KIM HYUNJOONG

I was paying attention to my laptop – checking on my emails – when in a sudden my room’s door was opened in a loud voice. I raised my head and saw Yonghwa entered my room with anger filled out his face.

“A woman is carrying your baby and you are still wanting to marry my sister?!” He screamed.

I was shock. I stood up. “What are you talking about?”

“Who is Suzy? Your ex? She is carrying your child! Luckily I knew it right before I made a great mistake by giving my sister to you!” Yonghwa walked toward me and grabbed my shirt. “How dare you, Kim Hyunjoong!” He showed me his fist but tried hard not to lay it on my face.

“Wait! Carrying my child? I do not understand.” I still felt confused. Did I hear it right? Suzy carried my child? ‘What nonsense!’

His breath was uneven. His anger was all over his body.

I took a deep breath. “Look! I have nothing to do with Suzy. She is not my ex. We only dated few times. And, I never touch her.” I tried to give him an explanation. “You have to believe me.”

He lowered his fist. But, I could still feel that the anger in his eyes was not ease down.

“Who tell you this?” I asked him. “What is going on?”

He looked directly to my eyes. “She said that she is carrying your child.”

I was shock. “What the hell.. Suzy said that?!” I let go myself from him. “Did Somin hear it?”

He did not answer me. He just gave do-you-have-to-ask stare at me.

“I have to explain it to her.” I was about to leave-

Yonghwa grabbed my hand. “So, it is not true?”

I stared directly to his eyes. “No!” I run away from my room toward the stairs. ‘I have to explain it to Somin. I cannot lose her!’

I ran and ran and reached the living room in seconds. I saw Harabeoji, Eomma, Shinhye and Suzy sat at the couch there. Suzy stood up by the time she saw me. I stopped my feet.

“Oppa..”

“What are you doing? Why do you do this?” I asked her as I tried to control my anger over her.

She became pale when she saw my stare and heard my angry voice. “I..”

“I never touch you! And, you know it well. Do not try my patience, Suzy!” I shouted to at her.

She moved a step back. “I just want you-“

“I am never been yours since the beginning. Don’t you understand?” I pointed my finger to her. “If you bother Somin again, you will see the worst part of me!” I turned my face toward Shinhye. “Where is she?”

JUNG SOMIN

The door was opened in a sudden when I was busy with my Ipad – surfing on the internet – and the hair dresser managed my hair. I raised my face and found Hyunjoong Oppa stood at the door.

“Oppa, what are you doing here? You are not supposed to be here.” I protested.

He walked toward me hurriedly, grabbed my hand and pulled me toward his chest. I was still on shock as he whispered on my ear. “You are not going.” He said.

I raised my face and looked at him. “Going? Going where?”

“I heard from Yonghwa that Suzy-“

“Ah, I don’t believe her.” I cut his statement. I put my face on his chest. ‘How could I believe every single word that came from when I could see that he loves me deeply?’

“Really?” I could hear his doubtful word.

I raised my face. “Yes! I will stay beside you forever.” I smiled.

He sighed in relief. “You have no idea how your words mean to me.”

I blushed furiously when I heard light giddy giggles from our surroundings. “You should go now.” I sat down on my chair.

“Arasso.” He leaned down and gave me a light kiss on the top of my head. “See you at the altar.” He said and walked away.

The guests already filled out the seats. All of them wore white outfits. They admired the simplicity yet elegance decoration. At first, they expected more for KIM Group heir’s marriage, but the things that they saw were not disappointing them. It just fitted Hyunjoong’s mysterious yet simple life. As for people who gathered there because of Somin, the decoration was so much Somin. Somin was Somin. She was modest and admirable. She never enjoyed a fancy life even though she could afford it. So this wedding decoration was also fit on Somin’s personality.

Hyunjoong stood confidently at the altar with a priest. His smiling face shocked the people who attended the ceremony. With white linen suit and purple vest, people did not recognize him as a deathly cold Kim Hyunjoong the heir of KIM Group. He resembled someone else – other than his old self.

Grandpa Kim and Shinhye were busy in greeting people. By the time Shiyoon and Seohyun arrived, they also took part as if they were part of the family.

JUNG SOMIN

I stared myself one more time at the mirror. Hair. Done. A simple tiara was put between my hairs. Make up. Checked. Not too much and I just loved it. I swore that my face was glowing, ‘Is it the makeup?’

One shoulder strapless white gown with cathedral train. Checked. I looked at the shoulder. ‘I loved the Swarovski little crystals on it’

I moved my body and looked at my back. ‘And the flowers detail on the back.’

I smirked. I could not help myself to admire my own wedding gown. It was just perfect. Thanks to Shinhye Eonnie who helped me find it. Ah, and the fashion advisor too.

A knock on the door brought me back to reality. I saw Eomma and Yonghwa Oppa at the door.

“You are so beautiful, dear.” Eomma hugged me carefully – scared to ruin my dress or hair or makeup.

I smiled at her. “Thank you, Eomma.”
