[August 1, Monday]
(6:44AM) Good morning, Minghao!
(6:51AM) Rise and shine!
(7:01AM) It’s a beautiful day!
(7:05AM) You’re being weird.
(7:05AM) That’s because I greeted you first today.
(7:06AM) I feel so accomplished.
(7:07AM) Why are you awake so early?
(7:07AM) Technically.
(7:07AM) I haven’t slept.
(7:07AM) What do you mean you haven’t slept???
(7:08AM) Didn’t we say good night to each other last night?
(7:08AM) I mean, yes.
(7:08AM) But then Wonwoo came into my room with this new game.
(7:08AM) And next thing I know…
(7:10AM) Don’t you have class in like an hour?
(7:10AM) Yes.
(7:10AM) I have class in 20 minutes.
(7:11AM) Well, now we can talk to each other earlier!
(7:11AM) Sure, we can do that until I have class.
(7:11AM) Or you can go sleep first like a normal person.
(7:11AM) And miss school? Me? Never!
(7:12AM) Yeah right, Junhui.
(7:12AM) Okay, but really, I have an exam for this class.
(7:12AM) You have an exam but you chose to play a game instead of study?
(7:12AM) I’m already at an A standing, I could risk one exam.
(7:16AM) I hate you.
(7:16AM) Darling, take that back!
(7:16AM) Donate some of your intelligence and I’ll think about it.
(7:17AM) You mean give you a piece of my brain? Are you a zombie?
(7:17AM) You say weird things on a normal basis, but I think it’s worse without sleep.
(7:17AM) Mingyu said the same thing after I asked him whether he had a giraffe for a cousin.
(7:20AM) This conversation is officially weird.
(7:24AM) Wait.
(7:24AM) If you can risk your exam this morning, then why not just sleep?
(7:25AM) Good point.
(7:25AM) I think you’re smarter, Minghao.
(7:27AM) You know what, I agree.
(7:27AM) Talk to you later.
Wen Junhui has had worse mornings.
He figured it was only better this time around because he actually had something to look forward to during mornings now; texting Minghao was easily the highlight of his day, and doing so so early in the morning just made things a lot better. Even if he was running on at least three cups of tea and a handful of chips, Junhui really didn’t think things were actually that bad. He could actually probably still cram his exam and get at least a B if he wanted to, but he wa
