Cry.

Cry and let it all out.

Take all the pain, frustration, hate, anger, stress, tiredness and spill it all out.

Take everything from within and throw it away.

Scream it out loud.

Throw it up.

Sweat it away 'till you are laying boneless on the ground.

Let it run down your cheeks in fat drops.

Turn your own self inside out 'till you are a new self.

Sleep the last bits of everything off.

And when that new self of yours has regained energy from the deep slumber you fell into, stand up.

Stand up and kick your way back on the world.

Reality isn't pretty but humans aren't as well.

People are strong and ing stubborn.

That's why they are still walking on Earth.

And you are one of them.
