".....So do you understand what you need to do?" One of Twice's manager asks after explaining Twice's task for today. They are in a hall of TV backstage.

"I do! Trust me. I will take care of the members," that girl who's being told answers him.

"Okay, I believe you. You are indeed my favorite member. Ah, please keep it a secret!"

"Haha sure, Oppa! Thanks by the way." She winks before leaving him excitingly. It looks like her energy is never drained.  She is also very responsible that makes the other members depends so much on her. Everyone loves her but also respects her as Twice's leader. She is also pretty and so talented in dancing and singing. Perfect!

At least, that before she meets a person who, for her, is so much better......

At the hall in her way to Twice's waiting room, Jihyo sees Irene, the leader of Red Velvet. Nayeon, Dahyun, and Chaeyoung are surrounding her. They look so excited. For Jihyo, Irene is not just her senior, but also a rival. She knows that Irene is a good leader to for her group, she is pretty, her voice is so good, and she is so good in performing RV who always has a hard and powerful choreography. Her heart beats faster everytime she looks at that SMent's little daughter. Jihyo remembers his PD-nim that she always wants to make him proud of. 

Jihyo walks closer to them as her room is near there. She sees that her members are so happy to see Irene. They look so close to each other. They joke freely and laugh so hard, as Irene is so friendly to them. Sometimes Jihyo wonders why her members are not that close to her. It's not that she never laughs together with them, but from what she sees, the feeling is different. The interaction feels more genuine with Irene than herself. With her, the conversation will be kinda......

....awkward.

"Hi, Jihyo!"

"Hello, Irene," Jihyo is surprised to be greeted by her. Originally she just wants to pass her and acts like she has something more important to do.

"Are you busy?" Irene asks her again.

"No, I'm.... I mean, yes, actually.... I have something to tell to my members. Many things, actually," Jihyo immediately looks at Nayeon, Dahyun, and Chaeyoung. "Break time is out. Let's get in!" She orders them boldly.

"Oh c'mon, I know what you are going to announce. Just like the usual, right?" Nayeon asks.

"Jihyo unnieee~ I rarely meet Irene here. I still wanna talk to her," Dahyun tries to persuade her.

"Yeah! And she is so pretty and nice in person. Look at her!" Chaeyoung says that makes Jihyo looks at her from the eyes to the toe. 

"She is so beautiful........" Jihyo whispers to herself.

"I'm sorry, what?" Irene asks.<
