Track 19| Kept in Prison

 Eros was caught. Someone imprisoned her.

Those were the only words ringing in the back of her mind as she found herself in the familiar streets of her old town, her eyes glistening with tears. Three hours prior to that, she was having a wonderful night with the love god when suddenly she felt the god wrap his arms around her, kissing her in the forehead. She didn’t know what it meant until Eros whispered in her ears, a voice of sadness and despair.

“I-I have to go… My energy grows weak every moment. Someone has captured me. Go into the heart of the labyrinth, I’m sure your dear friend knows the way. You have to save me, my princess… your love for me will be enough to free me from the prison I’m into.”

The next moment, she saw the young god vanishing right in front of her, as if the young man was being in a void and couldn’t go out.

And then she found herself back in her homeland a few minutes later, the tears were in her eyes as she walked aimlessly around.

“N-naeun!” A familiar voice screamed, a coat wrapped around her body to ease her from the cold. “Why are you crying? Did Eros do something to you? What happened?!”

“H-he’s gone, Eunji ah…” The woman barely broke out. “He disappeared right before me… He was c-captured inside the labyrinth… h-he said you know the way…”

The sight of the woman crying was enough to push all thoughts aside in Eunji’s mind. Carefully, she carried the woman in her arms and brought her to the nearest home they could have… the café Son Naeun was working at.
