KIM HYUNJOONG

Almost fifteen minutes ago, Somin and I shared laughter and sweet talks. And now, still sitting on the sands - Somin fallen asleep in my shoulder. I smiled at her. She was pretty when she was sleeping. Ah, not only pretty.. She was cute, gorgeous and brought peace according to my taste. I kissed her head. ‘Time to move you sleepy head.’

I slowly put Somin on my hands and carried her – bridal style, toward the hotel. She stirred lightly but did not open her eyes. She put her forehead right bellow my chin. I smirked. Carrying her like that made me imagine about our wedding night. Wedding night.. Those words seriously warmed my heart.

There were few people at the hotel’s lobby. I could feel that people stared at me in curiosity. But I just ignored them. I walked to the elevator and went directly to Somin’s room.

Once I reached her room, I laid her slowly at her bed. She moved a little and continued her sleep. I just shook my head. ‘This girl is unbelievable.’

I smiled.  “See you tomorrow.” I walked out from her room..

“Appa..”

“I will not discuss it, Seohyun-ah.” Mr Seo said calmly and continued his breakfast.

Seohyun, who sat across her mother, gave her a signal to support her. They were having breakfast in an uncommon awkward situation.

“Dear.. Listen to her. It is she who will involve in the marriage. If she does not want it, then we should not push her to do it.” Mrs Seo tried to give him reasons.

Mr Seo stared at his wife and daughter. They looked at him in hope.

“I will continue the marriage’s plan. I already announce it to my board and public. I cannot call it off. The stock price will shrink down.” He looked at Seohyun. “Seohyun-ah, you know that you are the heiress of my company. In the past, I let you work with Yonghwa because you said you loved him and couldn’t be far from him. And, you know it clearly that by the time I let you work with him, our stock prize flew down. The public sensed that there was something wrong with our company. And now..”

“Appa! I will start to work at our company. How about that?” Seohyun cut her father statement.

“Ah, yes! That will do, right dear?” Her mother supported her.

Mr Seo shook his head slightly. “It is not that easy.”

“Appa.." Seohyun sipped her coffee. "Do not push me away.”

“What are you talking about?”

“If you continue to force me to marry Yonghwa, I will run away.” Seohyun gave her parents a wide smile.

“Are you threatening me?” Mr Seo shouted in anger.

“Ani.” Seohyun took bread and strawberry jam. “I just warn you.”

JUNG SOMIN

“Where will you go?”

Hyunjoong was busy with his bag after we came back to their room after breakfast. He smiled at me. “I am going to dive.”

“Diving?!” I shouted - Excited. “Can I come?” I gave him puppy eyes and blinked few times. “I never dive before.”

He shook his head. “Just me.”

“Yah!” I stood up and face him. “I want to go on diving!” I protested.

His lips formed a smirk. “Call me Oppa first. Then I will let you go with me.”

“Mwo?” I felt annoyed and pouted.

He chuckled.

‘Isshhh.. That man is still annoying as before.’ I threw my body over the couch.

“Just give him what he want, Somin-ah.” Harabeoji showed up from his room. He walked toward the couch and sat beside me.

“But Harabeoji..”

“He is still few years older than you anyway.” Harabeoji smirked.

‘Aisshhh these men!’  I really thought that they were team up to make fun of me. ‘They even have the same smile when they tease me.’  Well he was Hyunjoong’s Harabeoji. I sighed and turned my face to Hyunjoong and found him smiled triumphantly.

“Just call me Oppa.” He teased me.

“But, people will know that we are-“ Shoot! I was lucky that I was able to hold my tongue. I could feel that my blood rushed to my face and made it redder.

He stared at me and the smile still plastered on his face. “That we are?”

‘Isshh.. Me and my mouth!’  I threw my sight to Harabeoji who gave smile like Hyunjoong’s. “Eh, nothing.”

Hyunjoong laughed. Harabeoji smiled widely.

“Ah!” I clapped my time. “I know! What if I call you Sunbae? That will do.” I giggled.

Hyunjoong’s smile faded from his face. “Sunbae? Isshhh.. Why don’t you call me Ahjussi instead.” He was half shouted at me.

“Eh, can I do that?”

“Ishhh!” Hyunjoong eyes got wider. “OPPA! OPPA! OPPA! Just call me that!”

Harabeoji laughed out loud.

I pouted. ‘Why should he shout like that? Why should I call him Oppa anyway?’ I looked at Harabeoji. “Well, if you want to go, go then. I will stay with Harabeoji.”

Harabeoji chuckled. “I am going with him, Somin-ah.”

“Yah!” I snapped. “Why do you want me to stay and accompany you if you are going to leave me all alone?”

Harabeoji laughed, stood up and walked to his room - pretended not hearing Somin's question. "I have to prepare myself."

'Great! I just put myself into a problem.'

Hyunjoong moved closer to me. “Oppa is better, Somin-ah. Or, you want me to demand you to call me Honey, Darling or Love?” He whispered at me.

I glared at him. “Yah! KIM HYUNJOONG!”

PARK SHINHYE

I was turning on my laptop when someone knocked at my door. “Come In!” I said without looking who was entering my office.

“Morning, Honey!”

I gasped and raised my head. I found Yonghwa smiled widely – carried two cup of coffee and a box of snack. “Honey,” I stood up. “What are you doing here?”

Yonghwa walked toward me  and sat on the chair in front of me. “I am having my breakfast with you - my girlfriend.” He put the coffee and snack on the table. “I know that you are barely eat breakfast and that is not good. Here is coffee for you – cappuccino. I know that you need it since we slept very late last night – talked on the phone.” He grinned.

I shocked but felt extremely happy to hear his words. How much I wanted him to treat me like this again. Before he went out with Seohyun, he always treated me like this.  ‘God, thank you for this other chance.’

“Honey, don’t just stand there.” Yonghwa handed me the coffee and a pie.

I smiled and sat on my chair. “Eh, Eomma?” I took the coffee and pie that he handed me.

Yonghwa sipped his coffee. “It is ok. She is having breakfast with her friends.” He bit his pie. “From now on, I am having my breakfast with you.”

“But-“

“Don’t worry.. Somin will.. Speaking of Somin, do you know why she is extending her stay at Jeju?”

I sighed. I know Yonghwa will ask this. “It seems that Mr Kim ask her to.”

Yonghwa narrowed his eyes. “Hyunjoong?”

I shook my head. “Kim Taekung.”

“Burago?”

I giggled and nodded.

“Somin knew him? How come?”

“When we went to Japan, she came to their mansion to hand Hyunjoong the investor’s meeting report. Actually Mr Kim Taekung himself who asked Somin to accompany Hyunjoong to Jeju.”

“Mwo?!” Yonghwa half shouted.

I laughed. “It seems someone is interested to your dearest little sister, honey.”
