if before Sowon just spend her most time with her group members, now she strolling and explore out of her group.

But there're also unpleasant impacts too... her own group is being leftout, she spend lesser time with them and become lesser aware of their feeling, at least to Yerin, because she's fine with other members.

 

The situation getting worse when Mamamoo's Wheein came to GFriend's waiting room just for pick up Sowon's coat while Sowon stay at Mamamoo's waiting room.

 

"It's because of your fault, Yerin Unnie, So now Sowon Unnie often to left us!! She even not came here by herself to get her own coat!! Geezz...!!" SinB scold savagely.

Other members try their best to calm her, "Don't accuse Yerin Unnie like that, SinB-ah..."

"Why not? It's the fact. It's real thing. It's all because she loves to over expressing her affection! Just admit it, you guys sometimes get anoyed too, right?" SinB brutally expose the matter. And for worse, the members can't deny the fact.

Yerin can't argue back. She accept the guilt silently.

Emergency stairs...

"Yerin-ah, what are you doing here? Alone?" Kim Soo Young a.k.a Red Velvet's Joy ask in wonder.

Yerin jolted at that sudden voice, since she thought no one will interfere her there. But then she glad that it's her high school mate, "Oh.. you Sooyoung-ah."

"You not answer my question.. what are you doing here alone?" Joy repeat her words.

"Uhmm... nothing. Just want to escape from the crowd for a while." Yerin excuse.

"Yeah... sometimes I need it too." Joy said with grin on her face.

 

But when Joy 'find' Yerin do the same thing on the other times, she become worry and wonder.

Then one day when Joy see Yerin doing the same thing again, she decided to take a seat next to her friend on the stairs. They talking and joking around, just like two ordinary girls spending time as close friends.

 

"Yerin-ah, no more excuse! Just be honest and tell me what's wrong? Are you having problem with your group mates?"

Yerin just avoid Joy's gaze at her, and that behavior make Joy even more sure about her guess.

"So my guess is right... there's problem with your group mates. What is it? Tell me! Maybe I can help, or at least it'll lessen your burden." Joy keep insist, so then Yerin give up and tell her about it. Joy listen to Yerin's explanation in full attention. After Yerin done explain, Joy just can't help to chuckle.

"Yah! How can you laughing at my problem like that? It's a big deal for me. I'm so sad about this..." Yerin protest and pout.

"Sorry... I don't mean to underestimate your problem. But it just so cute." Then Joy squeal and hug Yerin. But when she realize that Yerin not hug her back and there's no slightest smile on her high school mate's face, Joy gradually calm herself down then pull away.

 

After timidly clear , "Yerin-ah, I'm sure that Sowon Unnie not really mad at you. Don't worry too much. I'm sure you're gonna be just fine. Give her time to calm down."

"Do you think so?" Yerin ask still in worry.

Joy nod with bright smile, "Uhmm... would you hear my advice?" She carefully ask. Yerin nod.

"As your friend, I know very well that you did that just as one of your ways to express how much you love your members. If me as person who you not meet everyday able to understand that, then I'm sure your group members even more understand very well about your habbits. Please don't offended, but let me tell you, that indeed sometimes you go too far." Joy pause for a while, it's like giving time for Yerin 'digest' her words and waiting Yerin's respond about her words just now. When Yerin just low her head, Joy get that her friend is already realize her fault.

 

"I've just met Sowon Unnie for few short time. But I watch from afar or from medias how her naturally loves all her members unconditionally. Her motherly behavior is pretty much the same as my Irene Unnie. Based on my observation, eventhough they can be strict, but motherly leader is usually has almost unlimited patient and compassion, so I'm sure Sowon Unnie is not that mad at you. She'll back to the natural sweet as soon as she able to calm herself. Just wait a bit, Yerin-ah." Joy said then pat Yerin's hand, soothing.

"But also... try to composure, will you? Don't overact expressing your love. I know you love them. And I'm sure they know very well that you love them very much." Joy carefully advice.

Yerin pout and protest, "But they are so cute and lovable and hugable and kissable and...!!"

