Oh wow! Yesterday went really well! I didn’t have time to write in my journal, because I was rather too excited or too nervous.

Yixing agreed to come over yesterday, he said he was working up the courage to invite me over to his house, but he didn’t know if I thought we were that close yet. I told him I was sweating buckets over inviting him, he laughed and said I was cute.

On the way to my house we saw the basketball players at the private school again. They seem to be training hard. I caught eyes with one of the boys, until he got hit with a basketball. It was kind of funny. When we arrived my mom was so excited, she kept talking and talking, and it was so fast, I’m pretty sure Yixing didn’t understand one word. Mom had made Dakgangjeong and Sigeumchi-namul and we ate well. Yixing stayed a bit longer, and talked with us. Mom told him about me never having any friends, and that she was so worried about me, but she is glad that he was my first friend. Yixing was shocked at this news. I guess he didn’t know.

After a couple of hours Yixing left and thanked my mom and I for inviting him over. He gave me his cell phone number for we could talk even when out of school.

Well, it’s 6am and I’m still tired. I’m going back to sleep goodnight.

I don’t wanna keep being behind days, so hello, here I am again! I went for a walk today, mom kept telling me I need to rest, and that I should take off of school again. I had to leave the house. I’m not even terribly sick yet.

When I was walking I went past the private school again. It was around 7pm I believe, so I didn’t expect to still hear a ball bouncing. The one boy from yesterday, the one that got hit by the basketball, was still out there practicing. He played well and didn’t seem distracted this time. I sat on the bench across from the school and watched him. He didn’t notice me the whole time, and when it hit eight I left to not worry mom. I’m sure he’s gonna make the team.
