Hyunjoong ended his call and looked to Yonghwa. “She is not in Jeju.”

“She is not in her friends’ houses too.” Shinhye also ended her call.

“Where is she? Where is my baby girl?” Mrs Jung said worriedly.

It was already pass lunch time and all of them still stayed on Jung’s house. Somin was nowhere to be found. Grandfather Kim who came right before lunch time also sent his people to search for Somin.

"Is there any particular place that brings memories for her? She is maybe there." Grandfather Kim said.

Yonghwa stood in the middle of the room and tried to recall what happened this morning. Hyunjoong stared on Somin’s family picture that hanged there.

“She is at..” Yonghwa and Hyunjoong said in unison and looked at each other.

JUNG SOMIN

I sighed heavily. “Appa.. Mianhae.” It had been almost two hours since I reached the place, Appa’s grave. “Mianhae, Appa. I cannot do anything for our family. I even cannot make sure Oppa’s happiness.” I sobbed.

I could not understand why I was acting like this. But, the moment I know that Hyunjoong Oppa told Yonghwa Oppa about the marriage. I felt like I was so selfish - tried to go for my own happiness over my Oppa. I could feel my heart was fill with anger, disappointment, shame and sadness - mixed become one.

“Somin-ah.” Someone called me, and I recognized the voice.

I turned my face and found Yonghwa Oppa walked toward me. I stood up and faced him. He looked worried. I lowered my face – I felt guilty. “Mianhae, Oppa.”

He gave me bear hug. “You did not do anything wrong.” He said in my ear. “Somin-ah, gomawo for concerning my life. But-“ He pushed me and stared directly to my eyes. “You don’t have to be worry anymore.”

“But, Oppa-“

“Listen my dear dongsaeng!” He smiled. “I am happy, Somin-ah. I am happy now. Our company has become the number one advertisement company in Korea. I have Shinhye beside me. By the way, I proposed her the night Hyunjoong proposed you. And, she said yes.” His eyes sparkled.

I was surprise. “Really?” I caught Shinhye Eonnie and Hyunjoong stood side by side behind us. Shinhye Eonnie lifted her hand and showed me a green stone ring. She nodded and smiled widely. I felt relief.

“And, you already found a man that you love and love you back.” Oppa touched my head and played with my hair. “Somin-ah, I heard about your promises. Since it relates to me, so I am setting you free.”

‘How does Oppa know about my promises?’ I looked at his calm face. “Oppa..”

Yonghwa Oppa put his pointed finger in my lips and stopped me for talking. “Let me do my last job as a big brother. Marry him. Do not wait for me. I still have to handle Mr Seo first before settling down.” He explained.

I took a deep breath and stared at him. I could see his sincere and full of hope stare. ‘He is setting me free from my promises?’

“I love you more, Somin-ah. That is why I want you to be happy first. Don’t worry, I have Shinhye to accompany me now.” He smiled. “I watched you and Hyunjoong fought your love before, it was like a big stab in my heart. I felt embarrass.” He chuckled.

I just kept silent. I did not know how to react. But, I could feel my heart was easing down. All my mixed feelings were fading slowly. However, I did not know why my tears started to fulfill my eyes.   

“Be a beautiful bride on Sunday, will you? Make me proud when I accompany you walking on the aisle.” Yonghwa Oppa caressed my cheek.

I began to sob. I suddenly remembered my Appa. My wedding day – how much I wanted him to be there and saw me.

Yonghwa Oppa touched my chin and lifted my face. “Somin-ah, I think Hyunjoong will kill me if I cannot make you marry him this Sunday.” He chuckled.

I giggled between my sob.

Yonghwa Oppa hugged me tightly. “I am so happy that you will be in a family that loves you so much. I feel relief.” He whispered.

I hugged him back. He was always like this – thought about my happiness first over him. But, I knew if I kept being stubborn, I would hurt him. And, that would be the last thing I wanted – him being hurt. And, Shinhye Eonnie was beside him now. She was the only one I could believe to stand beside my Oppa. Well, I guessed the Sunday’s plan would back on its track.

Hyunjoong Oppa and Shinhye Eonnie approached us. Yonghwa Oppa let go of me and put his arm on Shinhye Eonnie’s shoulder. Hyunjoong reached my waist and stared at me. He smiled.

“Mianhae, Oppa.” I lowered my face.

Hyunjoong kissed my forehead. “At least I could see the way you angry before we get married.” He chuckled.

I smiled lightly.

Shinhye Eonnie took my hands. “Don’t worry, Somin-ah. I will not leave your Oppa for any reasons.” She said to ensure me.

Yonghwa chuckled. “See! She is the one who will not leave me.”

I giggled and stared at Shinhye’s Eonnie eyes. “Please take care of my Oppa.”

Shinhye Eonnie smiled and nodded. “I will.”

Yonghwa Oppa pinched my cheek. “Stop crying, ok? Your face becomes ugly.”

I pouted and turned my face to Hyunjoong’s chest – tried to hide my face.

The three of them laughed.

Hyunjoong hugged me and his hand caressed my hair.

PARK SHINHYE

Yonghwa could not hide his happy feeling. His face showed everything. He felt relief that his dearest sister already had a man that would take care of her. He kept telling me that his biggest job as a brother would soon be lifted from his shoulder as he walked her to him on their wedding day. It was funny though to see him like that. Just few days ago he was totally jealous over Hyunjoong because it seemed that Yonghwa did not ready to lose his sister. But now, he was totally happy.

Seeing him happy made me felt happy too. But, thinking of that made me unease. ‘When is my turn?’

Yonghwa seemed realized that I became quite silent than usual since we entered his car. He glimpsed at me. “Something is bothering you, honey?”

I shocked by his question. 'Isshhh such an observant!'  I shook my head. “Ani.”

He nodded. “Uhmm.. honey, let’s go to Busan after Somin’s marriage?”

“To Busan?” I repeated – could not believe my ears. Busan is my home city. My parents live there. Yonghwa asked me to go there?

He glanced at me. “I want to talk to your parent about our marriage too. I want you to be mine, honey.” He said. "I will bring Eomma. Eh, we should invite them to Somin's wedding. How could I forget!" He smack his own forehead with his palm. "And, if they decide to come, then I will talk to them right after the wedding. What do you think?"

My lips formed a big smile. "Ok."

“This week, I will focus on my problems with Mr Seo. I will clear it up.” He said.

KIM HYUNJOONG

I did not know that Brother and Sister Relationship between Somin and Yonghwa were that deep. Well, I had no siblings so I had no idea. But, I was glad that Somin’s brother was Yonghwa. He surely loved and protected her.

I glanced at Somin who was sleeping beside me. ‘Such a heavy sleeper.’ I smiled.

Her face was red and her eyes were swollen. I sighed. ‘I promise you, Somin-ah. I will not make you cry from now on.’