Joy smack Yerin's arm irritating, "YAH!! I just told you to composure yourself. But you exceed already..."

"Ouch!" Yerin grimace, but then suddenly she hug Joy tightly, "Thanks, Sooyoung-ah. I feel lot more better now." Then for more surprise, Yerin start to pecking Joy at all over her face, make that girl shriek, protest, "Yerin-ah!! Enough!! Yerin-ah, STOP IT!! No wonder if Sowon Unnie mad at you..."

Yerin stop right away. Joy panting.

"Yah... don't say that..." Yerin pout.

"So control yourself!!" Joy scold then get up about to leave.

Yerin stop her friend by holding her hand, "You gonna leave me here alone?" She said it in aegyo.

Joy rolled her eyes, obviously irritated, "I have to perform."

"Me too.." Yerin said back.

Joy growl, "Gosh!! Then why you still here? Let's back to our group!" Joy start to stomping her feet in upset, while Yerin chuckling mischievously.

 

Yerin and Joy walk hand in hand along the hallway.

"Find Sowon Unnie and said you sorry. After that try to composure yourself. Don't overact the way you express your affection, not just to Sowon Unnie but also for everybody. Then you'll not get into problem like this ever again." Joy advice.

"Nae, algesubnida (내, 알겠습니다 = okay, I got it; yes, I understand), naui saranghaneun chingu  (나의 사랑하는 친구 = My Dear Friend)." Yerin said cutely then suddenly in the speed of light stuck her head closer to steal a peck on Joy's cheek.

Joy jolted, "Yah!! I just shut my mouth after gave an advice for your sake, but you break it right away." Joy can't hold herself to 'explode'.

"I better tell Sowon Unnie to never forgive you or she might regret it later." Then Joy quickly escape from Yerin, run away with mischievous smirk that Yerin can't see.

"YAH!! PARK SOO YOUNG!! Don't do that!! Please!! Sooyoung-ah!!" Yerin quickly run to chase after Joy.

 

After a while...

Yerin has been running around looking for Joy or Sowon, but she can't find them anywhere.

Suddenly familiar voice call her, "Yerin Unnie, where have you been? You've been gone this whole day." It's Yuju, Eunha also with her.

"Where Sowon Unnie?" Yerin ask.

"Sowon Unnie at our waiting room." Eunha answer.

Then the three of them go back to their waiting room.

 

As soon as they enter their waiting room..

Yerin shriek in horror, "GYAAAA!! STOP! Sowon Unnie don't do that!!" Then she run as fast as she can to where Sowon standing in front of the mirror with scissor in her hand, while other hand on her hair.

 

"Unnie, I'm really sorry. Don't do this, please~! Whaaaa!!" Yerin crying hardly. While Sowon staring at her in surprise.

"I'm sorry for irritated you by my habbit (sobs). I'll try to get rid of that habbit, eventhough I'm not sure that I will succeed (sobs), but I'll try my best. Whaaa!!" Yerin babbling among her cry. Then she hug Sowon tightly, "Don't do this, Unnie. Please~...!"

 

"Why I can't do this, Yerin-ah?" Sowon ask in deep low tone.

"Your hair is beautifull. You look gorgeous in long hair. I love the way you flip your hair. Your hair smell and tast-.. oops... uhmm.. I mean, your hair smells good. Do you forget, our next album concept is girly? I think CEO-Nim will disagree if you cut your hair." Yerin keep babbling among her cry.

 

"So you think that I'm not gonna look good on short hair?" Sowon ask still in deep low tone.

Yerin pull away in hurry, "No.. no... I don't mean that. You definitely gonna look gorgeous in whatever hairstyle. But, don't cut your hair just because you upset to me, Unnie!"

"Ouwh.. so actually you just don't want to be blame as the reason I shave my hair?" Sowon tilt her head a bit with upset frown on her face. She sounds even more frightening.

"WHAT??!! You really gonna shave your hair??!! NOOO!! DON'T DO THAT!!" Yerin histerically protest.

"Tell me honestly, Yerin!! you just don't want to be blame, right??!!" Sowon repeat her words in higher voice, then fold her arms in front of her chest, also put her body weight in just a leg, while her free leg seems ready anytime to make necessary kick. Her cold-killing stare is send icy-pricking along Yerin's spine and make her get a goosebump.

"Uhmm... Yes. Uhmm... I mean... No. Uhmm... just don't do it, Unnie. I beg you. Forgive me, please." Yerin panickely.

"Why you think that I should forgive you?" Sowon ask unchalantly.

Yerin surprised at the question. She nervously gulp, "Uhm... I realize that I did overact. That I ignored your protest. That I did it just for my own satisfaction. I'm being delinquent. It's totally understandable that you mad at me." Then Yerin low her face and fidgeting her fingers, just like criminals at the court about to get verdict of her crime.

 

"So... what you think that you should do to redeem your fault?" Sowon ask coldly.

"I ask your forgiveness." Yerin timidly answer.

"Why? Is it my forgiveness is important for you?" Sowon sneers.

"It's important for me." Yerin timidly answer.

"But I even banned you for doing your habbit. Aren't you supposed to upset to me?" Sowon testing.

"No. I aware at your reason why you ban my habbit. There's nothing wrong with Unnie's reason..." Yerin's voice become even more timid.

While Yerin keep low her face, she can't see that there's a smirk start to form on Sowon's face.

 

Sowon clear then continue, "But what you gonna do actually... concretely, in order to get my forgiveness?" Sowon challenging.

"I... uhmm.. like I've said before, eventhough I not dare to promise to totally stop, but I'll try my best to not overact." Yerin said.

"That's all?" Sowon still demand.

"Uhmm... I... anything you want, Unnie." Yerin just give up. She feel so hopeless that time.

"Anything I want?" Sowon repeat Yerin's words.

"Yes. I'll do and give anything you want, Unnie." Yerin firm answer, thought that Sowon seems start to open her 'forgiveness door' for her.

"For how long?" Sowon naturally 'lead' Yerin.

"As long as you want, Unnie." Yerin said innocently.

"Promise?" Sowon insist.

"Promise." Yerin firmly said.

 

 

Silent...

 

 

"Okay." Sowon said short, simple, and casually.

 

Yerin lift her face, then she find Sowon grinning in satisfaction.

Then out of the blue...

 

"YEEAAAYYYY...!!!" the 4 other members who actually near and witness everything that just happened shout their cheer. Then the 5 of them start to jumping around excitedly, "Sowon Unnie you are the best! Hahaha!! Yeeaayy!!"

Yerin see them in confuse.

 

That I did something wrong?

Did I miss something?

Wait a minute... what I just said?

Did I promised something to Sowon Unnie?

What was it....?

Did I just promised to do and give anything she want, as long as she want...?

 

Yerin tilt her head in confuse. Then scratching her unitchy head.

 

Then in other words... I'm her slave... forever....?

Slave?!

Forever?!!

 

Yerin finally come to her sense. Then she straight up her head. Her eyes bug out about to pop out from it sockets.

 

SinB laughing like a hyena while pointing to Yerin. "Seems like Yerin Unnie just finally get the meaning of her own words. Hahaha!!"

"You want to back out your words, Yerin-ah?" Sowon ask among her laugh.

"No. As long as you really forgive me and not shave your hair, Unnie." Yerin said naively.

"I forgive you and I'm not gonna shave my hair." Sowon said firmly.

"Then it's a deal." Yerin said defeatedly.

"By the way... who said I'm gonna shave my hair?" Sowon ask.

"You said few days ago... isn't that what you gonna do with that scissor?" Yerin ask innocently.

 

Sowon look at scissor that still on her hand. Then burst to laugh again.

"This? Oh... this... Hahahaha!!! Oh my God!! Yerin-ah, this scissors definitely not for cut my hair. I'm not that crazy to cut my own hair. I'm about to cut this yarn." Sowon shows a strand of useless leftover raw yarn on her collar shirt.

 

Yerin's jaw drop.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....!!!!! WHAT HAVE I DONEEEEE???!!!!"
